How did you discover your passion for holistic healing, and what inspired you to specialize in guiding spiritually-seeking women through their emotional journeys?
My passion for holistic healing began when I started my journey practicing yoga 10 years ago trying to reconnect to my body and soothe my mind as I began to recover from trauma. A few years into this self-discovery, I enrolled in yoga teacher training while studying social work. I was so curious to bring eastern and western modalities together for mind, body, and spirit connection for healing through trauma. Today, I am grateful to facilitate therapy, yoga, energy healing, mindfulness, and other services for spiritually-seeking women who’ve experienced childhood trauma.
Holistic healing often involves addressing emotional experiences from childhood. How do you create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and release these emotions, fostering a deeper connection with themselves?
It’s important that every client I see feels safe, seen, heard, and supported. I do this in several ways through active listening, reflection, and using trauma-informed techniques to support their well-being. I use EMDR, 7 Chakras, Somatic Work, Parts Work, and other therapeutic techniques to guide a client to not only understand and connect to what is happening in their mind, body, and spirit, but also to build resources, grounding, and strength along the way.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer psychotherapy techniques of EMDR, Parts Work, CBT, and IFS alongside holistic techniques such as Reiki, meditation, Yoga, Somatic Work and Crystal healing. Psychotherapy is currently available to residents in the State of Florida only. Other services such as Yoga, Reiki, Holistic Coaching, and Business consulting are available nationwide.

In your practice, you use a variety of modalities such as EMDR, Parts work, meditation, Reiki, yoga, and crystal healing. How do you determine the most effective combination for each individual client, considering their unique needs and goals?
Every client is different and has unique needs. I infuse psychotherapy sessions with the evidence-based treatments mentioned above because it create a blend of bottom-up and top-down approaches to support mind, body, and spirit healing. In psychotherapy sessions, my intake begins with spending several sessions to get an idea of the client’s history about each of the 7 chakras. Sometimes, we may spend a whole session talking about experiences that have impacted the Root Chakra (safety, security, basic needs, grounding). Other times, we may work through multiple Chakras in one session. After we take our journey through 7 Chakras, this starts to inform techniques we’ll use and what the primary focus of treatment is.
Holistic Coaching does not replace mental or medical advice and is not a substitute for psychotherapy. Services offered within Holistic Coaching include developing practices for mind-body-spirit connection, exploring beliefs, tapping into your inner wisdom, and guiding you to create an intentional life. This may look like a combination of yoga, reiki, manifesting, intention setting, journaling, and talking through visions and goals.
Crystal healing is a distinctive aspect of your practice. How do you select and use crystals to enhance the healing process, and what role do you believe they play in supporting the mind-body-spirit connection?
I love using crystals and healing sessions and often look to the Chakra system to select crystals for clients. For example, if a client is recovering from Trauma I often recommend grounding crystals and heart-centered crystals, but it truly depends on what it is they are seeking support with. I will either use them in sessions with clients or recommend adding them to their practice if it resonates with them. Many crystals can release things that aren’t serving you during the full moon and manifest intentions during new moons. Other times, clients may wish to meditate with crystals.
Crystals can be used to support the mind, body, and spirit through different metaphysical properties, but they do not replace mental, medical, legal, or financial advice. My crystal shop can be found at: https://sabrinarodorigo.square.site/s/shop
Guiding spiritually-seeking women implies a deep understanding of spiritual journeys. How do you incorporate spiritual elements into your therapeutic approach, and how do you respect and navigate diverse spiritual beliefs within your client base?
I first and foremost always honor the client’s spiritual belief system, which comes before any recommendations or work we do together. I am mindful of not allowing my spiritual beliefs to infringe on client autonomy. Their higher power is their higher power and we can choose to work with that or leave it out of sessions. I find all my clients love to incorporate spiritual elements but each may love certain things more. Some clients may feel drawn to meditation, manifesting, or prayer. Other clients may be more drawn to practices like Reiki and yoga. The intention is to enhance their spiritual journey with practices they feel are empowering and useful in their daily lives. From a therapeutic perspective, this can enhance rapport, grounding, and resourcing for clients.
