MysticMag has the absolute pleasure of chatting with Kelli Russell from Radical Enlightenment – a collaborative effort between author and energy intuitive Kevin Russell and Emotion Code Practitioner and PSYCH-K® Facilitator Kelli Russell. Their mission is to catalyze healing, personal growth, and reconnection for individuals and the broader human community. Through their work, they offer one-on-one and group energy sessions, educational resources, and media content designed to elevate well-being and foster profound transformations.
Can you tell us more about the philosophy behind Radical Enlightenment and how your partnership with Kevin Russell has contributed to your mission of healing, expansion, and reconnection within individuals and the human family as a whole?
The concept of radical enlightenment encompasses far-reaching or thorough changes affecting the fundamental nature of knowledge, understanding and experience in the improvement of human life through clarity of perception and re-connection to self. It involves making fundamental changes that impact the very essence of knowledge, understanding, and human experience. Our goal is to improve lives by bringing clarity to people’s perceptions and reconnecting them with their true selves.
We specialize in helping individuals clear away the subconscious stress and trauma programs that often lead them to believe in falsehoods about their worth and value. Our work strips away these layers to reveal the authentic essence that is inherently worthy and perpetually loved. We focus on promoting inner beauty and connection as the core of our mission.
To achieve this, we employ subconscious change techniques, emotional energy healing, positive mindset training, and nervous system regulation. Some of our work involves dismantling long-held false beliefs, which can be deeply rooted in the subconscious. Others are more conscious, where individuals are aware of their self-perceptions and feelings about themselves.
Your approach seems to bridge traditional talk therapy with subconscious change and emotional energy healing. Could you explain how this integration works, and how it helps individuals move from stress and anxiety to a state of inner balance and clarity?
I was reviewing our website today, thinking about our conversation, and I remembered a significant experience in our family. Our daughter, who was 10 years old at the time (she’s 17 now), was struggling with picking at her face. It started with minor blemishes that she’d pick at until they became open wounds. She couldn’t explain why she was doing it, and it was affecting her to the point where she wore band-aids on her face to school. We tried various approaches, but nothing seemed to work until we consulted with an emotional kinesiologist.
This practitioner used a technique called muscle testing to tap into the body’s signals. Through a series of yes or no questions, he discovered that our daughter’s picking was linked to the stress she felt when my husband and I argued. He helped us identify and address the root cause of our conflicts, and our daughter never picked at her skin again. This experience left me intrigued and inspired to learn more about these modalities.
My husband and I dove into PSYCH-K® and Emotion Code. These methods involve muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions, stress and trauma programs and establish positive beliefs. We also incorporate nervous system regulation and whole-brain breathing techniques to initiate each session. Importantly, we can conduct these sessions remotely, connecting with clients and using muscle testing to assist them in achieving their goals. It’s a powerful combination of techniques that can create transformative change from a distance.
With your extensive background in psychology, counseling, yoga, meditation, and subconscious repatterning, how have you seen these various elements come together to create a comprehensive approach to helping people achieve true inner freedom and lasting results?
Our work encompasses various aspects of well-being. One key element is balancing the brain and the nervous system through specific breathing techniques. This helps create a foundation of calm and clarity within ourselves. Another crucial aspect involves identifying and removing obstacles to our true selves – those limiting beliefs we hold.
I recently came across a profound insight about manifestation and achieving our desires. It’s the idea that when we affirm something positive, like “I easily make $20,000 a month” or “I have a loving and healthy relationship with my life partner,” we’re not lying to ourselves. The real lie is believing in our limitations, saying “I’m not worthy” or “I don’t deserve it.” Our work helps people resonate with these positive beliefs at a deep level within their bodies.
A significant part of our approach is rooted in yoga philosophy, which emphasizes uncovering the truth of who we are. We also focus on changing the energy surrounding stuck emotions. Emotions can get trapped in our bodies, causing anxiety, stress, pain, or discomfort. Through muscle testing and pinpointing where these emotions are located, we can release them. Clients often experience relief once these trapped emotions are addressed.
Ultimately, our goal is to create an interactive harmony within the body, where the nervous system communicates effectively with the mind, gut, and heart. By removing obstructions and uncovering the truth, we empower individuals to live their best lives.
Your specialization is in releasing stress, anxiety, and past trauma while boosting confidence and self-worth. Could you provide some insights into the methods or techniques you use to help individuals overcome these challenges and step into their desired roles in life?
When we begin our work together, I often ask clients to identify five goals they’d like to achieve. It’s important to phrase these goals in the first person, present tense, and with positivity and power. Many individuals are well aware of the negative experiences they’re going through, such as pain, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. They tend to take ownership of these issues by using phrases like “my anxiety” or “my depression.”
However, part of our process involves shifting their focus to what lies on the other side of these challenges. We encourage them to envision what they truly desire. For example, instead of saying “I want to be free from anxiety,” we help them reframe it as “I want resilience, so I can easily handle life’s ups and downs.” Or instead of “I want to stop feeling depressed,” it becomes “I want to wake up with a zest for life.”
We use these positive, present-tense goals to ignite a sense of desire and motivation. This shift in focus starts to change the energy within them. From there, we employ the processes I mentioned earlier to address any underlying issues that may be blocking these goals. Sometimes, these obstacles stem from past experiences, like traumatic events.
For instance, if their goal is to have conscious communication with their partner, we may use muscle testing to determine if past experiences are impeding this goal. We narrow down the age and circumstances of these experiences. Once identified, we work to release the associated trauma programs. We continue probing until the body signals that no further blockages exist. At this point, we establish these positive beliefs at the subconscious level to ensure their body aligns with their desired outcome.
The process involves peeling away layers of obstacles until the individual’s body and mind fully embrace the desired change, ultimately leading to personal growth and transformation.
How many sessions are usually required?
The number of sessions required varies based on each individual’s specific needs and challenges. In some cases, we’ve been able to help people overcome issues like panic attacks or phobias in just a single session, typically ranging from two to eight sessions for most clients. However, when clients have deeper, ingrained issues or multiple areas they want to work on, it can take longer. These challenges are like branches on a tree, and addressing each one thoroughly may require additional sessions.
After we’ve made significant progress and clients are well on their way to achieving their goals or have already met them, some choose to continue with occasional sessions. This maintenance helps ensure they stay on track and can address any new issues that may arise. As people reach new levels of well-being and success, new opportunities and challenges often present themselves, whether it’s in relationships or business. So, we’re here to support clients in continuously elevating their lives and experiencing even greater levels of fulfillment and growth.
Rapid Transformation Sessions and the Radical Life Transformation Program you offer promise to create significant shifts within individuals without the need for prolonged talk therapy. Can you share a success story or example that highlights the effectiveness of your approach in facilitating rapid and impactful changes?
With a background in marriage and family therapy, I’ve noticed that therapy can be a valuable space for individuals to feel heard, understood, and validated. However, the complexity of human behavior often leads to challenges like suppression, repression, deflection, and denial. It’s not uncommon for people to remain stuck on a particular path for extended periods without making substantial changes. I’ve personally witnessed friends who’ve been in therapy for years without experiencing significant shifts in their lives.
What I find particularly intriguing about subconscious techniques is their ability to cut through the surface and uncover hidden issues that may be holding someone back. These tools allow me to engage with the body’s wisdom, seeking answers beyond conscious awareness. It’s a way to ask the body whether a particular issue is genuinely causing a person’s challenges or if there’s a deeper, concealed problem at play. Sometimes, individuals believe they’ve resolved past traumas or issues, only to discover that these experiences continue to influence their lives on an unconscious level.
Here is one of our many success stories – a testimonial from Louis, a Carpenter from Washington
At the end of six weeks, I have to say 110% that where I am today is more tolerant, more patient, more understanding. I’m no longer that micromanager where I have to control everything in my environment. I have a more harmonious relationship with my coworkers. I have a more harmonious relationship with my wife and my children. I no longer am in that judgment mode because I’m now accepting people for who they are and where they are. I am able to see or at least try to see another person’s perspective or try to understand why they are the way they are or why they say the things they do. So that brought me great peace.
There are occasions where I tend to step back, but when I do, I’m not beating myself up. That’s been life changing, life altering. If we could all take this roadmap that Kevin and Kelli provide, the world would be a different place.
