Can you tell us more about your holistic approach to healing and how you integrate various modalities such as energy healing, naturopathy, and herbalism?
Most of my members come to me for energy healing, but I think that even with energy healing sessions, we as Practitioners have to let them leave with things to work on. Affirmations, foundation work (such as diet, water intake, and rest), as well as suggestions that either came up while doing subconscious work or intuitively that will help bridge the gap to healing (i.e. Bach remedies, herbs, supplements, essential oils, etc.) are always integrated and listed on all my session reports. I try to do what I can to coach my members on how delicate the mind-body-spirit connection is, and that in itself is the basis of a holistic approach.
With your extensive training and certifications, what sets your practice apart in terms of helping clients overcome obstacles and reach their goals?
I guess you could say I have a very large “toolbox”. I currently hold seven Board Certifications as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Global Energy Method Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapy, TIME Techniques, as well as in Success & Life Coaching. Certified in Emotion Code, Body Code, Keys to Freedom, Reiki Master, and Angel Healing. A Level 2 PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Quantum Living Advocate, and was formerly certified as a Level 3 Mind Body Spirit Release Practitioner. I’m a graduate of Trinity School of Natural Health as a Flower Essence Specialist using Bach Remedies, and currently enrolled in their Master Herbalist, Master Iridologist, and Traditional Naturopath/Doctor of Naturopathy programs. I have all this training because there is not a “one size fits all” member, and because of this I strongly believe there is not a “one size fits all” modality. My practice is set apart because of this. When I begin a session I tap in subconsciously to the member and ask which modality or modalities are needed for that session for the most impactful results.
How do you incorporate the mind-body-spirit connection into your healing sessions, and how does it contribute to improving clients’ quality of life and well-being?
The mind-body-spirit connection is part of every session, they are like the Trinity, you can’t have one without the other. It doesn’t matter if it’s from an energy healing standpoint or a naturopathic standpoint, we as Practitioners have to encompass and work on all three levels for successful results. For me personally, my favorite modality with the most impactful results is hands down the Global Energy Method, which works on the physical, psychological, and spiritual levels as the center of each member’s session focus.
Could you share a specific success story or testimonial from a client who experienced significant breakthroughs and transformations through your sessions?
One of the most heartwarming reviews I have received is from the wife of a gentleman that was in what she believed to be the early stages of dementia. When she reached out to me she said he slept the majority of the day and night, would not get up, and would not leave the house. After our first session, his wife reached out to let me know that it “was a miracle” that he had gotten up and requested to go out to eat for dinner that night. Over the next few days, he ended up building a walkway path outside. A few months later his daughter-in-law reached out to me directly to share that the sessions had such a profound shift that “He actually wants to go and that’s because of your work!!” in reference to a vacation with his entire family to Hawaii. Not only did he successfully make that trip, they are soon going on another vacation to Alaska.
Given your personal journey and experiences, how do you connect with and understand your clients on a deeper level, and how does it influence your approach to healing and supporting them?
I personally got into the realm of energy healing 23+ years ago due to my personal struggles with depression. I was in my late teens and no Doctor I went to was able to help me. I didn’t know “why” I was depressed, which was what was so frustrating with the traditional methods. When I found my Naturopath, it was such a relief for her to give me the “why” I was depressed, the things that came up I related to, I know what it was and what it meant, and it gave me peace and validation I needed to heal. When I decided years later to learn these methods and begin doing this professionally, I made it my mission to pay it forward and provide that same level of service I received during such a time of need. In each session, I pray to feel the way they are feeling, so that I can better understand their needs. It is imperative to have that type of connection with my members for the best results.
How do you incorporate your Christian faith into your practice, and how does it inform your approach to healing and well-being?
Every session I conduct is started with an intercessory prayer petitioning to God that the root causes be revealed for that member’s session focus. I ask to be a conduit and vessel for God’s work and all answers be according to His divine will allowing only those that will provide a pure & positive healing path. I have faith that because of this every session is divinely guided to the healing and well-being of each member I serve.
