How did you get started in the field of Akashic Records reading and what sparked your interest in it?
I have my Masters of Education in Counselling and worked as a counsellor and trained counsellors for 19 years in the social services and humanitarian sectors. As an avid student of personal and spiritual development, I explored psychotherapy, breathwork, meditation, yoga, Reiki, hypnosis, psychedelics, etc., and eventually an advanced form of Akashic Records energy healing modality called Soul Realignment. The exciting feature that makes Soul Realignment stand apart from the other tools is that it deepens the invitation to us to bring greater consciousness to what we are doing to create the outcomes in our lives and, more importantly, asks us what we are willing to do to create the outcomes that we actually want. Science estimates that 95% of our brains are unconscious, and psychologists tell us that all that goes into our unconscious in our current lifetimes is set by age 7. So the magic of this modality is that it allows us to, in a fully sober state, bring more out of our unconscious into our conscious brains. I experienced how powerful this is in our healing and transformation both within my own life and the lives of my clients. It empowers us to become formidable co-creators of our lives. When I became a practitioner of this modality, it shocked me every single time I did a reading, for every client would report feeling validated, seen, and acknowledged at such depths of their core that it would move many of them to tears.

As an empath and a highly sensitive person, I bring a gentle and compassionate approach as I hold sacred loving space for clients wanting to uncover their Divine Soul-level Gifts, blindspots, heal, transform, and receive a detailed energetic roadmap to create the outcomes they want to see in their lives.
How can breaking old patterns help a person improve their well-being?
When we break old patterns that no longer serve our highest good and our Divine Soul Blueprint, it comes with bringing more consciousness to start to think, speak, and act in ways that are in greater alignment with our Blueprint. For example, when we live in our authentic truth and no longer act out old patterns of people-pleasing, it allows more inner peace, connection within ourselves, which in turn, inspires in others the freedom to do the same for themselves. This greater congruence unleashes all aspects of our Abundance, including health, wealth, relationships, etc. When we live our lives from that Soul-level Authenticity, we discover more ease, harmony, balance, flow, and experience beautiful synchronicities in life. The Universe supports and rewards that alignment, just like the so-called “ugly duckling” who stopped trying to fit in with the actual ducklings, and became a swan.
What is the Divine Soul Blueprint?
The Creator or Source is everything, so there is literally nothing that it is not. We were all created uniquely different by Source so that it can experience itself through the kaleidoscope of possibilities. So, the Divine Soul Blueprint is who each of our unique Souls was when originally created. The Blueprint includes all of your Soul’s Divine Gifts and Soul profile. Soul Realignment modality is based on realigning who we are now to our Divine Soul Blueprint. We seek to close the gap between these two states by uncovering and addressing any negative energy blocks and restrictions from current and past lives.
Can you walk me through an Akashic Records reading?
I offer an advanced form of Akashic Records reading called Soul Realignment. I tap into the client’s Akashic Records by locating their Soul with their full present name, full name at birth, place, and date of birth. We discover the client’s Divine Soul Blueprint, with all of its Divine Gifts and challenges. The process for the entire reading is based on the invitation to realign the client back to this vibrational state. Next, we find out what negative karmic patterns and energetic blocks and restrictions exist in their current and past lifetimes. We all develop negative karmic patterns in an attempt to cope with certain present and past life circumstances. When we know why we chose certain patterns, we can start to release any self-judgement that can come with it. The patterns that show up in our reading are the ones that our Soul is now ready to heal, break through, and release.
The last but most important section of the reading lies in the practical actionable next steps the client can take to release these blocks. The key to work through these blocks is by taking daily mundane concrete actions that vibrate energies opposite to these negative energy blocks. The simplicity of this approach cannot be underestimated. Consider how much weight an action carries when we take the same one day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. It becomes the consistent vibration of our lives. For example, I discovered from my own first reading that I had taken a vow of suffering in one of my past lives. Up until the time I had that reading, this energy of suffering continued to colour my present experience in this life.
When I started to raise my conscious awareness of every single previously unexamined action I did on autopilot to create this energy of suffering, and more importantly, take actions opposite to it, I suddenly started feeling so much more joy, abundance, and freedom. I started to allow myself to find and create daily opportunities to laugh and play more. I started to consciously allow myself daily little indulgences and treats instead of reverting to my default frugal actions. I like to use the metaphor of an iceberg for this reading. While we may be conscious and aware of the upper first 50 layers of the iceberg of what we are doing to create the outcomes in our lives, the reading offers us insight into the next deeper layers that we continue to subtly and unconsciously perpetuate our current experiences.
What is your favorite part of your profession?
My favorite part of this calling is holding sacred space for clients and witnessing as they gain deeper clarity on how they are in fact, the creators of the consequences they are currently experiencing in their lives. Most importantly, I love receiving feedback from clients after they’ve had some time to implement the new actions in greater alignment to their Divine Soul Blueprint as a result of their becoming more conscious and empowered. I never know what I receive from the Records or what meaning it may hold for clients. I liken the process to receiving Lego blocks, and offering them to clients for them to put them together. I am filled with awe and humility to have this opportunity to serve as the channel and vessel for whatever their Soul is ready to heal and transform at the time of their reading.
