What led you to specialize in the variety of modalities you offer, including Wild Goose Qigong and the Art of Longevity?
I have had multiple health challenges that inspired me to explore and incorporate alternative modalities into my own healing journey.
How do you tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client?
By actively listening to the individual’s goals and encouraging each client/student to update me as their goals/needs change.
Can you share insights on the benefits of integrating Body/Mind/Spirit topics into your practice?
Integrating the Body/Mind/Spirit makes life so much richer and exciting! It gives us more options for healing since we are multidimensional beings. For example, in my experience, a physical challenge is never just physical; there are always emotional, mental, and/or spiritual components.
What can participants expect from your classes and presentations on these topics?
They can expect to receive information they can use immediately and incorporate into their own healing journey. I always provide handouts and encourage them to contact me with any questions or concerns following my presentations and classes.
How has your training and experience influenced your philosophy towards wellness and healing?
It is my experience that healing is an ever-evolving journey! The more I learn, the more I realize how much more there is to learn. I think it is extremely important to remember that healing and curing are not necessarily the same thing.
What advice would you give to someone seeking to improve their overall well-being through your services?
Keep an open mind! Regardless of the other modalities they currently use or have previously tried, the TaiChi/QiGong that I study, teach and practice can enhance whatever else they are doing for their well-being.
