Can you please share a few details about your professional beginnings and how you got into your current profession?
I have always been fascinated by the unseen world around us. In 2017, I started Spectral Visions Paranormal – An ethical paranormal investigation service. I had collected a lot of paranormal investigation equipment over the years and began offering investigations for friends, family, and local business owners. I started offering astrology and tarot card readings to friends and coworkers during this time, as I had been self-studying for years.
In 2021, I had an energy healing session that went beyond my experience with Reiki healing. This practitioner appeared to be psychic as she picked up much more about me and my life than I could explain. Shortly after, I signed up for her Usui-Tibetan Reiki 1 & 2 Certification classes and eventually completed my Reiki Master Teacher Certification with her.
After becoming Reiki attuned, I could feel and work with energy in a new way, inspiring me to keep learning more… Thus, Alchemy for the Soul LLC was born.
What energy healing modalities do you use?
I am a certified Reiki Master-Teacher in the Usui and Tibetan traditions, an Advanced-Level Practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy®, or IET®, and a certified Practitioner of Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapies. I use the power of sound and vibration and different energy healing techniques in both private and group settings to clear the auric field, balance the chakras, and help people reconnect with themselves. I am most well-known in my area for my 90-minute healing sound baths.
Can people use astrology in their everyday lives? What are some of the most common reasons people might come to you for an astrology reading?
People can and should use astrology in their everyday lives! While most horoscopes are based solely on your Sun sign, there is so much more to astrology than this. To understand your birth/natal chart is to understand the energetic blueprint of your life. I love helping people understand this ancient language to gain insight into the karmic purpose of their lives. Evening something as simple as keeping track of the monthly lunar cycle can help you feel more connected to nature and the universe.
Whether a client is facing a milestone such as marriage, having a baby, opening a new business, or feeling stuck and unsure about their next move – the theme of transition seems to be a popular reason to reach out for an astrology consultation. We can look to the aspects of the planets to help us navigate the energies during these periods of life.
What can people expect from your workshops?
My goal with workshops is to offer participants a transformative experience combining education, healing practices, and immersive sessions that leave a lasting impact. One of my most popular is a Chakra 101 & Sound Healing workshop, where you learn about the chakra system, how to identify and self-address blockages, and experience a guided chakra-healing meditation with a crystal singing bowl sound bath.
What would you say is the main mission or the goal of your work?
The goal of my work is to resonate with those seeking spiritual growth and holistic well-being. A compassionate and intuitive approach, whether with astrology, sound healing, or energy healing, creates a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their innermost selves and find the guidance and support they need to live their most fulfilling lives.
