Can you please introduce yourself to our readers and share a few details about yourself?
I’m Stella and I bring a wealth of experience in psychic and spiritual guidance. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve helped countless individuals find clarity, insight, and healing through various methods including Psychic readings, Tarot, Tai Chi, and Qigong. My passion lies in empowering people to discover their inner wisdom, align with their soul’s path, and navigate life challenges more easily.
Can you walk me through one of your psychic readings?
In a psychic reading which is given either over the telephone or via Zoom, I tap into my psychic and mediumship abilities, working alongside my guides and my helpers in spirit to gain insights into various aspects of a person’s life. I begin by connecting with the individual’s energy, and I often use tools such as Tarot cards. I then receive messages, feelings, and visions I share with my client. These insights can relate to the past, present, and potential future, offering guidance, validation, sacred insights, support, and a deeper inner-standing of life’s path. I like to call this our soul’s path, and I like to use the word inner-standing instead of understanding.
What is a Sliding Scale Tarot Reading and can you share some details on your Tarot readings in general?
That’s something new that I’ve started to offer because of the current financial situation. It’s a flexible price model that I’m offering to ensure that my services are accessible to a wider range of people. It means that the cost of a Tarot reading can be based on an individual’s financial circumstances. I feel that everyone should have access to spiritual guidance regardless of their budget, so my clients can adjust the price accordingly to accommodate different income levels. I do go on their word here, so there’re no questions asked and people don’t have to you know give me any proof that they are on a low income. I trust in divine guidance that the right people will receive the messages and the reasons.
For me, working with Tarot is about allowing myself to blend with whoever’s having a reading with me. My spirits and guides help me here, too. Some people think that Tarot is just for divination, when actually, in my case, it was more about self-development. I use Tarot as a tool and the Tarot cards provide symbolism, archetypes, and messages. For me, a Tarot reading isn’t just about answering questions like “Is my partner going to come back to me?” or “Can I find a new property”. Those are valid questions, and I do many readings like that, but Tarot is also a way to really tap into deeper into our subconscious our unconscious mind using the symbolism of the Tarot. I call it psychic counseling. Sometimes people want a lot deeper insights nowadays and actually changed a lot over the last 5 or 6 years.
A big part of your Tarot teaching are Sacred Insights aligning with the Soul’s Path and the Major Arcana. What can you tell me about that?
I feel that we all have a soul’s path and our soul’s journey that we’re on in this life. I do believe we’ve had other lives and that we go on to live other lives after this one, too. Additionally, I feel like we can leave multiple lives at the same time, but that’s going a bit deep. However, in this life that we live in right now, I feel we have a purpose. We know when we’re in line with that purpose because life feels. Good life feels like it’s smooth, it’s flowing and we feel happy.
When we feel down, lacking joy, and not being able to express ourselves, I feel that that’s when we’re not in alignment with our soul’s path. For me, it’s really important to help my clients connect into that so they can start to live their life in alignment with that path and with joy, as well as to bring their own unique gifts into this world because I feel that we all have unique gifts that we bring, but when we’re not living in alignment with that, we feel bad.
When you read about what people’s last words on their deathbeds are, they are most often something like “I wish I’d have done more of this or more of that”. It’s usually the things that they enjoy and things that set them on fire and make them feel alive; The things that make them feel valued or allow them to help others feel valued. It’s not you “I wish I’d worked more 9-to-5 hours in ASDA”.
For some people, working a 9-to-5 job may be their soul’s journey, but not for everyone, and many people do it and feel like it’s not for them. It’s not in alignment with their soul’s journey. It might be that what would be in alignment with it would be dancing, Yoga Tai Chi, Qigong, or something completely different.
I help clients with their soul’s journeys through major arcana. There are 22 cards and they represent our major journeys in this life. Each of them is a soul’s journey, also known as the hero’s journey. I teach this to clients as a philosophy or an approach, and it involves gaining profound spiritual insights and wisdom using the symbolism, the archetypes, and the teachings of the major arcana.
That’s how this approach encourages people to gain a deeper innerstanding. We’re going into our inner world and looking at what’s in there. Everything generally in this world that we live in, and especially in the Western world, is about looking outside of ourselves. It’s not about going deep within, so that’s where I find space to help people. That’s how Tarot helped me and it’s been my own personal guide on going deeper within myself.
The major arcana links in with the archetypes and that links in a lot with the work of Carl Jung and a lot of other psychological and metaphysical realms. An archetype is a language that doesn’t need to be spoken. For instance, the Sun card. It doesn’t matter which culture you show it to, they would have a language for that. They would have an innerstanding of it. They would be a deity or a God. That’s what the major arcana can do for people. It’s quite deep and that’s a part of why I love it.
What can you tell me about your Tai Chi and Qigong work?
I’ve been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years now. It has really helped me in many ways. I teach it as well now, but I primarily use it alongside workshops that I hold on a monthly basis. I share my Qigong in those workshops alongside meditation and some movement. For me, it’s about heightening our sensitivity, balancing our energy, and allowing all our meridians to flow. It’s hard to describe because it’s energy, and not everybody feels that energy exists. However, energy does exist. It’s what animates and brings us to life. So, for me, it really helps in my spiritual work and working with clients. It allows people to breathe and connect into their body, and it also allows that energy to flow through us. Also, due to working with spirit and heightening my own sensitivity and energy, I can sense other people’s energies, as well. The longer I practice Tai Chi, the more sensitive my energies become, and I’m also more grounded.
I’m more easily able to ground myself and channel energy through me so that I’m not taking everybody’s energy on. When I first started, sometimes it wasn’t exactly the case. It can be quite challenging when you’re a reader if you’re not clearing your energy. Tai Chi and Qigong integrate mind, body, and spirit. They have gentle flowing movements and it’s an ancient art.
I was taught very traditionally by my teacher the Yang style Tai Chi and Qigong, but nowadays it has become more of my own personal practice. I’ve created my own moves that I share with people in workshops, but I still do practice traditionally, as well. I love working with the five elements that link in with Chinese medicine. I’ve also linked those five elements into Tarot, so it has become a fusion. I can’t really separate my work anymore.
As a psychic, what are some of the common misconceptions about your work that you came across?
Touching on what I’ve mentioned earlier, it’s not just about predicting the future, it’s encompassing a wide range of different skills. These include intuition, empathy, reading energy, providing insights into a person’s current situation, tapping into their emotional state, helping them to release their emotions, etc.
Quite often, especially when I’m working with spirit, I find releasing emotions really beautifully healing for my clients. For instance, if they’ve lost someone and they didn’t have a chance to say goodbye to that person, and that person comes through in spirit, brings a message to them, and says something along the lines of “I know we didn’t get to say goodbye, but I did hear your prayers and your words”. That is so emotionally healing for somebody because they’re being able to hear these messages from beyond. That’s on the psychic side of my work and it goes to show that it’s a misconception that some people have. They feel that it’s just about reading the future. Some of them would say “Well, you should know that I was calling you. You’re a psychic” or have little jokes like that. Those can be quite funny, but it’s not all about that. It’s about using our heightened sensitivity to help people heal. That’s how I see it.
Furthermore, it’s about supporting people and empowering them to discover a more fulfilling life for themselves. It’s about actually bringing empowerment to people and not taking it away from them by dictating their future. It’s a collaboration, not a dictatorship.
