What is your coaching philosophy and approach to supporting clients in their health and wellness journey?

I adopt a holistic approach to health, and my method, known as the proven 3M method, is central to my coaching philosophy. This signature system comprises three distinct modalities: Movement, Meditation, and Mastery.

  • Movement: Tailored specifically for busy professionals, all workouts and mobility exercises are designed to be completed within 30 minutes or less. This approach aims to help individuals establish a sustainable workout routine that is both efficient and effective, focusing on the physical body.
  • Meditation: Addressing the mental and emotional aspects, I incorporate Reiki-infused sound healing to facilitate the clearing of emotional blocks, enhance energy, and promote mental clarity. This step is crucial for overall well-being.
  • Mastery: The final aspect revolves around creating habits that are sustainable for a lifetime. This involves reprogramming beliefs, establishing productive patterns, and fostering habits that serve individuals in all aspects of their lives. The goal is to help clients create lasting positive changes.

How do you tailor your coaching strategies to accommodate individual preferences and lifestyles?

I prioritize flexibility in my coaching strategies by offering multiple movement options to cater to individual preferences and lifestyles. For the workout sessions, I provide both advanced and higher-impact options for those seeking a challenge, while also ensuring there are lower-impact alternatives for individuals with injuries. The goal is to empower clients and make the workouts approachable for all fitness levels. Each exercise has an advanced (Option A) and a safe, low-impact alternative (Option B) to cater to beginners or those in recovery.

Another key aspect is placing a significant emphasis on mobility. While some programs might solely focus on strength, I integrate a balanced mix of strength workouts, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and mobility exercises. Prioritizing mobility is crucial to ensuring joint health and longevity. By incorporating these elements, individuals not only build strength but also maintain joint health, preventing potential pain or discomfort in the future. This focus on mobility aims to create a sustainable and enjoyable fitness experience for years to come.

What tools or platforms do you use for online communication and tracking progress with your clients?

I have developed and launched my own app, the L.Y.F.E. app, which is available on the App and Google Store. The decision to create this app was driven by a desire to customize features exclusively for my community. Upon joining the L.Y.F.E. app, members connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a supportive community.

Within the app, there’s a dedicated community channel that facilitates close communication between myself and clients. This channel includes several topics:

  • Introduction Channel: Members can introduce themselves, enhancing the sense of community and shared goals.
  • Wins Wednesday Channel: Every Wednesday, we celebrate achievements and progress, providing an opportunity to reflect on individual successes.
  • Question and Answer Section: This segment allows clients to ask specific questions directly to me, avoiding the confusion that can arise from various opinions found through generic online searches.

Additionally, my VIP clients have personal access to my cell phone, offering a more intimate coaching experience. This personalized access ensures that clients feel supported and have a coach in their pocket, akin to having a personal trainer readily available. For other community members, the app’s community communication features are accessible, providing a platform for shared experiences and support.

What specific techniques or modalities do you incorporate in your energy and sound healing sessions to promote balance and well-being?

My journey started in personal training, and about five or six years ago, I delved into Reiki and sound healing, specifically crystal alchemy singing bowls. The incorporation of energetic work significantly enhanced the results. As a Karuna Reiki master, I utilize life force energy to clear emotional blocks and address physical ailments often linked to stress and disease.

The modalities of Reiki help in clearing these energetic blocks, allowing the body to return to equilibrium and promoting a balanced state. Stress and disease, which can manifest as stored emotions or physical issues, are addressed through the application of Reiki.

In sound healing sessions, the frequencies produced by singing bowls play a crucial role. These frequencies guide the brain waves into slower, more restorative states, resembling a dream-like or pre-sleep state. The slowing down of brain waves facilitates the restoration of peace and calm, enabling individuals to show up at their fullest potential. This dual approach of Reiki and sound healing aims to promote overall balance and well-being by addressing both energetic and mental aspects.

How do you tailor your approach to meet the individual needs and preferences of your clients during energy and sound healing sessions?

It’s a great question, and a crucial aspect of my approach is constant communication with my clients. Before each session, I inquire about how they are feeling, what is currently happening in their lives, and what is on their minds. This initial dialogue helps me understand their present state and tailor the session to meet their specific needs.

I recognize that each client may be in a different headspace, and what might work for one individual may not be suitable for another. For example, some clients may require a more calming and soothing energy, emphasizing a gentle approach. In contrast, others might seek a session that energizes and motivates them, preparing them for a big meeting or presentation.

I adapt the guided meditation, as well as the speed, frequency, and intensity of the sound healing, based on the client’s preferences and needs. If a client is intense, I bring them down gradually to a calmer state. On the other hand, if they are feeling tired and in need of motivation, I elevate the intensity. The key is always meeting the client exactly where they are in that moment, allowing them to show up as they are, and tailoring the session to suit their individual preferences and requirements.
