Can you explain your approach to connecting with a client’s spirit and spirit team during a session? How do you ensure a safe and positive experience for your clients during these connections?
My approach to connecting with spirit and spirit guides is very simple. I always start with the intention to be of loving service to my clients and their loved ones, and that the purpose of my work is for the highest good for all involved. This isn’t something I have to think out any longer or take a long time to pray or meditate on. …it’s been my intention with all my work for a long time, so it’s already a done deal. Then I “look” with my mind’s eye, around my client. It’s the physical space around them I’m looking at, but I’m not looking with my physical eyes, I’m just bringing my mental awareness to that space around them. If I’m not seeing anything right away, sometimes I’ll close my eyes, as it helps in blocking out my physical surroundings, and I sort of “look out” of my forehead- my ‘third eye’ – and I begin to see what looks like a kaleidoscope tunnel. I begin to travel down the tunnel watching the kaleidoscope do its thing…soon I will see two black kidney-shaped dots in the middle of the kaleidoscope in my mind’s vision. (I think that’s the weirdest part and I have no idea what they are or why I see them. ) Then I know I’m connected and I just “see who’s there.” I do not doubt that we will all have a positive and safe experience because I understand the laws of equality and power, and I honor my clients and spirits’ wishes and boundaries. Together we only invite positive intentions into the space. ( I can elaborate more about what I mean by equality and power, and I also have a podcast that explains more about that too)
In your Intuitive Life Guidance Card Readings, how do you choose and interpret the cards? Can you provide an example of how a card reading has helped a client gain insight into their life and make positive changes?
I learned to read cards from my mom when I was 15. She taught me on a regular deck of playing cards. She wrote the meaning of each card on the card itself. She taught me how to lay the card spread. I have developed my psychic intuition to interpret the cards and I also stop and ‘ask’ spirit to clarify their meaning or message. I just stop for a moment, sometimes I close my eyes and mentally ask to get a clear message, and a message will dump into my mind. Sometimes it’s entire concepts, or even scenarios or stories, all at once. (I often think in pictures and what looks like movies playing in my mind.) I then use my brain to sort it into a coherent message in English and convey it to my client, with as much love and grace as I can. Since I intend to be of loving service, the messages I receive are always helpful. I don’t ask to be shown when someone will die, for instance. I teach a card reading class and we spend a good deal of time on ethics and responsibility and spiritual principles, including boundaries, and I don’t believe messages like that are ethical. (There’s a much longer explanation for that as well, probably in one of my podcasts) I always let my clients know that I am interpreting the message through my understanding and that it’s meant for guidance and suggestions only. Ultimately, my clients are responsible for what they choose to do with the information. But it really can be quite helpful, even if it isn’t always pleasant. I had a woman once, who came to me to learn the truth. The cards kept telling me “he” was cheating on her. I didn’t really want to break the news, so I shuffled the cards and tried again… the same thing came up. I silently told Spirit they better not show me this again unless I’m meant to tell her. It came up again. So I told her. She cried. But she cried mostly in relief because I let her know she wasn’t crazy. His gaslighting had been messing with her mind. Spirit also told me how she could prove it…that it was in his email and if she thought about it, she would know the password. (Turned out to be his mistress’s name) Spirit also told her that she would eventually find a wonderful partner (who would have a scar on his chin) who would be honest and kind and she would be very happy with him. She found him. He’s great, has a scar on his chin, and they are very happy. It’s difficult for me to read about someone remotely since they haven’t given their consent, but in that case, the spirit wanted her to know the truth, and maybe his spirit did too, in some way. Spirit seems to be most helpful in assisting me with messages about career, moving, family, and helping people with self-reflection and self-empowerment. So people can have a better understanding of what they can do to more easily create what they truly want in their lives.
High Vibration Readings are often associated with higher spiritual realms. How do you prepare yourself to access and interpret these high vibrational energies? What can clients expect to gain from a high-vibration reading?
Oftentimes people believe that when someone dies, like a loved one, they are automatically exalted to the highest realms and immediately given their halo and wings. So they come to a medium to ask their loved ones in spirit if they should move, accept a job, or get married, etc. I believe that their loved ones are the same people they knew in life. I think for the most part we take our consciousness with us and continue to evolve from there. So if they were not someone from whom the client would have asked for that kind of guidance in life, maybe they are still not the person who will have the best advice for their highest good from there either. That’s where the high-vibration reading comes in. I ask for the messages to come from whoever, whatever in spirit will have the highest guidance for the client, or at least the highest that the client is currently ready for. Sometimes it’s spirit guides, like ancient or other dimensional beings, sometimes it’s angels, and yes, sometimes it’s Aunt Twyla.
Past Life readings can be quite intriguing. How do you access and explore a client’s past lives, and how can this knowledge benefit them in their present life?
I love doing past-life readings. I think it’s fascinating. I do the same thing with my mind… I close my eyes and intend to look into the past. I ask that I’m shown whatever lifetime will be most helpful to know about now. I’m shown the lifetime as a movie played out in my mind. The lifetime I’m shown is usually correlated to a persistent issue my client is having in this current life. And once they know it comes from the past, it can more easily be healed or released. I’ll give you an example from my own life. It’s not a particularly dramatic one but it’s very poignant. I have never really been able to drink water my whole life. Even as a kid, unless I was outside playing all day in the summer and had to drink from the neighbor’s hose, so I wouldn’t faint. But when I was 44, I was trying to lose weight, another thing I’ve battled my whole life, and my ‘health coach’ said that I had to drink a gallon of water a day. I told her I didn’t drink water unless it was flavored or something. She tried to insist that I must and I claimed that I just couldn’t. It just won’t go down and it makes me sick. She said, ‘That’s silly.’ and as soon as she said that, I began to have an emotional reaction…. kind of went into a spontaneous Sentire session right then and there! (I’ll talk more about what Sentire is later.) All of this anguish came up, along with a lot of sobbing and energy, and with it came a frightening and vivid memory. I saw that I was underwater. I could see the blurry surface above me and a maniacal face smiling at me through the blur. I could even see his hand coming through the surface and holding me below by the throat. I was drowning. And I could feel the water going down my windpipe and entering my lungs. It was painful and terrifying and I knew it was real. Or at least it had been in my past. In a past life, I had drowned. When my release/vision was over, I was healed from that experience. And from that day on, I can drink water. I believe that persistent issues or patterns of undesirable behaviour that are hard to change, may be the result of unhealed trauma or experience from past lives that are stuck in one’s consciousness. It’s not always necessary to know or remember the origin of that low-vibration energy, but past-life realizations can surely help.
Can you describe your approach to Emotional Energy Release, Healing, and Empowerment? How do you help clients release and heal emotional blockages or trauma, and what tools or techniques do you use for empowerment?
I’ve read that there are between 30 to 100 trillion cells in the human body and each one stores emotional energy. There is a technique I’ve developed to help people release trauma and negative energy from the cells of the body. It’s called Sentire, which is Latin for “feeling.” I’m happy to learn that people all over the world are discovering this tool and developing similar methods. So exciting!! First, I set a safe space for my client by reciting my ‘Safe Space Declaration’. I think this is important because most new-thought practices teach that saying or feeling anything negative will create it in one’s life. So they jump straight to the affirmations and meditations to try to step right over the feelings into that higher vibration. The problem is, you can’t meditate 24 hours a day. You have to live and be human, and if the energy is still in the cells of your body, it will affect your life. My declaration sets up a safe space during the session, where creation is suspended for emotional release. This permits my clients to be released without worry. Then we take our time moving through the body and using specific breathing techniques, we find and release energy. It’s not very comfortable, I’m not gonna lie. It’s not for wimps. You can feel the energy moving through and out of your body. People tell us all the time to ‘let it go’ but they don’t tell you how. It doesn’t mean ‘ignore it’ it means ‘allow it to leave’ and that movement can be painful. But it’s fairly brief. And we can move through about 5 years of talk therapy in about an hour and a half. Empowerment is so much easier after these energies are released. Imagine rocks stuck in a balloon of helium. Once those rocks are released, the balloon floats up on its own… just like our own soul will once it’s healed. Affirmations and meditation become so much more effective!!
Many people may be skeptical or hesitant about these types of spiritual and intuitive services. How do you address skepticism and build trust with your clients? Can you share a success story where a client initially doubted the process but experienced significant benefits from your services?
There have been people whose minds have changed, or at least been opened, because of my work, but to be honest, convincing skeptics is not my job or desire. I have a great respect for others’ boundaries, and if they have a ‘no’ energy about them, I’ll often slide right off of them. I like to invite people to my promotional events so they can see for themselves how I work and that will often open their minds. I also offer a satisfaction money-back guarantee. If they don’t leave a session feeling that it was meaningful and worth it and get their answers, they don’t pay. I believe in my work one hundred percent, but I’m not the only factor in this process. Everyone involved has a consciousness that plays a part in connecting with the spirit. We all work together. I honor others but I don’t force or even try to convince people. I trust we are ALL on our perfect path and we will learn as we go. I heard a wise person say, “Don’t wake the sleeping, they need their rest.” I wish I knew who said that originally, but I don’t remember. But sometimes people do change their minds. For example, my goddaughter wasn’t a believer until she witnessed my work. And eventually, the deceased sister of her best friend came through and gave an incredibly healing message, for her and her best friend. Another instance… I was doing a reading for the mother and aunt of a young woman (I’ll call her Lydia) who had been to me before. Her mother was open but her aunt didn’t believe in me. I connected with their father, Lydia’s grandfather – let’s call him Paul He said all kinds of things to Lydia’s aunt but we could all tell she was very doubtful. Then Paul showed me an image that looked like a miniature clock. I asked Lydia’s mom, “Do you have a miniature grandfather clock that belonged to your dad?” She said she had a miniature pocket watch that belonged to her grandfather and then passed down to her dad.” I told her “He said the watch once worked, then stopped working and now it works again.” She said, “It stopped working when my parents died and it still doesn’t work. I never got it fixed because I thought it was an omen” “Go get the watch please,” I asked “Your dad’s going to fix it.” Lydia brought the watch out, and her mom wound it and passed it around for us all to see and listen that it was not ticking. The watch was still broken. I told her to leave it out because Paul said he was going to fix it. She set it on the table and I went on with the reading. About five minutes later, the watch started ticking!!! Loudly!! Lydia’s mom picked it up and sure enough she showed us all that her grandfather’s 150-year-old antique pocket watch which hadn’t worked in 30 years, was now, indeed, working! Lydia’s aunt was flabbergasted and finally believed that spirit could and would communicate. That our loved ones are still with us in spirit, that they love and guide us, and that they are at peace.
