What led you down this spiritual path in life and when did you know that it would be your calling?
I’ve been in tune with the Spirit World for as long as I can remember. As a child, I had visits from Spirits and prophetic dreams. I’ve always felt a pull to the miracles and experiences that can’t be explained by mainstream teachings. And, at the same time, I struggled to accept my truth and my connections because they set me apart from others and alienated me from my family. I got really depressed, and even suicidal because I was trying to run away from myself in order to fit into societal and family expectations.
About 10 years ago, I hit a crisis point. I decided that instead of killing myself, I would try embracing my intuition and my psychic and healing abilities. I came out of the spiritual closet and started to offer my services. My whole life changed from that moment on. Within months I left my career in law enforcement and dove all the way into my spiritual calling. Since then, I’ve completed numerous years-long apprenticeships in the Andean traditions of healing, I’ve traveled to sacred sites for ceremonies and initiations, and I continue to study and learn the ancient ways.
What Shamanic services do you offer?
I offer a variety of shamanic services and all of them are designed to empower you in your personal healing journey. Some of the services offered are oracle readings, illumination, soul retrieval, energy extraction, spirit flight, death spiral, bands of power, shadow work, sand painting, uncoupling, journeying, and community ceremonies. My personal favorites are sand painting, soul retrieval, and ayni despacho or white mesa ceremonies. Sand paintings sound like they are an artistic expression, but they are actually a method of getting out of your head, into your heart space and shifting the energies in the world around you to find clarity, create healing, and attract prosperity. It is a simple form of guided shamanic healing using items found in nature or around your house. Soul retrieval is exactly what it sounds like.
When you go through a trauma in life (abuse, a breakup, job loss, car accident, death of a loved one, natural disaster, etc.), a piece of your soul splits off and goes into hiding. This part of you waits until you are ready to heal to be reunited with you. Soul retrieval is the shamanic practice of tracking that part of you down and coaxing it home to you. It’s a beautiful practice that can create instant and lasting healing. The ayni despacho or white mesa is a powerful ceremony of gratitude and healing using seeds, flowers, and other natural ingredients to create a living prayer. This is a centuries-old practice for dreaming a new world into being and creating healing through the pure offerings of love and gratitude. The final result is a gorgeous mandala of prayer that is offered to the sacred fire. I offer this ceremony every month with the full moon and I’m consistently awed by the miracle results participants report back to me.
Can you walk me through a Stone Oracle Destiny Reading?
A stone oracle destiny reading is both a reading and a healing all wrapped up in one. I work with a specially curated set of 13 stones and a traditional Andean divination cloth or map. We generally throw the stones twice, sometimes three times. The first throw examines the current path of destiny that you are walking. The stones will speak of the major life lessons you are moving through, obstacles that are getting in your way, and gifts that are waiting for you. Each of the 13 stones has a piece of your story to share and they will cover every aspect of life – relationships, career, health, finances, family dynamics, past and present traumas, healing patterns, etc. If you have specific questions, the stones will provide answers.
Sometimes the stones will introduce you to spiritual allies who are showing up for you or of guardians watching out for you from the other side. I never know what the stones will share until we get into it. The second throw of the stones is where the healing really gets unleashed. This throw looks at the path of destiny you are moving into and as we throw the stones, the energies begin to shift and start to move those obstacles out of the way. The stones will reveal the story of what you are moving into – your future – and how to navigate what’s coming.
What can you tell me about your Chakra work?
Chakras are the major energy centers of the body and have a language all their own. When you learn to read these energy centers they act as a roadmap for uncovering stagnate energies and beliefs that are dragging you down and they provide the solutions for restoring harmony and flow. Each chakra is tuned to specific areas of the body, specific energetic patterns – both traumatic and healthy, and specific belief patterns. I read these energies by tuning into them, but I also have an aura and chakra camera that allows my clients to see these energetic patterns. It’s incredibly validating to see your chakras on the camera shift with your thoughts and emotions in real-time. We can lie to ourselves and others, but your energy tells the truth. Every healing modality I’ve studied easily blends with and is enhanced by knowing the language of the chakras.
What are your retreats like?
My retreats are designed to help you create a deeper connection with yourself and to trust in your own intuition. I incorporate hands-on experiences in natural energy centers and sacred spaces like the Red Rocks of Sedona, Arizona, or the quartz crystal mines of Arkansas where you are immersed in the beauty of the Earth and are removed from the distractions of daily life. Retreats are limited to a small group of 8 to 10 participants which allows me to ensure everyone receives the individual attention necessary to create transformative healing. We have a lot of fun while learning through experience, initiation, and practice.
