When did you discover your gifts & what did your professional journey look like?
My gifts really didn’t surface until later in life, really. I was able as a child to see spirit but then I thought everybody could and that it was nothing out of the normal.
I lived in a large haunted house that really didn’t help and It seemed to be all about coincidences that has led me to where I am now being in the right place at the right time. I sat in many spiritual circles over a few years but nothing seemed to excite or develop me until I kept bumping into a friend quite by chance or so I thought who ran a development group and invited me to join them. It was like walking into a different world and everything seemed to fit from the word go. I was so scared when I had to stand up and give my first message but it was so profound and accurate and someone could actually take it I was to say shocked. This gave me the hunger and ambition to develop further my mediumship abilities & within a year I found myself on the spiritualist church rostrums giving out profound messages to the congregation. Since then, I have gone on to do live events all over the country and learned to read tarot cards intuitively.
What can you tell me about your work as a paranormal investigator?
Well, I like to get to the bottom of these so-called hauntings and find the truth behind them. Many phenomena can be explained with logical explanations but then there are those that cannot and that’s where I come in. I visit many places from castles to private houses to haunted public houses.
I like to connect to these entities using various pieces of equipment. It’s really about the thrill of the chase and capturing that one piece of irrefutable evidence along with using my abilities to help this happen.
Opportunities can arise where I can clear the house or property of negative energies or stuck spirits which has resulted in some very interesting cases.
What does it mean to be a claircognizant?
Clear knowing & clear thinking basically and trusting in these instincts. It can be anything from knowing what is about to happen to that gut instinct you have that something is right or wrong.
When I am doing a demonstration of mediumship, it’s this intuitive thinking of what I am being shown or told to say from spirit to make the message so clear and powerful.
I can rarely remember a message or who I have read for using claircognizance but it also helps me know who I have to go to directly with the message.
As an author, what books have you published and what are they about?
I have written two books. One is a poetry book called “You’re Having a Larf!” and it’s a fun book of family poetry something I always wanted to do.
My second book is an autobiography about my spiritual journey and a learning tool for people reading it. It’s titled “A Personal Journey Through Shadow and Light”. This one catalogues the journey and events which lead me from the day I was born until my first rostrum demonstration a few years ago. I wrote this purely as I wanted people to know my story and that it may help them if they were having similar feelings or experiences. Additionally, I felt like if I left this physical plain, it’s too amazing not to put down on paper.
What other services do you offer?
There are a few strings to my bow, to be honest. I offer Black cat tarot readings which are done more or less intuitively and the cards tell a story. Then there are private reading parties which include using cards and or mediumship. I also offer Mediumship demonstration parties, I do live events with my business partner, as well as psychometry readings of objects once owned by persons now in spirit. Furthermore, I have also done some photo readings which is something I may develop further going forward.
What sets you apart from your colleagues?
Nothing really to be honest. We are all individuals with our own ways of working. People want different things and they go where they are drawn. As long as we can bring healing, closure, relief, and advice, I feel that is our mantra.
