Lisa, could you tell us about your personal journey from both a spiritual and emotional perspective?

It was a journey to get to where I am today. As a child, I had no idea I saw things differently. I didn’t realize what I saw was different unless I talked to someone. For example, I didn’t know I could see spirits until a Paranormal Investigator came to my house to clear one. I saw the spirit and in my mind, I flashed to all the times I had seen one.

Until I was 20 years old, I didn’t really understand all of my abilities or realize that I couldn’t turn them off anymore. I got my first Reiki Attunement and went from Ohio to California to visit family. When I got to the ocean, all my abilities were heightened. I saw surfers in the water, I could see people’s energy, their thoughts, what they were energetically carrying and my aunt and boyfriend – now husband, just watched me. The Reiki community didn’t know what I did as this isn’t a common response to the first attunement and they told me to turn it off. I remember the frustration I felt at that moment. How do I turn off something that I didn’t turn on. All I did was go to the beach.

It was hard at the time because I was seeing everything so differently and so clearly and the people around me weren’t necessarily interested or they were afraid of what I could see and say. That’s one of the reasons I was pulled to move to California, a place where I had wanted to live since I was in high school. California was much more open to my work when I started my business in 2002. I don’t think I would be where I am today if I had stayed in Ohio.

I’ve had to learn how to balance my energy, not overwork and listen to who I’m supposed to work with and who I’m not. I always know. I’ve had to learn to create strong boundaries in and out of my work. I don’t want anyone dependent on me, I’m here to empower my clients to be on their best path. I love to teach practical tools that can be done by anyone and anywhere, and that get immediate results. Through the years, I’ve learned that the work l do is deep and therefore not for everyone. Some people want to be stuck or don’t want to change, no matter how miserable they say they are. Those aren’t my people. My abilities are to help those that are ready to move forward fast.

Could you share how you help high performers create a new relationship with success and achieve a sustainable work/life balance through your intuitive mentoring and energy strategizing?

I realized years ago that as a high performer that has pushed myself to my breaking point twice in my career, that the majority of my clients were high performers doing the same thing! I can spot a high performer immediately. I intuitively know what they’re proving and how to change it with my Success Wound™ program. I help my clients get to the root of their Success Wound. Once we know what is specifically driving them, they can clear the energy and recognize when that pattern tries to reappear. I combine practical strategies with energy work that my clients can do on their own.

The problem with success now is that most people don’t feel successful, even if they meet society’s definition of success. We get stuck being energetically pushed to do more, make more, create more. We reach a goal and we’re immediately onto the next one. This is the fastest path to burnout, feeling overwhelmed and unhappy with where you are in life.

Creating sustainable success and work-life balance go together. You can’t have one without the other. I help my high performing clients redefine success for themselves and let go of any old beliefs that become roadblocks to this new success.

There’s a reason most people think there can’t be work-life balance and why it’s so hard to do on their own. We have to address all the beliefs, patterns and fears that are driving them to hurt themselves by overworking. We’re not machines and we cannot overwork for too long. Sustainable work-life balance is possible and it helps you actually feel successful. You’re here for more than your work. My question is always – what are you proving through your work? Does it work? What can we do differently to prevent you from burnout or stress leave?

One of my clients has a seven figure business. When she started working with me, she worked 70-80 hour work weeks. She worked through her weekends, her evenings and her vacations. She was exhausted and overwhelmed and not having quality time with her daughter. Now she has a true vacation planned every quarter, and self-care is a priority with activities like scheduled massages, facials, exercise time, plenty of sleep and a very balanced work schedule. She knows how to define success, she recognizes when she steps into old work patterns and she’s taking better care of herself than ever before. Sustainable work-life balance is very possible for everyone.

How do your programs, such as the Success Wound™, Love Your Life Accelerator™, I Can Have it ALL™, and The Successful High Performer™, guide overwhelmed and overworked individuals to operate at their next level and find balance in their personal and professional lives?

One of the biggest compliments my clients give me repeatedly is that I don’t do a cookie cutter formula. All of my programs are intuitively tailored to my clients. I tune in to every client I’m working with whether that is in a group, team, or individual setting.

Every program focuses on creating sustainable success AND sustainable work-life balance for each person. Both of these are key to feeling fulfilled and supported at work and at home. Every program focuses on helping high performers reclaim their time, relationships, mindset and energy. These are the four areas that are crucial to lasting results.

I have two programs for individuals: I Can Have it ALL™ is a semi-private group to create community and support with other high performers and each group call is tailored to their current struggles. Love Your Life Accelerator™ is a two month private program for those looking for only private sessions with me.

The Successful High Performer™ is for teams and organizations that care about retaining their top talent and preventing burnout and stress leave.

Success Wound™ is the program that is woven into all three programs to help high performers identify their constant energetic drive to do more, make more, impact more, etc. This is essential to create a real change that improves performance because they stop doing all the things that exhaust them and focus on what they do best and move forward without the overwhelm and exhaustion. We also create sustainable success once we know what has been driving them to overwork and feel overwhelmed. This is my oldest program and I do retreats, live events, trainings, workshops and more. This is something that changes people’s lives and the people closest to them notice the difference.

How does your intuitive mentoring approach differ from traditional coaching methods, and how does it benefit high performers?

Everything I do with my clients is intuitively guided. I feel what they’re holding onto in my body and I know how to clear the energy and refill with positive energy for them in that moment. I’m also psychic and can help guide them on their best path based upon where they want to go. I see past lives and how things appear in this life to heal them. I love to help my clients create a path to living their dreams – which is really important to prevent frustration and irritation at not being where they want to be or where they expect themselves to be.

Letting go is a huge skill I teach all of my clients. While I’ve done a ton of videos on YouTube on letting go and I have a chapter with 40 pages dedicated to it in my first book, it’s hard to do on your own. I help my clients get to the root of their Success Wound and all the other beliefs that others have given them that no longer support them. It’s also important to let go of stress, things you can’t control, frustration, irritation and more as it appears so you’re not adding this energy to the stuff that you’re carrying.

My clients love that every session with me is different. While I do have areas of focus and specific things I teach them, when and how that happens depends on them and what they’re dealing with and where they want to go.

Could you explain the role of energy healing in your work and how it contributes to overall growth and success in various areas of life?

Energy healing is a huge part of the work I do. I teach my clients simple practices that give them profound results. I will teach them to bring in the White Light to calm and balance their energy. I teach them exercises like the Raft Exercise to help them get objective and notice how they’re responding to everything in their life right now.

We do tons of abundance work because as successful as my clients are, they don’t feel successful. And as I said, letting go is something I teach my clients many ways to do everyday throughout the day so they can show up in the best way possible for themselves and all the people they interact with.

We are energy. We also spend a lot of energy during the day. Energy work is a way to recharge and balance the energy that we are spending. It’s something that everyone can and should do everyday to feel better.
