What is the Emotion Code, and how does it propose to address emotional imbalances in the body?
Emotion Code is a system of energy healing developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. It is a gentle and effective method of connecting with the subconscious mind to identify and release trapped emotions that may be the root cause of illness, pain, stress, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, phobias, and more. Our subconscious mind records everything, including unprocessed emotions from our own experiences, ancestral traumas, emotions absorbed from our parents while in the womb, and feelings that we carry from past lives.
The Heart Wall can be cleared with Emotion Code. A Heart-Wall is made of layers of trapped emotions that build up over our lifetime. Heart-Walls are created by the subconscious mind as a protective barrier against emotional pain. Heart-Walls can prevent us from achieving goals, giving, and receiving love, and truly connecting with others. Removing this wall opens the heart to forgiveness and allows us to live life to our fullest potential.
During an Emotion Code session, I connect with my client’s subconscious mind and use muscle testing to find the trapped emotions one by one. We release the emotions by sweeping through the body’s governing acupuncture meridian with a magnet. A magnet is a pure tool that magnifies our clearing intentions. If a client has a sensitivity to magnets, the practitioner’s fingertips work perfectly. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely. The process is equally effective either way. I hold remote sessions via video call and act as the proxy for my client.

Everything is made of energy and has its own unique frequency. Our bodies are made of pure energy. When we experience trauma or upsetting feelings, the negative emotional force can be so powerful that it becomes stuck in the body. This creates a distorting effect in our body and energy field affecting physical, mental, and emotional health.
Over time, these low vibrations weaken our organs and tissues creating an environment for pathogens to thrive, toxins to accumulate, and illness to develop. Releasing energetic distortions allows the body to maintain homeostasis and heal.

The Body Code builds on the Emotion Code to address trapped emotions and the associated physical imbalances in the body. Body Code can identify and release the energetic vibrations of physical trauma and inflammation. Body Code is effective in clearing toxins and pathogens, correcting nutritional deficiencies, structural imbalances, and circuitry imbalances in the chakras and acupuncture meridians, and more.
What are the core principles of yoga, and how does it aim to promote both physical and mental well-being?
Yoga means the union of mind body and spirit. Yoga is for everyone! My area of expertise as a teacher is Kundalini Yoga.
Everyone has Kundalini energy. It’s the masculine and feminine energy that lies dormant at the base of our spine. This powerful life force is activated with yoga postures, meditation techniques, and breathwork. When this energy moves freely upward through the spine and chakras, it strengthens the mental, physical, and spiritual health of our being. A clarity arises that enhances perception, thought, and intuition.
Kundalini Yoga is a holistic technology from ancient traditions that helps us thrive in modern life. It strengthens the body and balances the nervous and glandular systems for the ability to manage stress. Practicing Kundalini connects us with the true essence of ourselves.
A Kundalini class structure includes:
- Kriya – is a complete sequence of asanas for a specific benefit. The purpose may be for overall wellness or an individual organ or body system.
- Mantra – chanting mantra creates vibrations that can elevate or alter consciousness. Chanting stimulates the meridians on the upper palette of the mouth directing the energy flow through the hypothalamus, pituitary, and pineal glands.
- Pranayam- breathwork techniques.
