How did you come across Emotion Code and what sparked your interest in the field?
I was first introduced to the concept of energy healing as a child. My family’s primary care physician was a medical doctor and had been practicing traditional medicine for decades. When I was about nine years old, he left his medical practice and began an energy healing practice. From my first energy healing appointment with him, I had an interest in it. Then, about three years ago l met a local Emotion Code/Body Code practitioner and I received multiple sessions from her. She strongly encouraged me to pursue certification so I did.
What’s the difference between Emotion Code and Body Code?
The Emotion Code finds and releases negative trapped emotions in the body. The Body Code incorporates the Emotion Code, but its focus is to find and release imbalances in the body at the root cause and allow the body to return to its intended state of health.
Can you walk me through one of your Heart-Wall sessions?
A Heart-Wall session is similar to an Emotion Code session, but it specifically focuses on releasing an energetic barrier of protection around the heart. Approximately 93% of the population has a Heart-Wall, which is created when someone experiences heartache, grief, or similarly painful emotion.
A session begins with measuring the initial length of the client’s Heart-Wall, and then asking the subconscious if there are any trapped Heart-Wall emotions that can be released. Typically 10-15 trapped Heart-Wall emotions can be released in a session. On average, the entire Heart-Wall is released in 3-5 sessions.
You also work with animals. Can you share some details about that part of your work?
I love working with animals! The beauty of energy healing is that it uses muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious part of the brain. This is especially helpful when working with those who can’t communicate with words, we can still focus on addressing the priority topics to help the body heal. Animals are resilient and usually have less ‘emotional baggage’ than humans do, so healing can sometimes be easier for them. A session for an animal is just like one for a human. I’ve found that sometimes the energetic cord between the animal and its owner is imbalanced and that is contributing to some of the behavioral or health issues the animal is experiencing, which shows that healthy connections with everyone–even a pet–is important.
What is your favorite part of your profession?
I love that energy healing can help anyone with any topic imaginable–whether it’s physical, emotional, relational, financial, etc. The possibilities are endless. While energy healing isn’t a magic wand, it is a powerful tool that allows me to come alongside a person in need and offer help and healing. Every time I have an energy healing session done I feel a little lighter and hopeful, and my goal is for my clients to feel the same after their sessions with me.
Is there anything else about your work that you’d like to share that we haven’t covered?
The next level of certification, The Belief Code, is releasing later this year. I will be offering a special certification rate for these sessions, so if you’re interested in signing up be checking my website for those announcements at www.inspiredenergyhealing.org
