Can you tell us about your journey and how you became an Energy Embodiment Guide, author, and self-worth advocate? What inspired you to follow this path?
I was laid off from a fifteen-year corporate career and felt that it was a push from the Universe to finally pursue something more meaningful and impactful in my life. It was around that same time that I found Human Design and energy healing. I now had the language to describe why I felt so different than most of the world. It also helped me finally unearth a lot of the stories that weren’t serving my highest good. I realized that low self-worth is often at the root of many of our personal and collective problems, so I’ve made it my mission to help as many people as possible come back home to themselves.
Can you share some of the key insights or teachings that you believe are essential for individuals on their spiritual journey?
I feel like the biggest lessons we need to learn are self-trust and self-love. When we finally tune into and recognize the wisdom that’s always been within us, that’s when we can shed the layers of conditioning and truly lead our most authentic lives.
What advice do you have as a self-worth advocate for individuals struggling with self-esteem and self-confidence issues? How can they begin to cultivate a healthier sense of self-worth?
I tell my clients to start by getting quiet to tune out all of the external noise we’re constantly bombarded with. Whether that’s a walk in nature, a meditation practice, or journaling, I feel like the first step is to go inward. We can’t change things if we don’t first acknowledge them.
The second thing I always remind my clients is that we are ALL born inherently worthy. The Universe does not make mistakes. Your existence is a miracle, so if you are here on this planet, then you are already worthy.
Energy embodiment is a central aspect of your work. Could you explain what this concept means and how it can benefit people’s daily lives?
Energy embodiment is the integration of our physical human experience with our soul’s essence. It’s the practice of moving away from doing and towards being. It’s embracing all parts of ourselves, even the ones we don’t like or understand. When we embody our energy, we live our truth.
Many individuals seek spiritual truth and meaning in their lives. What practices or exercises do you recommend for those looking to explore their spiritual journey or deepen their connection to their inner selves?
The best way to deepen your connection with your inner self is to pause, get quiet, and listen. That can be a hard step to take especially when many of us have been conditioned to always be busy to prove ourselves. But the first step is always tuning in because that’s when you’ll realize the answers are already there.
What are common misconceptions or myths about energy embodiment and self-worth that you encounter in your work, and how do you address them to help people understand these concepts better?
Many people come to me confused about what it means to have high self-worth. They may have been living most of their lives pretending to be something they’re not.
We’re constantly flooded with so much conflicting information that it’s hard to wade through all of the noise. I hold space for people to tune back into themselves to find the answers they’ve been looking for. I help them remember that they’ve always been worthy and there’s never anything to prove in this lifetime.
