Kevin, can you tell us about the vision behind Enlumnia Academy and what types of coaching and courses will be offered through this online platform?

The concept of “Enlumnia” came to me as a fusion of illumination and enlightenment, symbolizing a state where both coexist. I don’t believe it’s necessary to strive for a total state of enlightenment anymore; glimpses of it appear, especially through healing. My journey began about 20 years ago with podcasting, where I met many inspiring individuals. It was during this time that I met my wife, Lisa, in a meditation group. With her two decades of experience as a massage therapist and Reiki master, we decided to establish a healing business together.
Lisa had been teaching Reiki classes, and I joined her in teaching these and chakra balancing and sound healing techniques. As our business evolved, we transitioned from primarily in-person sessions to online offerings. Recognizing the value of sharing our accumulated knowledge, we ventured into hybrid class creation and eventually founded the Enlumnia Academy, accessible at academy.enlumia.com. This online school, launching in August, aims to provide a platform for people to learn at their own pace with our support and participate in hybrid classes where we facilitate discussions and foster a supportive community.
The Academy offers two primary tracks. The first is for those who feel called to become healers, where they can learn comprehensive healing techniques such as Reiki at all levels and chakra balancing. We also teach a unique practice called holographic sound healing. As musicians and artists, Lisa and I view healing as an art form and are passionate about sharing it with others drawn to this path.
The second track caters to individuals seeking self-healing without the desire to become Reiki masters. Through our coaching and courses, we support people facing crises in relationships, careers, personal lives, and finances. We provide tools and practices, like mindfulness and energy clearing, to help them navigate these challenges.
Our courses include “Embody Your Divine Design,” which incorporates human design and step astrology elements to help individuals understand themselves better and the clearing of energetic imbalances in the 7 main chakras, and “Empowered Living,” an eight-week course exploring a variety of healing modalities and coaching for those new to energy healing. I also offer past life regression sessions to help people release trauma and uncover hidden gifts.
As a light and shadow worker, I believe shadows never truly disappear; they serve as great teachers, helping us learn how to approach and respond to trauma more effectively. Many from the business world seek our guidance to enhance their teams and companies. To accommodate this, we offer online resources and one-on-one coaching, making Enlumnia Academy a versatile space for healing and growth.

What inspired you to create the new healing modality, Enlumnia Quantum?

In my personal life, I’ve always felt a profound connection to energy. Briefly, I was born in Oklahoma here in the States, into a Pentecostal family that believed in speaking in tongues and practiced healing through what was called the Holy Ghost in my day. It kind of scared me because I thought it was like Casper or something, but it was the Holy Spirit. While I didn’t resonate with much of the religious aspects, I was drawn to spirituality. For a time, I became deeply non-religious, essentially an atheist, until I started experiencing a sort of spiritual awakening.
Over the past 20 years or so, I’ve met many incredible people and gurus, learning a wide range of healing modalities, from Reiki to Reconnective Healing and Holographic Healing. After exploring these various techniques, I often find myself questioning if there is a better, more accessible way to achieve similar results. I am familiar with the concept of Human Design, and as a projector, my energy naturally extends outward to others. I can intuitively read or channel what’s happening, seeing things they might not be aware of. As a Projector, I am meant to be a visionary, and while Manifestors and Generators create, I analyze and optimize—making things more efficient and tailored to different audiences.
In my career, I have always been brought in to fix things, and interestingly, the name “Kevin” in Old English means “the repair of ruin.” After my encounters with people like Deepak Chopra, and after discussions about quantum healing, and learning holographic healing techniques, as well as insights from the book The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch by J.J. Hurtak, I developed a comprehensive healing system. This system draws upon everything I’ve learned and is quite remarkable.
By examining people’s birth dates and places, I can create a natal chart that reveals their life purposes, past lives, and challenges—such as the Chiron, the wounded healer, among other aspects. I can also produce a Human Design chart to identify what they are meant to work on and how they interact with energy. Through Gene Keys, a concept derived from Human Design by Richard Rudd, I can see what they are working on, their tendencies, and what their potential gifts are.
Before employing the actual healing technique, I aim to understand their energy type and how they relate to energy. This allows me to craft a healing experience tailored to them. While Reiki often allows energy to flow naturally where needed, I perceive Reiki symbols as three-dimensional, drawing them out in space and time—though that’s a topic for another discussion.
My approach is a kind of enhancement, akin to a more intensified form of healing. It often leads to swift emotional or physical detoxification, enabling individuals to release emotions without being overwhelmed. It’s a journey that reconnects people with different energies, offering them a glimpse into their past lives and the potential to clear ancestral and personal traumas.
A crucial element of the process involves a holographic technique that invites spirit guides, spirit animals, and ancestors—extending back seven generations—to partake in the healing. We also call upon ascended masters and respect non-terrestrial entities that support human evolution. This powerful approach facilitates the release of generational and personal trauma while rebalancing the chakras and clearing the meridians, echoing concepts from TCM.
I believe the Earth has its own energy lines, akin to chakras, and our method reconnects individuals to these energies. Furthermore, it aligns with axiatonal lines, which are universal patterns of energy. Many of my clients feel an affinity to places like Orion or Sirius, or consider themselves Starseeds, feeling validated and realigned through this process.
In the multiverse, there could be infinite versions of ourselves living different lives. This method helps recalibrate that dimensionality to a zero-point, making it easier for individuals to access past lives and make previously unseen connections.
This healing system, while encompassing a wide array of elements, is simple yet profoundly effective. Although novices can learn it, the depth of understanding requires some background in healing to interpret spiritual and energetic interactions effectively. Our motto, “Relax, Heal, and Glow,” encapsulates the essence of this work, aligning with our vision for Enlumnia.
We’re launching this technique as part of the Lion’s Gate Portal, a significant energetic event occurring from August 1st to 16th, 2024. This timing coincides with my birthday on July 29th, a time of potent astrological alignment as I’m a Leo and my wife is a Capricorn. Interestingly, David Bowie, a Capricorn, and his wife Iman, a Leo, embody a similar dynamic. As we prepare for this launch, we’re eager to share these teachings, supported by this interview and others, to usher in a powerful new chapter for Enlumnia.

How does Enlumnia Quantum integrate axiatonal, quantum, and holographic healing techniques, and what unique benefits does this combination provide to clients compared to traditional energy healing modalities?

Any healing modality is incredibly powerful on its own. Often, people attribute their experiences to the healer, especially when they say they didn’t feel anything and might think the healer wasn’t very skilled. I frequently encounter people asking me in the hallway, as we head to a session, how long I’ve been practicing. They want to ensure that I’m experienced or professional in the field, which I completely understand. However, many times, it’s not just about the healer. Sometimes, it’s the healer’s training or lack thereof, and you may feel like a lab rat while they gain experience.
Different techniques can influence the experience as well. For instance, Reiki is a Japanese technique about a hundred years old, not an ancient practice, although people often use the term “Reiki” broadly to refer to energy healing. Some practitioners become very enthusiastic about learning a new technique, practice it for a while, and then move on to something else. The efficacy really depends on the healer’s intention and their ability to combine their technique with their innate healing abilities. I have practiced this kind of work for many years, though I didn’t officially call it “quantum healing” until recently.
I believe that most healing modalities are channeled. Take Reiki, for example—Usui, who developed it, had no Reiki master to learn from. His insights came during a period of fasting when he had a profound experience and then began teaching others. Most healing modalities emerge this way. Reiki, like many healing techniques, often involves a channeling aspect, which can seem unusual. However, channeling doesn’t require adopting a strange voice or name; it is simply about being open to the process. This openness is incredibly powerful and beneficial for those undergoing the healing process.
There is also a yin and yang aspect to energy work. Many people, possibly around 45-60% of the population, don’t necessarily feel energy. It might be due to their natural disposition or how their energy centers are defined. In human design, some people have defined centers while others are open. Some feel energy intensely, while others do not, which often has little to do with the healer but more with the individual’s design.
Using tools like quantum healing, Enlumnia, information waves, human design, natal charts, and gene keys, I can gain a comprehensive understanding of a person’s energy signature. With the help of AI and tools like ChatGPT, I can quickly analyze and chart this information, giving me a better understanding of a person’s energy than they might have themselves. This enables me to listen to what they are working on and see beyond, helping them reconnect with aspects of themselves they instinctively know. Our process is less about teaching something new and more about helping people remember what they already know at a deeper level.
Typically, our sessions last about 90 minutes, with an hour dedicated to healing. Before clients arrive, I gather all necessary information, and both Lisa and I have the ability to read chakras from a distance, as we often conduct remote healing sessions. This allows me to understand what’s out of balance and what works for their energy. After the healing, there’s a discussion about how they feel, and we allow them time to process, reflect, and consider their next steps, often encouraging journaling.
The session takes place on a massage table, with the first part focusing on them lying face-up and the second part face-down. We work with the chakras and axial tonal lines, which is fascinating. For instance, the crown chakra expresses energy up and down, while other chakras have a front and back side. Many might not realize that the back side represents our will and purpose—our “to-do” list, if you will—while the front side is about our emotions and feelings. These feelings are like love letters to ourselves, containing information that some people explore and others ignore.
When working on the front side, we release a lot of feelings and emotions. Then, when I turn clients over and work on the back side, they often become deeply relaxed and energized. It feels like they can finally set down a heavy burden they’ve been carrying. This holistic, 360-degree approach allows for a deep connection and recalibration. When your chakras are balanced and your energy flows freely, you feel more connected to the world and better understand your place in it. It’s a comprehensive experience that draws on various healing modalities, each contributing to the cumulative effect of the process.

How do you integrate various energy healing techniques, such as Reiki, chakra balancing, and sound healing, in your practice at Enlumnia Energy Spa?

It’s fascinating how people find us through the websites, as they often include keywords related to healing. People often search for Reiki or say things like, “I went to my aesthetician, and she mentioned my root chakra was really blocked, so she recommended I see someone.” Psychics also send people our way, suggesting they need their energy cleared or balanced. These terms are well-known, and I have been healing naturally all my life.
I discovered a technique through meditation that I have practiced for years, focusing on a hands-off approach. However, I felt the need to educate myself in various modalities to have a solid technique to rely on and a better understanding of what I was doing.
When people come to us, they may be interested in our coaching or courses. If they haven’t experienced energy healing before, we often start with a one-on-one session. This approach serves as both a healing session and an interview to see if we’re a good match. A simple Reiki session is an excellent starting point, as some people are familiar with chakra balancing or want their chakras aligned using crystals. I’ve worked with all these approaches, so we tailor the experience to what they are most comfortable with.
We also discuss how their chakras relate to certain ways of being they may want to enhance or certain behavioral patterns they want to release. It’s a wonderful introduction to energy healing.
Sound healing, for example, is particularly effective for those who are anxious, mentally overworked, and disconnected from their bodies. We practice holographic sound healing, a method we learned from Dr. Paul Hubbard in Austin, a renowned holographic sound healer. Sound has the power to help people relax deeply as it penetrates the body and releases emotions. Instead of providing guided meditations or directing the mind, tuning into sound can break down barriers people may not realize they have, allowing them to relax profoundly. It’s incredibly effective and can help heal a variety of ailments.
It’s important to note that we’re not doctors or medical experts, and we don’t diagnose illnesses—that’s the role of hospitals and doctors. We work within the field of energy, dealing with frequencies, wavelengths, vibrations, and the art of conversation. When people come to us, even if they’ve never experienced energy healing before, they’re often open to these modalities. Our initial sessions can serve as a gateway to more comprehensive healing, leading them to explore our courses or coaching further.

You once said “Where has the magic gone?” How do you quantify this question?

Where has the magic gone? When I consider our coaching page, I think about how life can become mundane, dull, and uninspiring. Many people feel burned out from the weight of life’s responsibilities and find themselves stuck in a rut. It’s important to realize that you are not alone in this. We all crave magic in our lives, something that makes every day feel extraordinary. Ideally, we want our lives to be as captivating as a movie.
I often tell people that if they aren’t happy with their job, they should pursue their passions. It is far easier to excel at something you love than to endure something you feel compelled to do. Imagine waking up every day excited about your life and career, truly doing what you love. Imagine feeling appreciated for who you are and what you do, embracing your unique qualities that make you the most exceptional person in the universe. Picture yourself surrounded by genuine friends who uplift and respect you, and having relationships filled with true love and empathy.
Visualize yourself confronting life’s challenges with courage, patience, and confidence, knowing you can overcome them. Remember that you are not alone on this journey; others are walking alongside you. Part of our mission at Enlumnia is to help people rediscover the magic in their lives, making life less mechanical and less fearful. Here in the States, we often see ourselves as divided, with strong opinions on the left and right. But what happened to the middle ground, to open conversations, and simply being together?
Our goal is not to position ourselves as healers, because true healing comes from within. We believe you are your own best healer, and we aim to create an environment that acts as a catalyst for healing. We can help you recalibrate your energy and realign your chakras, allowing you to begin anew. It’s never too late to start over, and knowing there are others on this journey with you is comforting. We are here to listen when you need someone beyond a busy doctor or therapist.
Healing can be described as rediscovering the magic within yourself, the essence that makes the world’s colors a little brighter and helps you feel more connected. At Enlumnia, we envision an energy spa where the concept revolves around water. Given that we are mostly water, energy calibration is akin to being in a state of flow.
I have always imagined our spa as a place where you can relax and rejuvenate. I plan to establish centers where you can immerse yourself in water, take a shower, receive a massage or healing treatment, and then enjoy an energy treatment. It’s a place for a personal retreat, not rushed or hurried, where you can absorb energy and feel the life force flowing through you again, just like water flows.
