As a spiritual guide, how do you incorporate both traditional spiritual practices and modern techniques into your teachings for a holistic approach to self-development?
As a spiritual guide, I often turn to my educational backbone of hatha yoga and heart based awareness meditation. I also incorporate a lot of research on human psychology, the nervous system, and how somatic healing practices help with mental and physical health. There has been a lot of research put out on the healing benefits of reiki on people who are crossing over and experiencing anxiety from triggering situations and deep stressors like trauma.
Can you share a personal experience where your expertise in emotional intelligence made a significant impact on someone’s life during a session?
I’ve had people leave their session with a complete alignment and spiritual connection that they have never felt before. Some explain it as “what they were looking for” or complete clarity on life. It is difficult to constantly run on somebody else’s clock, which is what happens because we have jobs and other responsibilities. This causes us to lose touch with our timeless nature and free self.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer reiki, intuitive card readings, life coaching, yoga, and community events.
How do you tailor your coaching style to accommodate individuals at different stages of their spiritual journey, ensuring that your guidance resonates with each unique path?
First, I assess where people feel a sense of lack in their lives. Then, I tap into their energy and locate the connection between the external representation and the internal blockage or limitation. Many people have self worth blockages and communication blockages. These two force them to shut down their dreams and pursue only what is accessible to them currently.
Self-development is a lifelong journey; how do you assist individuals in maintaining a sense of purpose and growth beyond the duration of your coaching sessions?
When people find a deep spiritual connection with themselves, they remember the way it feels. It obviously feels very good and peaceful. When they are lost, at least there is some reference as to how they wish to feel and that it is possible for them.
I have this relationship with yoga class. I know it is always there to catch me.
I wish to teach people practices that will continuously catch them throughout their lives.
In your opinion, what are some emerging trends or developments in the field of spiritual healing and self-development, and how do you stay informed and integrate these into your practice?
I am always researching more through books, podcasts, and articles. Currently, I am doing a CBT Life Coach Certification Program, studying Iyengar Yoga, and herbalism. I do not teach anything that is not an active practice for me. I feel that this sort of authenticity is necessary in the healing space.
It is also necessary to evolve and develop programs and sessions as I develop as an individual.
