What inspired you to become a pop culture astrologer, and how did you get started in this field?
Since I was 8 years old, I have been studying and researching astrology. I have always been fascinated by myth, spirituality, humanity, and psychology. As a child, I was naturally led to astrology due to its connection with mythology and its integration with many ancient philosophies. The more that I learned, the more fascinated I became. Not only did I realize that astrology could give me insight into myself and other people, but I found its predictive quality most intriguing. Also, around that same point in time, I became deeply invested in Hollywood and pop culture, as I was trained as a professional actor.
As I grew, my love for all things pop culture—film, music, fashion, and art—all expanded. However, growing up, I never realized I could be a “pop culture astrologer,” as I am now. Throughout college and in my 20s, I would post astrological predictions on my social media. These predictions began to go viral. This eventually led me to begin writing for blogs, creating my own blog, and eventually catching the attention of the mainstream media and many celebrities in Los Angeles. As I began doing readings for celebrities, public figures, and influencers, as well as being interviewed by the media and eventually writing for them, I crafted a career niche that I have since blossomed within. I am eternally grateful every single day.
What type of services do you offer?
First and foremost, my career in the media is growing, as I am engaged with the television and publishing industries about many forthcoming projects. This is my primary focus. After that, I also write for many global publications and am featured on radio and podcasts worldwide. I am always open to being hired for new media projects. However, on a client level, when I am offering readings (which happens in between major media projects) I produce written or live readings where I not only break down an individual’s natal chart, but also discuss the astrological patterns and trends they are experiencing now and into the future.
Because of this, I consult with people worldwide about how to create the life of their dreams—personally and professionally—using the cosmic flow of the universe. All client inquiries can come through my website or through my Instagram.
How do you stay up-to-date with the latest pop culture trends and incorporate them into your astrological predictions?
As an avid lover of pop culture, I am continually immersing myself in the entertainment of the here and now. Also, as I live in Los Angeles and am actively involved with celebrities, executives, networks, and the mainstream media, it is always fun to tap into the zeitgeist and talk about things from an astrological angle.
What has been your most memorable prediction or analysis about a pop culture figure, and why?
Well, the most famous prediction I created was a forecast of the COVID-19 pandemic prior to it coming. I specifically outlined when it was going to happen, how it would develop, and when restrictions would lift. To the day.
I also have had great precision when it comes to the winners of major events, such as the Super Bowl, the Grammy awards, and the Academy Awards. I’ve predicted pregnancies, breakups, marriages, success, failure, and more—both on a public level regarding celebrities and on an individual level privately with my celebrity clients.
What advice would you give to someone who is interested in studying astrology and making a career out of it?
In truth, and I know this probably sounds pessimistic, I wouldn’t encourage anyone to ever go into astrology or Hollywood entertainment as careers. You will work to the bone and have to give everything completely: body, mind, and soul. And then you’ll have to give more. And more. While I am tremendously happy that I stuck it out and I was able to synthesize many of my talents and interests, there is very little stability when you are starting out until you build a solid client base and following. And that can take years—which means you’re going to be struggling until you get to that point. Even now, as I am continuing to build my career even more, there are times when you have to pivot and there are a lot of uncertainties. I genuinely think that if you’re interested in astrology, it is probably better to pursue it as a passion and find something that is more stable in the long run.
What do you think is the future of astrology, particularly in relation to pop culture and entertainment?
Well, luckily, I believe we are entering a really profound era where astrology will continue to grow in popularity, particularly because of the Great Conjunction of 2020 that took place in Aquarius. Pluto, the planet of transformation, is also moving into Aquarius. While I do think that astrology will continue to grow in popularity, I think a lot of people will begin to integrate it into their lives on an intrinsic level so it becomes synonymous with our daily lives. Just like you check the weather, I think people will check the moon and Mercury retrograde. I have many plans I’m building for the future in pop culture and entertainment and I’m excited to see how they develop. Watch for them. They’re coming.
