In this exclusive Mystic Mag‘s interview, we delve into Namura’s fascinating journey.
Can you describe the moment or experience that first led you to explore spiritual and psychic development? How did it influence your path?
For me, there wasn’t a specific moment or experience that stood out. I know that some people have a single, significant, event that changes everything for them, but for me, it has been more of a lifelong journey. Since I was a child, I felt a connection with Spirit. I became more consciously aware of it around the age of 10 or 11 when I started perceiving a Spirit Guide teaching me how to work with energy and guiding me in various ways. From that point on, it has been a continuous journey with different Spirit Guides and various people who have guided and supported me, each in their own way.
For a long time, I didn’t feel the need for any specific training because I already knew how to do these things naturally, thanks to my firsthand learning from Spirit. However, at some point, I felt that I would benefit from more systematic training. I took courses in Archangel Life Coaching and Archangel Mediumship, as I was particularly drawn to angelic energies at that time. I also attended many spiritual and psychic development workshops and classes, which, although they didn’t provide diplomas, were nonetheless very helpful.
When I came across the Angelic Reiki method, I felt drawn to it not only because it involved working with Angelic Energies but also because it was closely connected to the realms of Sacred Geometry and Light Language, areas that were very much of interest to me.
I always followed what felt right to me, and that’s how my personal spiritual development has unfolded.
How has your training with the Angelic Reiki Association and other courses, like Archangel Life Coaching and Mediumship, shaped your approach to energy healing?
I would say they gave me more tools and structure for utilizing my gifts. They also helped me develop and open myself more, providing a deeper understanding of what I was already sensing but couldn’t necessarily articulate or utilize systematically. One of the best things I gained from Angelic Reiki, aside from the attunements and the amazing energy that comes with them, was the concept of it being a “non-doing” healing method.
This means that, as the healer, all you need to do is to be a channel for Spirit to come through you. While this applies to every healing method, Angelic Reiki emphasizes NOT trying to actively do anything or figuring out what to do. Instead, you focus on being a pure channel, creating the connection, and allowing the energy to flow through. This is where your job ends; you must surrender your ego and let Spirit take over, because Spirit knows best.
Ultimately, every person heals themselves. We, as therapists, are only there to enable the alignment to the level of energy where people can reach that state of self-healing and then hold this space of pure and unconditional love for the healing to occur naturally. For me, this was a very important teaching to integrate.
What type of services do you offer?
Angelic Reiki, as we’ve already discussed, is a very pure and profound healing method that works on multiple levels, simultaneously, offering a truly multidimensional healing experience.
I also offer another type of session, which I call Light Therapy. These sessions are essentially therapy with light and energy, offering a flexible approach. During these sessions, I guide my clients through a meditation journey focused on healing, guiding them through the process as it unfolds. This approach provides clients with a heightened awareness of their own states and the issues which they might not be able to identify on their own, leading them to the understanding needed to trigger healing.
I also offer what I call “Spiritual Guidance”, which can take the form of spiritual mentorship sessions or psychic readings. These readings can involve tuning in intuitively, working with cards if needed, or even interpreting drawings made by clients. The key is that the message comes through Spirit, regardless of the tools used. Sometimes no tools are needed; just tuning into the person suffices. My readings always focus on healing rather than predicting specific future events, because, in truth, once we are feeling safe and empowered, nothing can stop us from creating the future of our dreams, and beyond that.
It’s important to recognise that, when messages come through Spirit, they are charged with an energy that the client connects to, actively triggering the process of healing, in addition to the understanding that comes from the spoken message. I also do channeling, which involves a deeper, almost trance-like state of transmission.
Another service that I offer is working with Light Language. For those who aren’t that familiar with it, Light Language is an encoding of energy into symbols or sounds, creating activations and healing by connecting and coming into resonance with the information that is already encoded within us. These services include recorded transmissions, drawings, or symbols that clients are meant to work with on their own, and there’s always guidance about how to do it.
My services seem to continuously evolve with my guidance and understanding as well as based on what each client needs.
I also enjoy conducting workshops, which can be focused on healing, activations or teaching and are often a combination of all these and more. The group sessions benefit from the combined energy of all participants, whether conducted online or in person.
How do you balance the practical aspects of your work with the spiritual and metaphysical elements?
This is a question I like a lot, and I would say the answer applies to everything in life, not just work and the services I offer. Life is always about finding that balance, and there is always an ebb and flow, an up and down. Life is never a straight line; it is never just black and white. There is always a dance and an adjustment in the flow.
I remember one vision from Spirit some years ago. I saw myself descending a staircase in an empty space, like a night sky, and I saw the moon. When we see the moon, we, of course, only see the part that is illuminated. However, that experience pointed me to that fact that the part we don’t see is no different from the part we do see; it’s just that our perception is limited.
My point is that although we might perceive some aspects of our lives as being different or even opposite, and feel the need to bring them into balance, the truth is that all these aspects are actually the same. When we stop judging and categorizing things as we are used to, there is no longer a need to strive for balance because it occurs naturally. We don’t have to choose between one thing and another or prioritize because everything happens organically.
Of course, there will be moments when this awareness is not present. We might be stressed, tired, ill, or something else. But as long as we hold this knowledge and awareness somewhere in the background, we will always be geared towards it easily and effortlessly. This, I believe, applies to everything in life.
As someone who continuously prioritizes healing and self-development, what practices or routines do you personally follow to maintain your authenticity and fearlessness?
I very much appreciate your emphasis on authenticity and fearlessness. There are practices I engage in at different times, and I recommend them to everyone: meditation, yoga, Chi Gong, Tai Chi, breathwork, all sorts of physical exercise to keep the body in good shape, eating well, resting when we need to, and of course grounding, especially by being in nature.
It’s all about maintaining an overall cleanliness of the body and mind and each of us will find the methods that are most suitable for them at any given time.
Above all this, I would like to emphasize the importance of staying aware of and connected to our own Truth. This is the most crucial aspect because being in our own truth elevates our vibration. It means recognizing and accepting everything as it is, even in difficult situations when we are dealing with challenging emotions like stress or anger and when connecting with our Higher Selves can be difficult. As many of us know by now, these moments are actually opportunities to use Truth to uncover what lies beneath pain and discomfort. This process involves, of course, confronting our fears and shadows, and it’s never particularly pleasant, however it is essential for our spiritual growth and it eventually leads us to living a much better life.
There will be people who can still find it challenging to identify their own Truth. This has been one of my main concerns, when I was younger and not as firmly grounded in my beliefs as I am now. In reality, it is quite simple: whatever is true and aligned with our Inner Truth will make us feel safe, empowered, comfortable, and loved. Conversely, anything that makes us feel guilty, stressed, doubtful, or confused is not aligned with our truth and is likely an illusion stemming from trauma, pain, or harmful experiences that need healing.
Another aspect that Spirit helped me recognise is that Truth is not just an abstract concept but an energy in itself, an universal force that carries information, has a clear direction and has the power to change reality. It is a physical manifestation force that can shift our world and our lives. A similar and equally powerful universal force is what we would call our Free Will.
I like to work with and teach about these energies in my workshops and private sessions, because I believe that understanding and learning to utilize them can elevate our lives to a whole new level of manifestation and functioning.
In the end, it’s important to remember that our lives here are a continuous process of learning.
This is never a linear process, but comes with ups and downs and sometimes with convoluted meanders, however this is all part of the process and, as long as we observe and embrace our own Truth, we are never on the wrong path.
Everything that we experience is a lesson that expands our consciousness, our minds and our awareness, and this is how our Souls learn about themselves and grow.
Ultimately, this is why we’re here.
