What inspired you to become a Reality Coach, what motivated you to pursue this career path?
One day, I suddenly realized that I was creating my own suffering. It suddenly occurred to me that the “me” in the middle of the problem was always me. There was always me in the middle of the problem, and I realized, who is this? Me, really. I started to question if I was doing it to myself, adopting the thought that I’m not worthy, adopting the thought that everyone else is happy, but I’m not. I was living in a state of sadness and self-pity, feeling depleted of energy. I wasn’t in deep depression, but I was questioning, is that really real? Because it started to dawn on me. My life looked good on the outside, but it started to feel weird. Why am I still not happy when I am safe, have abundance, a partner, a fulfilling job, good vacation, good salary? I was still feeling empty. So, I realized that many people come across this at some point. I’m not my thoughts. The thoughts are appearing, linked to beliefs about myself. What if this isn’t true? What if I’m just adopting this thought without realizing I’m doing it and it is causing my own suffering?
From there, I started to be more conscious about the thoughts I’m adopting about myself and others. Is it really true? How can I know it is true? Or am I just looking through the filter of my conditioning and beliefs? So, that started the process of my own realization, dealing with things consciously, dealing with emotions as they arise, retracing my way back to the belief, and allowing myself to step outside of my comfort zone, to do things I would never do before. I started taking small steps, and at some point, I started to trust more that when I follow my intuition and my heart, things turn out pretty well. It was about dissolving the illusion that I am a victim. I started to see that no one out there is causing my pain, and at the same time, I needed to fully integrate that no one out there will give me my happiness either. That was not easy to allow, to let go of that too because then this meant I have to take ownership of myself, I have to step up and participate in the world, and then transcend some of the fear of being seen, being judged, being condemned. So, all of that process. That’s why I call this a reality shift because I know we are the creators of our reality, and I help people not only see it and realize it but change our lives. Already do, and it’s to become conscious that I was doing it unconsciously before. I was imagining the worst. Now I’m doing it consciously, and I like to imagine the best, and at this time, it’s not like a process of make-believe, it’s not a process of affirmation. It’s more of embodying that knowing that I’m safe, I can, and I prove it to myself by taking inspired action, by testing the field.
How do you approach identifying and addressing unconscious beliefs that may be contributing to self-sabotage in your clients?
I help them reveal it for themselves by listening to their questions, and I bring the right questions to stir it up. We take notes, and I listen to the mind. What does the mind say now? I also work somatically. If someone says, “I feel like an imposter,” that’s a deficiency belief, a deficiency story we adopt about ourselves. It’s not ultimately true. Then I will work somatically, and I work with the reverse statement: “I’m not an imposter.” Not as a positive affirmation, but I want the client to be able to feel in the body when it says, “I am.” Sometimes that will stir up sadness, anger, or shame, and people are surprised to see this energy being stirred up. But it’s a really good sign because when we can meet this energy, they become conscious. I help people grow their capacity to feel this emotion because if you’re able to feel the fear or the shame, if you can be safe in feeling that, safe in your body, then you become able to go out there, take action, and meet those fears. Then, in fact, as you progress, your energy body releases density, you meet fewer and fewer people who are judging you. Your reality gets upgraded with your energy body.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer four types of services. Firstly, I meet clients one-on-one for an hour. During this hour, they receive ample guidance and a few homework assignments to help them take their first steps. We address whatever issues arise during the session, and they also receive a recording to listen to afterward. Typically, even after listening to the recording two or three times, they gather additional insights.
Secondly, I provide a one-week process for which clients pay. As soon as they make the payment, the process begins because taking that initial step often stirs up what needs to be released. This package includes one integration call and one week of email support with me, during which they can ask questions and receive guidance.
Thirdly, I work with clients for two weeks in a private, one-on-one container. They have direct access to me via Telegram and receive two calls per week. In this container, clients can begin to take action, with my support bridging the gap for them to attempt actions they may have hesitated to take before. This service is particularly suitable for those seeking career advancement or overcoming fears related to relationships or collaboration.
Lastly, I offer a small group online course that spans eight weeks, with meetings twice a week. This online course contains pre-recorded videos about Awakening Our Emotional Intelligence, Knowing and Recognition of Effortless Being and Energy Mastery, the Balance of Love & Wisdom. It’s packed with information to accelerate the process of Awakening and the meetings support the participants with answers to their questions and experiential exercise and practice with me. The group dynamic is immensely supportive, with each person benefiting from the experiences of others. I maintain a safe and judgment-free space, allowing participants to grow together without reservation.
These four offerings cater to different needs and preferences, providing clients with various avenues for personal growth and development.
Can you elaborate on how you create a safe space for your clients to explore and release old ways of being that no longer serve them?
I am the safe space. I am empty of expectations, allowing people to feel truly free to share or not. Nothing is forced. When I work with someone in a small group, the others serve as witnesses, but they do not directly engage with that person. I focus on working with one individual at a time, then move on to the next. This approach fosters trust and genuine appreciation among participants. I maintain the space, ensuring that no one can harm another. If necessary, I can intervene directly to maintain the quality of the interaction. I have no issue redirecting attention when needed, ensuring that everyone has their turn to speak. This structured approach effortlessly creates a safe and supportive environment. This safety isn’t something I consciously create; it simply exists within the space.
In what ways do you tailor your coaching approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client?
I can assess where individuals are in their process, allowing me to meet them where they are, whether they’re at the beginning stages of releasing or feeling hesitant. I adjust my approach accordingly, ensuring that we proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for them. Drawing from my extensive experience and knowledge, I bring forth various tools and intuition to tailor our sessions to their specific needs. Sometimes, the focus may be on increasing body awareness, ensuring that nothing feels forced. As their capacity grows, we may delve into more direct inquiries to uncover underlying issues.
If a client has a specific goal in mind, we can address it directly, often simplifying the process as they bring forth triggers causing distress. With my guidance, we can swiftly identify these triggers and the beliefs associated with them. For example, if someone exhibits condescending behavior, we may uncover a belief related to feeling disrespected or undervalued, accompanied by underlying emotions such as sadness or anxiety.
I facilitate clients in exploring these emotions and beliefs on their own, empowering them with tools they can use independently. By the end of our sessions, particularly in group settings after the eight-week program, individuals possess a newfound self-sufficiency, equipped with tools they can apply in their lives autonomously. However, I remain available for those seeking accelerated progress, as my outside perspective often offers clarity that individuals may struggle to find on their own.
Additionally, I continue to engage with mentors who guide me in my own personal growth journey, allowing me to continually expand and release false beliefs or limitations.
