How did you discover your abilities as a palmist, tarot reader, and psychic? Could you share a significant experience or moment that solidified your belief in your gifts?
My journey towards this path began in childhood, during a situation involving my parents’ finances. At around 10 or 11 years old, I found myself advising them on significant decisions, despite my lack of formal financial knowledge. Unfortunately, my insights weren’t taken seriously due to my age. Their resulting mistakes left an impact, and I realized I had a knack for this kind of work. Although I didn’t immediately pursue it, I eventually gravitated towards metaphysical subjects, particularly palmistry. As I honed my skills, I started practicing on friends and acquaintances to build my confidence. My accuracy grew apparent when I predicted someone’s pregnancy, unknowingly resolving her struggles to conceive. Another colleague sought my guidance for health issues, and I suggested a thyroid check, which turned out to be accurate, leading to her treatment and improved well-being.
You’ve received feedback on being “very accurate” in your readings. What do you attribute this accuracy to, and how do you ensure that your insights and information are helpful and relevant to your clients?
Absolutely, my style centers around the disciplines I’m well-versed in and comfortable with. I interpret what I see in people’s hands and their cards spreads, while remaining open to insights that flow through as I connect with the divinations I know. I convey these insights without overthinking or attempting to rationalize them, letting them flow naturally. Even if it seems unclear to me initially, it often resonates with the person I’m reading for. My approach combines my inherent abilities with any messages that come through. Before we begin, I ask if there is anything in particular/any areas of their life that the client wants to focus on, any questions they may have – or just overall, whatever comes up. This tailored approach ensures I address their needs while also trusting my intuition, delivering information as it comes without filtering through logic.
In today’s digital age, you offer remote readings through various platforms. Could you tell us more about how you conduct palm and tarot readings remotely and how technology has enhanced your ability to serve clients worldwide?
Indeed, when I initially began my journey in this field, phone lines were already established, and limited options were available. I started with face-to-face sessions, unsure if phone readings would work. However, once I tried phone readings and found success, it opened up a realm of possibilities. Remote readings eliminated the need for travel, offering convenience to clients regardless of their location. This broader accessibility allows people from afar to access readings promptly and even schedule them on short notice. Phone readings have expanded my reach, making my services available to a wider audience. Clients can easily reach out with questions or concerns, and for some, even a single question is enough. They can send me photos via WhatsApp, and I provide instructions on how to proceed. This process is seamless and consistent whether conducted face-to-face or remotely, offering a convenient option for everyone involved.
As a Consultant Member accredited by MBS Professionals, you’ve gained recognition in the field of Mind Body Spirit specialists. How has this accreditation impacted your practice, and what steps do you take to continue developing your skills?
Certainly, my accreditation story goes back a bit. Initially, I was accredited by the British Astrological and Psychic Society (BAPS) which existed for 40 years and took part in well-established mind-body-spirit festivals. BAPS had a double vetting process for accepting any new readers to ensure genuine expertise. Unfortunately, it closed down a few years ago, and in its wake, Mind Body Spirit Professionals emerged. They welcomed former BAPS members and had the same vetting process for newcomers. This accreditation, while not always the sole focus, adds a layer of credibility by confirming my abilities through independent evaluation. However, many individuals base their decision on personal experience rather than formal accreditation.
Teaching palmistry and tarot is another aspect of your work. What inspired you to start teaching these arts, and what benefits can individuals gain from learning these practices themselves?
Enquiries started coming in, both from those I had read for before and individuals interested in learning these divinations. Responding to this demand, I organised classes for small groups of two or so people and one to one lessons.
Coordinating everyone’s schedules proved challenging, given the need for consistency over several weeks. Nowadays, I pass on any enquiries for palmistry lessons to my partner who has been teaching palmistry for many years (in fact, that’s how we met, I went to his classes some years ago, which were done face to face then) – he now teaches palmistry over Zoom and typically has groups of several students at each level which offers them a better learning experience
