What led you to establish Natural Energy Healing and focus on holistic approaches?
People often inquire about my shift from a fabulous corporate career to my current spiritual work. People have trouble understanding my spiritual, energetic rebirth sometimes. I don’t hold it against them though, everybody finds their own way eventually. When I reflect on where I was and where I’m at now, it’s very fulfilling.
It’s interesting what we choose to value at different times in our lives. At the apex of my corporate career, my list of accomplishments seemed exceptional. Booking corporate jets, traveling to Japan to represent my company multiple times on an international leadership team, and earning salaries and bonuses beyond my wildest dreams were just some of the things that happened to me. I was blessed in all of it.
Here’s the thing though… The corporate world offered me a wonderful learning experience, but I often found myself questioning my purpose. Looking back, I realize that every effort and action I put into my job was an incremental step towards self-development. However, this process requires a great deal of effort, hard work, and a lot of time… and even when you reach the top of what society deems successful, there can still be a sense of unfulfillment. What was the missing piece? It wasn’t until later that I realized I was unconsciously competent – that is, I had the skills and knowledge, but I wasn’t aware of how to utilize them in a way that aligned with my deepest values and desires.
The year 2019 was an awakening for me. Trapped in the vortex of election news and pandemic reporting, I found myself going down rabbit holes, having my brain twisted in all directions. Even in the corporate world, I witnessed peculiar behavior among employees.
Many identified themselves with their jobs and were under extreme stress. It was as if we were all programmed to work like robots, producing spreadsheet after spreadsheet, leaving no room for creativity. We were all self-imposed victims of “golden handcuffs,” desperate to escape the mundane lifestyle. It hit me: we are all programmed to live a certain way, but that doesn’t mean we have to follow the path that we allowed “society” to impose upon us. Life is a journey of self-discovery and growth. We all have the answers within us; we just need to awaken to our true potential.
As I went through my transition, I realized that every individual on earth has unique and incredible gifts. I embarked on a mission to learn, experiment, and incorporate this newfound understanding into my daily life. I decided to invest in myself and found one of the greatest mentors, Bob Proctor – a master manifester and an expert on the true human potential. I began studying how our marvelous minds really work.
At the same time, Reiki energy healing began surfacing to me, and I thought “What, we are all healers?” I pursued both at the same time, which was a very powerful experience. I decided to study this and move forward with proving it. This experience proved to me that anyone can become a healer, and so much more!
Knowing that life is an upward spiral and there is always more, I was drawn to mystical teachings – studying the sacred Essene work and learning ascended numerology, medical intuition, crystalline quantum balancing, different methods of how to tap into the quantum field, surfing multiple potentialities & dimensions plus more.
The changes in my life since all of this took place are paramount. I have had the privilege to work with incredible healers, lightworkers & visionaries at the Yucatan peninsula and Mayan pyramids. I have visited some of the most magical, high-frequency locations on the planet, such as Tosa Blue Mountain in Ecuador. I was present for the Pyramid of Peace’s consecration ceremony and participated virtually with a team of lightworkers at the Egyptian pyramids, where many had exclusive access to the king’s and queen’s chambers, while others participated energetically. Ultimately, this work led to compelling Egyptian attunements plus more. It has been an incredible journey of discovery and realization of our full potential. Life has been nothing short of amazing and it’s all taught me the most important lesson of all: We all have the power to heal ourselves and manifest whatever we believe. We are, without a doubt, the creators of our own reality. What I’m able to accomplish every day is a gift.
Now, I provide these basic teachings to others. So, they can set a dream for themselves and follow their passions, creating their reality. Life is supposed to be filled with ease and joy. Life is so much simpler than what we have been led to believe.
Natural Energy Healing was formed to help people understand the power within them. As people step into their power, the earth will become ever more beautiful. The tools I needed to begin, were understanding HOW to think and then believing with every cell of my being. This is the coaching I offer to others, 12 easy-to-learn lessons on HOW to think, not what to think.
Clients set their goals and I show them how to manifest it. Adding energy healing to the coaching process is a wonderful option to help heal unconscious blocks.
I teach people how they can become a healers if they choose this route. It’s a wonderful tool, even if it’s just used for self-healing and helping family and friends.
As an addition to my work, I am co-founder of Meet The Light. For people who have stepped into their power, and have decided to make their life work become healing, teaching, and mentoring… we welcome you to participate in Meet The Light, Earth’s Virtual Holistic Center. A collaborative effort amongst lightworkers, healers, and visionaries, where you can provide your unique services and classes to a larger global reach. We also have bi-monthly meetings to co-create, with the common goal of elevating the vibrational frequency of the earth.
How do you customize healing sessions to cater to individual needs and goals?
Energy healers are the conduits for healing frequencies. The work-energy healers do outside of the healing room is equally important to the energy healing session performed in the sacred healing space with others. Healing becomes a way of life.
I immerse myself in things that I enjoy doing – working towards my visions, supporting my family’s goals, surrounding myself with high-vibrational people, enjoying nature walks, and focusing on a calmness of mind and a feeling of inner peace. Every passionate action is expressed in good energy.
Although healing tools are not necessary, they can be utilized for energetic support. I enjoy the metaphysical, magical tools that are available on earth – for me, this includes music, aromatherapy, crystals, high aspect ratio crystal pyramids, and authentic Egyptian healing rods – my lifestyle ensures that my body is sustaining the highest frequencies possible.
Each one of us already has everything we need to live a happy, healthy, abundant, beautiful, and highly vibrational life. We all have the answers; we just need to awaken to our true potential. All of my work is to help people remember this!
My energy healing sessions are a combination of quantum crystalline healing and reiki healing. With each session I’m guided, trusting the “intuition” that I’m blessed to receive – this can be in the form of feelings, visions, auditory sensations, or a knowing. All the claims!
I’m also gifted with telepathy during the healing sessions, which allows me to help clients interpret what they might be seeing in their own visions, and at times, I can even journey with them. I allow all this information to come through, so I can provide the highest service to the client.
Each session is customized based on what the individual needs at that moment.
Healers or others who are on a spiritual path – who come to me for healing – may require more quantum crystalline energy. Those focused primarily on the earthly physical plane require more reiki energy.
Both energies are offered and every individual receives exactly what they need, as the client is healing themself and integrating the energies that they are ready to receive. They may not consciously be aware that they are healing themselves, although they do have the wisdom to know what is needed for them.
As the earth is receiving beautiful energies during this time, I have been helping lightworkers and healers to easily integrate these frequencies by offering distant crystalline quantum balancing. It’s been a beautiful process to witness, and very enjoyable for me to work with these high-vibrational healers and lightworkers. I appreciate and honor everyone’s work!
Can you share the benefits clients might experience from Reiki and Quantum Healing services?
Clients set a sacred intention at the beginning of the healing session. This can be physical healing, emotional healing, seeking inner peace, and clarity on specific topics in their life. The sacred intention can be general or very specific… the client sets the healing intention and then I amplify their intention, with the addition of “the highest healing for their highest good.” As clients may not be consciously aware of the healing needed, many times unconscious blocks are what need to be healed.
During the energy healing session, high-frequency energy that is transmitted through my hands, body, and consciousness is offered to the client’s physical & energetic bodies, with the focused intention of healing light and love – with these high-frequency transmissions now present in the energy field, there is no room for the lower emotional vibrations to exist.
Many people understand that thoughts create emotions, and these lower vibrational emotions become stuck in the energy field. These lower vibrational emotional energies are healed when in the presence of high-frequency energies and transmissions.
Uplifting the sacred space into a higher vibrational frequency allows for healing. After the session, clients report a sense of being pain-free, inner peace, and clarity.
They may experience the energy by describing them as subtle energies through the body, they may feel the areas of the body that are being healed – via subtle vibrations, hot or cold sensations, and slight pressure followed by a relaxed feeling. Past life memories may flash on the screen of their mind or they may journey to beautiful places. Clients sometimes receive messages directly through their intuitive nature – the clairs! I also provide them with the message that I have received for their healing journey.
Again, people receive exactly what they need.
What inspired you to offer classes in energy healing, and what can participants expect to learn?
My goal is to raise the conscious awareness of all beings on earth. We already have, within us, everything needed to live a happy, healthy, peaceful, abundant, and highly vibrational life! The ultimate goal is to raise the vibrational frequency of the earth and that begins with each one of us.
Energy healing along with mindset – learning how to control your thoughts, feelings, and actions – is the key to manifesting all the good… It’s not that hard to do, it can be simple. What holds many people back are the limited beliefs and paradigms that have been formed through their experiences.
The greatest gift that I can offer someone is to teach them how to empower themselves – heal their unconscious blocks through energy healing or through the power of their thoughts. Thoughts are the most powerful, potent energy… penetrating all through the cosmos.
Reiki Level 1 is self-healing, learning how to calm the mind and channel the healing energies – healing physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually. In Reiki Level 2, participants are taught how to heal others and how to do distant healing! We are not bound by space or time, we can send healing energies to anyone on earth.
And yes, we are all healers!! Reiki level 3 is the Reiki Master Level, designed for people who want to teach the spiritual healing art of Reiki. Students learn how to attune others to the Reiki healing energy, the Universal Life Force energies.
Through my spiritual work and passionate actions, I have been gifted with many attunements – reiki, quantum, Mayan, and cosmic attunements as well as galactic shaktipat.
Holding the highest frequencies and allowing others to receive these frequencies.
How do you integrate science and spirituality in your coaching programs to ignite change in individuals?
Igniting change is about realizing and expressing the divine nature that is within each individual person, there are many gifts available to individuals and these gifts are awaiting, patiently… ready to be unwrapped!
We all have different paths to understanding… we have different Aha! moments where we decide to believe and have faith in the unseen.
I try to understand where clients are from their perspective, so I can guide them to the next level of awareness. Although science will never catch up to spirituality, there is much science available to support some of the magical, mystical, spiritual happenings.
There are many paths, and we each have our own individual path to becoming.
What holds many people back from “unwrapping” their gifts, is the limited beliefs they have accepted or have allowed society to impose upon them. Science can be a bridge to understanding, to allowing that Aha! moment to unfold. Or people can choose a more direct route by doing things in a certain way and believing!
The coaching program is 12 lessons, based on 50+ years of research and proven results… a blueprint on how to shape your reality, shaping your reality however you choose… HOW to think in a certain way, not what to think, but HOW to think. Everyone can make a beautiful life for themselves, it’s not that hard to do. We often get in our own way – which blocks our abundance.
What advice do you have for someone interested in exploring energy healing or mindset coaching for personal growth?
A combination of energy healing and mindset coaching can uplevel your conscious awareness quickly. Understanding your mind and your ability to self-heal… allowing energy to flow freely to and through you – without blocking yourself with limited thoughts. Getting into the spirit of it!
Everything is created from within, no one can think for you! You can think anything you want… isn’t that nice? The world is like plastic, and you can shape your reality any way you choose. I encourage everyone to think BIG, we often think so small. You have no idea what you’re capable of… no one knows what you’re capable of!
