Heather’s journey led her to embrace energy healing, quantum hypnosis, and Starship Healing, creating a unique path that bridges technology, spirituality, and holistic wellness. What were your professional beginnings like and how did you get into this line of work?
I was actually a web designer for over 20 years, working in web development, marketing, and graphic design. In 2017, I went through a spiritual awakening that shifted my entire perspective and sent me on a path of spirituality. I began to understand more about the true nature of reality, who I am as a soul, and the vastness of reality beyond our usual perception.
During this awakening, I found myself increasingly drawn to energy healing. Along the way, I discovered the work of Dolores Cannon, who often appears in one’s life when they’re ready to awaken to higher-dimensional perspectives. Learning about her work as a hypnosis practitioner led me to other practitioners who shared their sessions online. I was blown away by the incredible messages coming through from higher beings, higher selves, and spirit guides during these hypnosis sessions.
This exposure to such transformative information was part of a broader learning journey about the ascension process and the shifting consciousness we’re all experiencing. I was captivated by the potential of hypnosis to connect individuals with profound spiritual insights. One day, I stumbled upon a course by Candace Craw Goldman called Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis. Intrigued by the magic of inducing a hypnotic state where people could connect with higher dimensions, I purchased the course.
As I studied, I realized how much I enjoyed the process and felt confident that I could do it myself. I set up my business and began working with clients from around the world, offering a variety of sessions. This journey from web design to hypnosis and energy healing has been incredibly fulfilling, and I feel grateful to be doing work that resonates deeply with my own spiritual path.
Can you walk me through one of your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Sessions?
For a regular Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, we typically begin with a past life regression. I take the client into a deeply relaxed state using a specific script to guide them on this journey. Although it’s called past life regression, we’re actually accessing various lifetimes they’ve experienced as a soul. These aren’t limited to human Earth lives; clients may find themselves as other types of beings on different planets, galaxies, or even universes. We explore these lifetimes to see what comes through. Sometimes the purpose is to experience or see something from another lifetime. Other times, there might be energetic connections to these lifetimes causing issues in the current one, and some healing work is necessary to disconnect from that energy.
After the past life regression, we connect with the higher self, the higher aspect of who we are—the bigger part of the soul. The higher self has answers to everything the client wants to know. Clients come with a list of questions they want to ask their higher self, and we go through this list, bringing forward as much information as possible.
My sessions also offer another component beyond the standard Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. A couple of years ago, I started incorporating entity attachment and release work which I learned through Laura Whitworth, Founder of Soul Center Healing Hypnosis. This involves identifying and clearing energetic, parasitic entities and attachments. These can attach to our energy field, chakras, or aura and feed on our energy and light. They can cause physical and emotional issues and prevent progress on one’s path. Therefore, we start the session with entity release to ensure the client’s energy is clear and free of these attachments. After the entity release, if time permits, we proceed with the past life regression and then end with the higher self questions. This comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive the healing and information they need during their sessions.
What is Starship Healing and how does it work?
Starship Healing started to come onto my path around the end of 2022. My guides and angels communicate with me, sometimes through other client sessions. I work with some channelers and can easily connect with my guides in those sessions. They started dropping hints that I had the ability to connect with a galactic Starship. This is all in the quantum space as these aren’t physical starships as you might think. We connect quantumly, as we do in hypnosis sessions, to access the healing technologies of the Starship. In a sense, I could take my clients there—not physically, but their light body—for healing. We could work with the different technologies and frequencies of the galactic Starship for healing.
At first, I thought this was crazy and didn’t believe it. But along my path, my guides kept dropping hints, showing me I had this connection. I learned that an aspect of my soul actually works on one of these starships, as well as with my human aspect here, which allows me to have that access. I was guided to work with a couple in Australia who teach this type of work. I took their course, learned the mechanics of how to connect with the Starship, and how to work with the higher beings on the starships. This led me to incorporate this work into my healing sessions.
On my journey, I met my partner, Sarah, and we realized we were connected on one of these starships and would work together. We began practicing with clients, taking them onto the Starship. Some clients are very visual and wonderfully connected—they would pop right up on the Starship, describe everything they saw, go into different rooms with various healing technologies, and see and describe the beings on the ship. We experienced incredible healing. For example, one client with stage 4 cancer received energy from a crystal healing bed on the ship. She felt a rush of energy through her body during the session. Afterward, her doctors struggled to find the tumors on her scans, having to pull old scans to recall their locations. This was one of the first experiences and showed the potential and possibilities of working with these technologies.
Since then, Starship Healing has evolved. When we work with a client, they are presented with whatever they need. Some see an actual Starship, while others work with nature, elements, or whatever their soul needs for healing. The session unfolds as needed for their growth, expansion, and healing. These sessions are part healing, part channeling. Sarah can channel messages from guides and angels, adding to the experience. We help clients understand the root causes of their issues and what they need to do to heal themselves. We all have the power to heal ourselves, so we’re not necessarily doing the healing ourselves, but are rather providing a space for them to come into and receive the healing they need through their own consciousness.
We offer multiple ways to experience Starship Healing. One is a tandem session, where the client works with Sarah and me. I take Sarah and the client into a state of relaxation, and the client experiences the session like a regular Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, with Sarah providing additional information and validation and bringing forward a lot of the frequencies from the client’s guides and angel team. We also offer surrogate sessions, where Sarah and I do the session on behalf of the client. They provide a list of questions or issues, and we create a customized healing session for them. We record it so that they can listen to it repeatedly for continued healing through going through multiple layers that they might be storing within their body.
Another option is a mini session, a one-on-one with Sarah, which is more of a channeling session with some healing and clearing work. This is for clients who just want to converse with their guides and angels. Lastly, we offer two Starship Healing sessions every month in the Quantum Soul Portal, my monthly membership. This helps members continually work with different frequencies, technologies, and beings, aiding their expansion and healing.
These sessions are amazing because you never know what they will look like or what you’ll get, but they help clients understand and heal deeply.
What are your workshops like?
I started doing workshops this year, and the first one was geared towards helping hypnosis practitioners and energy healers who were either starting a business or struggling to get their business to take off. This workshop, called Evolve, was a multi-tiered program. The first part was a two-day workshop where new practitioners or those needing a bit of help could learn everything I’ve done to grow a successful quantum healing hypnosis practice.
With my background in web design, web development, and marketing, I had a lot of skills that I could easily transfer to setting up my business. I wanted to share all of this information—my processes, the technologies I use to manage my business—with others. The two-day workshop provided this foundational knowledge to help practitioners and energy healers get started or improve their existing businesses.
Evolve expanded beyond just business setup. I wanted to provide the tools and resources these new practitioners and healers needed to feel motivated and empowered. We blended Starship healing sessions and channeling sessions into the program. For those ready to take off and move forward, we included two specialized Starship healing sessions. In these sessions, the guides would understand what the group needed to help clear energies that hold them back, such as fears, doubts, limiting beliefs, and lack mindsets. The goal was to release these blockages, empower them to move forward and give them the courage and confidence needed to excel in their work.
We also offered two channeling sessions where participants could connect with their guides and angels through Dr. Amelie Biskup. In these sessions, they could ask questions to help them move forward on their path and in their business. The entire goal of the Evolve program was to help participants grow from just starting out to creating a successful healing practice, allowing them to work with clients around the world and support themselves fully and easily.
I’m getting more into workshops as the year progresses. This week, I have a workshop on entities and attachments. This workshop will cover everything I’ve learned about entities and attachments in my work as a quantum healing hypnosis practitioner. Participants will learn what entities and attachments are, how they become attached, what issues they cause, and how to clear them from their energy field, home, and space. The workshop includes a guided clearing meditation, working with archangels and clients’ guides to help participants start the process of clearing themselves energetically. We will also include some channeling in this workshop.
Later in the year, I’m planning a galactic-style workshop to help people understand more about their galactic star families. This workshop will cover information about where participants come from as star seeds, who they are connected with, and about their guides. We will do activations to help them open up to easier communication with their higher guides. Participants will also take a journey onto the Starship to connect with different energies of the beings there and experience some of the healing frequencies and technologies of the Starship.
These are some of the workshops I have planned, and I believe more will come over time as the need and interest grow.
What is the Quantum Soul Portal and what can people find there?
The Quantum Soul Portal is an online monthly membership community designed to offer ongoing healing sessions, guided quantum meditations, and channeling sessions. It’s a place where members can find support, share their experiences, and connect with others on similar spiritual journeys.
One of the main reasons I created the Quantum Soul Portal was because I often heard from my clients how lonely the awakening journey can be. When you start going through a spiritual awakening, you may experience things that are difficult to share with friends or family who aren’t on the same path. You might lose relationships and feel isolated. I wanted to create a safe space where people could share their experiences, no matter how unusual or extraordinary, without fear of judgment. Whether it’s paranormal experiences, UFO encounters, or communications with higher guides and beings, the portal is a supportive community where everyone can feel understood and connected.
The Quantum Soul Portal started with a monthly guided meditation. Each month, I channel a different meditation, working with my guides and angels, and accessing the Akashic records. These meditations cover a wide range of topics, including healing, connecting with guides, and journeying to other places and dimensions. We might work with source energy, Gaia, or explore different galaxies and universes. Every month, I sit down with my guides to determine the next meditation, ensuring it meets the needs of the members.
Earlier this year, I expanded the offerings to include monthly Starship Healing sessions with Sarah. There are two of them, one in the morning and one in the evening. These sessions are unique each time, blending channeled messages from guides, healing work, and quantum journeys. One of the most remarkable aspects of these sessions is how quickly members expand and grow in their gifts and abilities. Many are now channeling, becoming mediums, and accessing higher gifts. This ongoing work with higher frequencies and energies facilitates continuous growth and expansion.
Additionally, we have incorporated channeling sessions with Amelie. These sessions, called New Earth Mastery, allow members to ask questions, and she channels in responses from higher guides and angelic beings. These sessions bring forward higher knowledge and understanding, helping members navigate their awakening and ascension paths.
The Quantum Soul Portal is an incredible space filled with supportive, loving members. Everyone is very encouraging of each other’s journeys, and the community fosters significant personal and spiritual growth. It’s a place where people can continuously expand their consciousness, clear energetic blocks, and connect deeply with their higher selves and guides. I’m very proud of what we’ve created and the positive impact it has on the members’ lives.
Is there anything else about your work that you’d like to share that we haven’t covered?
I’d love to share about our “Messages from Your Guides and Angels” sessions. This is a unique service that I offer alongside my colleague, Amelie Biskup, who is a gifted channeler capable of connecting with many different higher-dimensional beings.
Amelie and I started working together after she came in for a hypnosis session. We quickly became friends and began collaborating on sessions. We discovered her incredible ability to channel profound messages from higher-dimensional beings. Recognizing the value of this gift, we decided to offer this as a service to our clients who often feel challenged in connecting with their higher guidance.
In our “Messages from Your Guides and Angels” sessions, clients have the opportunity to ask six questions. The session includes a body scan where the guides provide valuable information, insights into their galactic guides and star family, and connections with their angelic team. Clients can ask any question they wish, whether related to health, family, career, life path, or even their mission on Earth. The guides offer a higher perspective on the issues and challenges the clients face, providing clarity and understanding.
During the session, I ask the questions, and Amelie channels the responses. We record the session and send a copy to our clients. These sessions have been transformative, providing clients with the confidence and courage they need to move forward in their lives. The guidance helps them understand why they have experienced certain challenges and provides a deeper insight into their soul’s journey. Sometimes, clients simply want to explore fun and fascinating topics, such as past lives or their galactic connections.
These sessions have become one of our most popular offerings, as people love connecting with their higher guides and learning more about their soul’s purpose. It’s incredibly rewarding to bring through this information and witness the positive impact it has on our clients.
Sarah, Amelie, and I work closely together, offering a variety of services to help our clients connect with their guides and angels, and facilitate their healing journeys. It’s been a true blessing to collaborate with such talented individuals and expand the ways we can support our clients.
