How did you get into the energy healing space and what drew you to it?

I got into energy healing through one of my students. I teach a lot of NLP workshops, and she came to one of them. About six months later, I saw her again and she started telling me about energy healing. I asked “Energy healing? What’s that?” so she described it to me. I’m a healthy skeptic about everything, so I was very skeptical about it, but she talked me into going to see this guy demonstrate it. I went to see him demonstrate. Even though I thought the demonstration was nice, I wasn’t interested. This was around 1990.

Then, about two years later, his card popped up on my desk and I decided to reexamine it and I went back to a session. That particular night when he did a demonstration, it was very cold in NYC, which is where I live. He said he would warm up our bodies before we went outside. Being the skeptic that I am, I thought, “Yeah, right, you’re going to warm up my body so I don’t need my coat?”

He did this exercise, and when we went outside to go home, it was really cold, around 12° F, and I felt really warm internally like my whole body had a heater inside it. I remembered he said he was going to do that. It made me think “Whoa, wait a minute, there’s something to this.” That’s why I went back and started studying it, and that’s how I got involved in energy medicine.

At that time I had no one to practice on so I started practicing with my girlfriend and on myself and started getting good results. I found that this stuff was actually working. Hence, I began studying more and more. I started in 1994, and I’ve been studying and practicing energy medicine ever since.

What is the story behind The Noble Touch Holistic Health Center and what services does it offer?

The main goal of The Noble Touch Holistic Health Center is to educate people and empower them to transform their lives. We want to let people know about their choices so they can make empowered decisions for personal transformation. We focus on educating people about various options available for transforming their health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

We aim to motivate people to become curious and excited about how these techniques can change their lives. By learning the tools and techniques we teach, individuals can become empowered, leading to empowered families and communities. Ultimately, this empowerment spreads, creating a more loving and empowered world.

The Noble Touch Holistic Health Center provides an opportunity for people to learn about wellness, well-being, and healing methods they might not be familiar with yet. With this knowledge, they can go out into the world, change their own lives, and positively impact their families and communities. In essence, this is what the center is about.

What can you tell me about “The process” and what steps does it entail?

Well, there are actually two main modalities that I teach. I’m licensed to certify people in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and I am also a licensed instructor in energy healing, specifically pranic healing. These are the two primary approaches we use at the center, depending on what a person is seeking help with.

When someone first comes in, the initial step is to interview them to understand why they’re here and what problem they’re presenting. We quickly recognize that the problem they’re describing is usually just a symptom, not the root cause. Most traditional medicine also tends to treat symptoms rather than identifying the underlying cause. In our practice, we find that about 90% of the time, the root cause is often an unhealed, buried emotion – something that has caused trauma or significant emotional distress in the past.

This trauma could stem from any point in life, such as early childhood, and could be due to various factors like a negative experience with a parent, teacher, coach, sibling, or peer pressure. These unresolved emotions can lead to blocked energy flow within the body, which we believe is the root cause of most major illnesses.

During the interview process, we aim to uncover these past traumatic experiences without going too deeply into every detail. We ask about significant emotional events in their lives that may have caused lasting emotional distress. By identifying these core issues, we can begin addressing the real cause of their problems rather than just alleviating symptoms.

Once we have a clearer picture of the underlying issues, we decide whether to use energy healing (pranic healing), NLP, or sometimes a combination of both. The choice of technique depends on the specifics of the individual’s situation. If it’s an NLP that we’re using, we guide you through different processes or exercises to release the core issue that’s causing the problem that you came in with. On the other hand, if someone has a physical issue, we might lean more towards pranic healing. In that case, the client is less involved in the process and more passive, while we actively perform the healing work.

What are your workshops like?

It depends on which workshop we’re talking about. There are a number of different workshops, and I can give you a synopsis of each one.

One of my favorite workshops is called “Rewriting Your Narrative.” We all have a narrative about who we are and where we are in our lives, often based on what others have told us we should be or do. This workshop is about identifying these narratives and changing them to redesign our future. It helps participants realize that their current life might not reflect their true potential but rather what they’ve been fed by others. This workshop is about finding out what a person has been told throughout their life that they want to change so that they can redesign their future.

Releasing the Past” focuses on identifying and releasing blocks or obstacles from your past that need to be let go so you can live your best life. It’s about letting go of anything from the past that holds you back.

Then there’s the “Belief Buster Boot Camp.” Everyone’s life is shaped by their beliefs. If you have limiting beliefs, you have a limited lifestyle. If you have unlimiting beliefs, you have an unlimited lifestyle. This workshop is about discovering and dissolving those limiting beliefs through exercises. In as little as 45 minutes, we aim to tackle beliefs you may have held for 45 years.

Unlock Your Money Block” is another workshop I offer. Many people struggle with generating the money they want due to negative beliefs about money they’ve held since childhood. This workshop is about releasing those blocks to unlock unlimited earning potential.

Lastly, I offer a “Generational Healing” workshop. Some issues we face may not be ours but passed down through generations. This workshop guides participants through exercises to release energies, obstacles, or traumas from the past seven generations. For example, I’ve had a woman who had tremendous pain every time she was on her period. It turned out that her mother and grandmother also had these issues in the past as she was experiencing in the present. Once it was cleared in their past, it cleared in her present, too.

These are the major workshops I organize. We host these workshops both in person and virtually. However, I prefer in-person ones because they are very personal, and I guarantee results. I also like to keep the workshops small, around 15 to 20 people, to manage the emotions better and ensure everyone receives the attention they need.

What is The “I AM” Fellowship?

The “I AM” Fellowship is our spiritual growth community. It was inspired by my experience walking the El Camino de Santiago Trail, a journey of 100 miles in silence. During this walk, the idea came to me to create something more powerful for people, particularly those who feel disconnected from traditional religion.

The purpose of the “I AM” Fellowship is to help people become more in tune with their higher selves, their souls, and the divinity in them. It’s about fostering a deeper connection with the divinity within each person. Our approach involves several components:

Exercise and Meditation: We start each session with physical exercise followed by a meditation called “I Am the Soul” originally written by Master Choa Kok Sui. Practicing this meditation daily helps individuals connect more deeply with their divinity.

Speakers and Q&A: We invite speakers to discuss various topics related to spiritual growth, covering religious and spiritual themes or any subject that promotes personal development. Uniquely, we provide an opportunity for listeners to ask the speaker questions after the presentation, fostering a more interactive and engaging experience. It’s especially unusual when compared to a church setting, as we do these in a facility very similar to a church.

Practical Applications: If a speaker’s topic doesn’t include practical applications, I step in to teach application techniques relevant to the topic. For example, if the topic is overcoming fear, I provide methods to help individuals face and conquer their fears.

Group Healing Session: Healing is integral to our mission. We are committed to healing and transformation and these aspects are involved in everything we do. At the end of each session, we conduct a group healing where participants can share their issues via chat. Our healers then work on these specific concerns, providing personalized healing support.

Our innovative approach makes us one of the leading centers in the New York City area for transformation and healing.

Is there anything else about your work that you’d like to share that we haven’t covered?

I would like to express my viewpoint that nowadays people are always looking outside themselves for answers to their problems and situations in life. However, at the same time, people are more and more realizing that the answers lie within them. I believe there is a spark of the divine in every person. The only thing preventing people from accessing that divine frequency and knowingness is past programming – what they’ve been told.

We believe that when people come to us, they are in a hypnotic trance. If they weren’t in a trance, they would be able to break habits and thought patterns on their own. The need to ask for help indicates that something is out of their control. At The Noble Touch, our goal is to “de-hypnotize” people. By peeling back the layers of who they truly are, their divinity starts to shine through, outweighing their humanity.

I always encourage people to step out from behind the curtains of fear, doubt, and worry, because these are the barriers that stop them. If you’re not living your dreams, you’re living your fears. I invite people to step from behind the curtain of fear, doubt, and worry, and let God show them off.

We are all born as originals, but many of us grow up trying to be copies – copies of what others think we should be, how we should act, and look, and the careers we should pursue. This is why 80% of people in this country are unhappy with their jobs; they were told or believed that was what they needed to do. Inside, there’s a deep desire to be true to oneself, like a flower waiting to bloom but covered by the weeds of negative thoughts.

My message is always to step out from behind the curtain of fear, doubt, and worry, and let God show you off. You were born as an original, so don’t die as a copy. Just as art by Matisse, Leonardo da Vinci, and other great artists is considered a masterpiece, every person is a masterpiece of the Divine. You are here to co-create with the Creator a life filled with love, compassion, and abundance in all areas.

I invite people to embrace this truth and let their divinity shine through.
