Jess, what inspired you to start your journey as a spiritual mentor and breathwork practitioner, and how has your personal healing journey influenced your approach?

Some members of my family are spiritual, so it was a natural progression for me to find my unique path and become a spiritual mentor and breathwork practitioner. My Dad is a Balinese Pemungcu (a Balinese Priest) and has a deep connection with the spirit world. This gift and deep connection has been passed down to me – this connection has allowed me to deeply bond with my ancestors, experiencing trance channeling and sensing their presence.
My personal healing journey has been instrumental in shaping my approach to working with others. It’s not only informed by my lived experience and spiritual connection but also by my ongoing commitment to heal and evolve, layer by layer. This continuous journey of self-healing influences how I guide and support my clients on their own paths to transformation.

How do you integrate breathwork into your coaching and mentorship programs to help clients achieve personal and professional growth?

I tailor each coaching and mentorship session to the unique needs of my clients, often incorporating breathwork and energy healing to support their personal and professional growth. Whether a client is seeking greater happiness, navigating marital issues, or facing challenges in their business – such as overcoming limiting beliefs or upleveling their enterprise – I customize the approach to suit their specific goals. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in personal and professional development.
Additionally, in my Sacred Circle community, I host monthly Healing Haven experiences that combine breathwork, sound healing, group meditation, and coaching. These sessions are carefully crafted to align with the group’s needs and the monthly masterclass themes, offering a holistic and transformative experience.

Can you share a specific experience or story where breathwork led to a significant transformation for one of your clients?

There are so many powerful stories to choose from, but one that stands out is a client who is now an integral part of my Sacred Circle community. He attended his first breathwork group ceremony with me and immediately dropped into his body, experiencing a profound session. The release was both emotional and powerful, allowing him to let go of deep-seated tension and pain that his body and mind had been holding onto for years.
After the session, he shared with me that he had been through some very dark times, struggling with substance abuse, and had recently begun exploring his own spiritual journey. He had tried talk therapy and meditation, but he told me that the release he experienced during that one breathwork session was unlike anything he had felt in years of healing work. I was deeply humbled by the power of the breath and his ability to connect with this transformative practice, receiving the healing he truly deserved.

How do you tailor your coaching strategies for spiritual seekers, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients to meet their unique needs and goals?

Every client comes with their own unique set of needs and aspirations. During a free discovery call, we explore what’s currently happening in their lives, the challenges they’re facing, and the version of themselves they aspire to become. From there, I craft a personalized coaching series designed to align with their specific goals. This often involves a blend of my offerings—whether it’s life coaching, business coaching, breathwork, energy healing, or spiritual mentoring. Each coaching journey is unique, with tailored strategies, exercises, and practices that support clients in achieving their goals and unlocking their full potential.

What role do ceremony and ritual play in your work, and how do they contribute to the healing and empowerment of your clients?

Ceremony and ritual are deeply woven into both my personal healing journey and the work I do with my clients. Growing up in a Balinese family, I was surrounded by daily ceremonies and rituals, though it wasn’t until I grew older that I fully grasped their profound connection to self and the spirit world. It’s powerful to consider that our ancestors from all cultures engaged in ceremonies and rituals within their communities. Unfortunately, many of these practices have been lost over time, leading to a disconnect from tradition, community, and self.
For me, it’s essential to emphasize the importance of ceremony and ritual, guiding my clients to rediscover and incorporate these practices into their lives. By doing so, they can create their own unique ceremonies and rituals, fostering a deep sense of healing, empowerment and in some cases a reconnection to their culture and ancestral lineage. This personal transformation doesn’t just stop with them; it creates a ripple effect, positively impacting those around them. Examples of ceremonies could include rites of passage, such as coming-of-age ceremonies, while rituals might involve daily practices of self-connection through self-reflection, meditation, breathwork, and more. These practices are powerful tools for growth and healing, both individually and collectively.
