In this MysticMag interview, Neshla Avey shares her journey into the spiritual realm, influenced by her psychic mother and her own lifelong passion for Tarot and healing. She also discusses her unique approach to Soul Realignment®, her love for Rahanni Celestial Healing, and how she empowers others through teaching various spiritual modalities.
How did you get into this line of work and what sparked your interest in it?
My mother was quite psychic and was always having readings with mediums and psychics and was very in tune with things. I got my first set of Tarot cards in my teenage years and have always had an interest in the spiritual world myself. I used to go to many Mind Body & Spirit fairs in London with my mum and was keen to learn as much as I could. I was always told by other readers that I should be doing psychic work for a living but never really thought I would. I bought many spiritual books to learn more though as I enjoyed all aspects of it and eventually did Tarot readings for friends and family and eventually learnt to do healing too.
What is Soul Realignment®?
This is a modality where I look in the Akashic Records of a person and find out what from either a past life or present life is blocking them in achieving their goals in this lifetime. There are often many present or past life triggers and we work on clearing these so they don’t affect the person in this life. I also look at what gifts they have brought into the world and how to use these to make life easier for them and also where they originate from. I have had a lot of good feedback from people saying it has really helped them to move blockages. For example, if they have made a vow of poverty in a previous life it will be difficult for them to make money in this lifetime.
What healing modalities do you use and what would you say is the most popular one?
Although I have done a few types of healing including Reiki, Colour Therapy, Crystal Healing plus a few more, I absolutely love Rahanni Celestial Healing as it is a 5th Dimensional energy healing and really helps people to open up their heart centre and release all of the negativity they are holding.
This helps them become lighter and not carry the burdens that can ever cause illness. This is the only healing that I teach as I am passionate about the changes it can bring for people and I have been given the honour of Guardian of this healing modality since the founder is now in her 80s. I have taught many people this healing and have seen them grow and help others too. I teach face-to-face and online.
You also offer different classes, such as Healing, Astrology or Tarot classes. What can people expect from them and can anyone learn all the modalities you teach?
I gave up my day job in 2014 so that I could have the time to help other people and to teach them things that I am passionate about. My main passions are psychic development, Rahanni Celestial Healing and the Tarot. I also teach Astrology and Ascension classes. People are often to drawn to one particular class and then go on to other classes with me. It is up to them as to what they feel would benefit them, but in the long run, I feel that all of it works together so you can’t do too much. I believe we all have the skills, it is just waking up what you already have within you.
What is your favorite part of your profession?
I love to help people so I do various types of readings and healings for people. I aim to help people move forward in their lives and let go of any past negative experiences by healing this and moving on. I offer guidance to others as many people feel lost and worn out by situations in their lives. By shedding some light on this, there is always a positive outcome no matter how bad it seems at the time. I love to teach others so that they too can help others on their journey.
What made you design your own set of tarot cards?
Having taught many people how to work with the Tarot there were often cards that they had trouble getting to grips with so I was guided to design my own set of Learner Tarot cards to make it simple and easy to understand. I pride myself in making it easy for people to learn and seeing them with no knowledge of the Tarot to having the confidence to read for friends and family. Some people I have taught have actually gone on to be professional readers themselves.
