How did you first discover your psychic abilities and passion for astrology?
My love of astrology began in the fall of 2018 while I was working as an assistant for a company. I had a lot of downtime and was looking for something to give me some stimulation and one day, I happened upon astrology. I went through all my friends at the time, compared people’s signs, jotted down some research and it just grew from there.
After I was truly obsessed, I realized I needed an outlet to express myself and went to Instagram as my medium. I posted silly astrology memes and connected with people but it wasn’t until my posts became more educational and structured that I knew this was supposed to be what I was doing. Astrology was my doorway into spirituality. From there, I learned more about intuition, psychic abilities, tarot, chakras, and more. I began noticing angel numbers, predicting things before they happened, paying more attention to my dreams and studying tarot and numerology. It all started with a bit of curiosity for me and it snowballed from there.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer quite a lot of different services! I have chart readings that help get to know you, your emotions, your communication skills, understand your childhood and wounds you carry, and more. I have compatibility readings that give you a breakdown of you and your partner’s dynamic, communication skills together, and how you handle resources and commitment together.
These readings are typed but I offer consultations as well, so if someone wants to video call about upcoming transits, compatibility, or aspects in their chart, we can make it happen. I do monthly transit readings where I type up predictions of how the astrological transits can affect you, advice, and journal prompts to help facilitate healing and mindfulness. I read tarot as well and offer a variety of readings on my site: about love, spiritual guidance, career direction, and more with the options of being sent voice memos or doing a voice/video call. I am always expanding my services and adding new readings!
What methods do you use to connect with clients during readings and how do you ensure a comfortable and productive experience for them?
Something that is really important to me is not only knowing what I’m talking about and doing a lot of research before offering something, but making sure I deliver my messages in a format that is easily consumable by my clients. I may be talking about your specific sun sign and house but by the end of the reading, I want you to have a better understanding of what the sun as a celestial body actually means and does, why it has this expression in a sign, and what all the houses encompass. Most of my readings are typed, so I try my best to break words I use down and clear up any questions they may have about the language.
For my consultations, although I’m breaking something down for my clients, listening is a big part of my job. Asking my clients questions and giving them options during the reading gives them more control over their time and gets to the bottom of their query! How annoying would it be for you to pay for time with an astrologer, only for them to go on and on about something you already know and not answer any of your questions? It would be really frustrating! For my tarot readings, I do the same whether they’re live or by voice memo, etc. I am very intentional to cleanse my cards, crystals, lay down what all the reading entails, and what all the cards mean as they come out. If there are zodiac signs, repeating numbers, specific animals, or any other intuitive knowledge that comes out, I make sure to give my clients the information as a sign or form of confirmation.
During my readings, I usually have crystals all around me, a candle lit, and I do a grounding ritual before and after. It’s important to make my clients feel taken care of but also have boundaries for myself.
In your experience, do you think certain events or circumstances are predestined or can they be changed through free will and choice?
I believe that things are predestined but it’s not like specific dates or things. I think that we all have a life purpose and however you choose to live out that purpose is up to you. If your life purpose is meant to heal and nurture people and help take care of others’ health, you could do that by being a doctor or dentist but you can also do that by being a motivational speaker, PE teacher, or chef. I think that our lessons are predestined as well but again, that lesson doesn’t have to be learned or carried out in a specific way.
Whatever road you decide to travel, the universe will be there with you putting needed lessons and blessings into your life. You can always change your actions, directions, mindset, and the universe will match you but no matter what, if you were destined to heal others, you’ll find your own way to do so. If you were meant to entertain and uplift, you’ll find your own way. If you were meant to teach, you will find your field. Life throws us a lot of things that are completely out of our control but I think the universe as a whole only conspires to help us carry out our purpose.
How do you balance your spiritual and intuitive work with the demands of everyday life and business?
This is something that I am always working on if we are being honest. Ya know, sometimes I’m working on a reading and I’m telling someone they work way too hard and when was the last time they did something fun all the while being tired and burnt out myself. So, it has been a healing journey in itself to remind myself to take care of myself first. I start my day off with some personal rituals for my own spiritual and emotional health: a walk in nature, dream notes, affirmations in my coffee, journal prompts, and meditation. Sometimes I don’t get to do everything but starting my day off taking care of myself sets the tone and allows me to show up in my business and for my family a lot better. I have boundaries about working on the weekends or answering dms unless it’s absolutely necessary.
If I am feeling uninspired or intuitively/emotionally exhausted, I don’t force myself to make content and I space my readings out enough to give myself time to prepare and recharge after each one. I know that I can show up as my best self after a good rest, filling myself up with love and trust, and setting an intention. And as a creative and intuitive person, sitting down to do a reading is the fun and easy part for me; the background logistics and administrative work is a little less my speed, so I’ve had to learn how to invest back into my business and see what works and what doesn’t. It has all been an amazing experience but balance has been quite a journey for me!
What do you love most about your profession?
I love connecting with people! I went to college for communication and sociology and as a tarot reader and astrologer, I get to connect with people from all over the world. I love when my followers or clients send me voice memos, share their own astrology observations and share their feedback with me. Everyone has their own way of seeing the world and being able to have a community that gives me insight on different perspectives really amazes me. Some of my best friends for LIFE, I met not because we live in the same city, state, or country, not because we work together or share mutual friends, but because of our love of astrology and spirituality. I now have nieces and nephews and am invited to vacations and weddings because of one dm or a funny meme or a podcast they heard me on. Even just hearing feedback that I helped someone out means the world to me!
