Can you share with us a pivotal moment or experience that led you to transition from your career in healthcare and other fields to becoming a spiritual teacher and Quantum Alchemist Master™?
I love that you included our company trademark name on here but I am far away from a Quantum Alchemist Master™. I am just transitioning this journey alongside everyone else, learning as I go and sharing those teachings along the way. This name was a channeled name given to me by my guides with the purpose of reminding people that mastery lies within themselves inside each one of us and in my opinion it’s a spiral journey of continuous remembering, learning, expansion, and evolution. Back to the pivotal moment of transitioning from healthcare to my soul aligned business I would say it was not one but two main events that led to that shift. One would be post COVID, where I started feeling a lack of fulfillment or purpose in life. After going through divorce and selling a business I had, I started asking myself a lot of the deeper questions. Why I’m I here? What is my purpose? Where is the source? And throughout my life I had asked myself these questions many times but this time was different, it got to the point where I did not find any meaning in waking up in the morning. This time I was not settling until I had found some sort of answers to my questions. So instead of giving up on life and myself, I set out on an even deeper quest within myself in search for my soul or source. Since 2018, I have been practicing breathwork, meditation, somatics, energy healing, akashic records, and other modalities. Each of these practices are very dear to my heart and have been amazing teachers and have formed part of the foundations to the inner and outer alchemy process. I like to say I went through an extended dark knight of the soul that started in 2018. By 2022 was my second pivotal moment, I was camping in California and had what I perceived to be a near death experience and that was a very powerful catalyst for me, which I will give out in more detail when I release my second book. I came back looking at life, the world, source, my spirit-human journey completely different and I knew I had to do something that was more aligned with my soul, my higher self and part of my mission here on earth. I started little by little taking steps towards that goal, that vision and that purpose that was no longer just about myself, my ego or my personality but more so about the greater good of the whole. It has been about sharing, about collaborating, about spreading the message of loving and respecting one another with our differences and our similarities and so Quantum Alchemist Master™ was born.
How do you integrate your background in healthcare and your spiritual teachings in your current role as a Quantum Alchemist Master™?
While I was in healthcare, I always thought there was room and still believe there is room for improvement. The way I am contributing to improving our current healthcare system is by encouraging and sharing tools that can help bring awareness to a more holistic approach. Encompassing mind, body, but also the spirit. Bringing awareness to the energy field, chakras, aura, Akashic Records, past lives, parallel lives, ancestral and/or current lives and/or future timeliness, trauma, addiction, habits, mindset, etc. Looking at different possibilities as root causes and underlying causes. Finding ways to transmute, alchemize and let go of what is no longer serving them. Allowing them to look within for answers, guidance and use their discernment to make better choices and take response-ability to make the necessary changes to heal and lead a more balanced lifestyle.
I share tools that serve as mirrors to remind them of their own innate power and intelligence of understanding themselves in mind, body, and spirit and their innate power to heal themselves up to a certain point and the ability they have to change their reality and that of the collective. The change starts with each one of us and then it’s just a ripple effect. Guiding them inwards as I like to say: “Alchemize your life by looking within.”-Rosalia Quintana.
Using tools such as breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, somatics, art, journaling, Socratic questioning, Akashic Records, and others to activate the sympathetic, parasympathetic, and bring balance and more autonomy to regulating the nervous system and how to deal with the day to day anxiety, fear, doubt, and other emotions and situations that alter our nervous system, decision making process, and our ability to cope in healthy ways.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer a free 7- Day Challenge that includes breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, somatics, and alchemy. I also offer Akashic Records and Awakening Course for those going through the process of spiritual awakening. I provide breathwork certification. Most of the certifications I do now are based on corporations, as I come from healthcare and corporate I deeply understand the need to bring techniques that help us regulate our nervous system, make better decisions, increase our focus and productivity and so forth. I am working on making the certification available online to reach more people, which will include the opportunity for an in person hands-on practice here in Miami, Fl twice a year. This is designed for those who are also looking for breathwork as a tool for alchemy, this will be coming very soon. I also provide private breathwork sessions and have a 1:1 Awakening & Integration Session to help navigate the spiritual awakening integration process more on a 1:1 basis and we can go more in depth as this process is an ever evolving spiral of continuous expansion. To conclude I provide an 8 Week Quantum Alchemist Master Course this is a more advanced container where my prerequisite is that you completed the Akashic Records and Awakening Course or another Akashic Records certification obtained elsewhere and the Breathwork Certification or another obtained elsewhere, basically the equivalent of having the background of Akashic Records & Breathwork as these two are the foundation for this advanced course, which offers different energy healing modalities including the violet flame, chi, prana, life force techniques, shamanic and angelic healing, Kwan Yin Healing, astral surgery, dealing with spiritual emergencies (spiritual CPR) and much more and how to work with it and the breath has a lot to do with that hence why the requirement before enrolling. We meet weekly for 8 weeks and discuss each technique and give you the opportunity to practice these modalities and answer questions, provide feedback, etc.
As someone who has experienced both the corporate world and the path of spiritual enlightenment, how do you navigate the balance between these two seemingly contrasting realms?
Well this is a great question, to me spiritual enlightenment is unconditional love to everyone and everything on the multiverse with no judgment. So far I have not reached what I consider enlightenment, I am a work in progress to say the least. Back to how I balance spirituality and the corporate world. I am still involved part time in consulting and supervising roles in healthcare clinics. One of my priorities is bringing breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, somatics, alchemy, intuition and spirituality in these spaces. Making it available and bringing it into people’s awareness that there are different ways of operating on our day to day, hopefully deviating from the grind and burnout mindset to being more heart centered leaders that can positively impact each other, those around us, our community, the world, and the entire multiverse.
What do you believe sets your approach to empowerment and transformation apart from other spiritual teachers or self-help gurus?
I believe this is very simple. I serve as a mirror reminding and guiding you to look within to unlock your unlimited powers and remember your divinity and spirit-human journey by yourself, for yourself. I don’t do anything for you except share the tools, teach you how to use them, what has worked for me and guide you within to find the answers you seek, I hold the space with love, from love and for love. For the highest good of all.
What challenges did you face when transitioning from your previous careers to your current path, and how did you overcome them?
The biggest challenge was jumping into the void, the unknown with faith that the change will be worth it. I believe what I ended up doing was merging the tools, techniques and wisdom I have come across in my path and bringing it right into the spaces where I saw a big need for it.
