Who is Mike Eggleston? What is your professional background and how did you get into this line of work?
I have always had an interest in stones and nature as a kid. I grew up in Central NY. I love the outdoors, hiking, exploring, and spending time with my family. I have a very curious mind and am interested in exploring Consciousness, studying Meditation & the Mystical Traditions, Alchemy, Hermetics, and Kabbalah. I got out of the Army in 1999 and worked a few corporate jobs before going mining one day in 2006. This reinspired me, as I had gone many times as a kid, and this began the journey of InnerVision Crystals. 18 years later we are known worldwide.

What is the role of crystals in various healing modalities? Can all of them be used in modalities such as crystal healing or chakra balancing, or are there special kinds that are more suitable for those purposes?
Crystals have the ability, especially Quartz for example, to amplify, transmute, or clear energy. There are a lot of mass-produced things in the market, and unless you know what you are looking at, there are plenty of scams and people looking to get over on unsuspecting customers. Its like that in every business, there is fake Moldavite from India & China just like there are fake Luxury watches and accessories on the market.
Most questions are easy, when a client comes to us with a request, they let me know their budget, the stone or piece of jewelry they are looking for, and any details they feel I should know, color, size, shape, etc. Once I have all the information, I address any questions or concerns – Then I go to work to find it.
