This realization prompted me to share these techniques more broadly, recognizing their potential to improve mental health beyond the realm of vocal training. That’s how Rebreathe Focus© was born.

The true catalyst for Holistic Axis came during COVID-19 when I had the opportunity to test my approach with two individuals, pro bono.
