How do you approach therapy when working with couples facing communication challenges and relationship conflicts?
Communication is one of the main problems that couples present when they seek therapy. We model the communication, adjust it, and find a gray area where they feel more comfortable talking to each other, increasing trust and self-confidence. I assure that the couple reaches a comfortable level.
In therapy for transgender individuals, what specific considerations do you take into account to address their unique challenges and needs?
I work with many transgender clients, considering their presenting problems. It’s not always about gender dysphoria. We target all areas of their lives, addressing challenges with gender dysphoria if present. Each client is unique, and assumptions are avoided. I focus on each client needs in therapy.
When working with families, how do you balance addressing individual needs with the overall dynamics of the family unit?
In family therapy, I target each family member’s individual problems and address the family dynamic. Each concern is listened to, and a structure is provided to assist them in reorganizing their dynamic. It is important to achieve balance when family members are communicating.
In your coaching practice, how do you integrate intuitive and psychic readings while ensuring guidance is empowering and ethical?
I wear different hats – therapist, family mediator, and psychic. I keep these roles separate and emphasize ethical considerations. Confidentiality and a safe space are priorities, respecting each client’s unique preferences and needs. My intuitive and psychic abilities assist my clients in gaining insight into their past, present, and future life.
What role does metaphysical coaching play in promoting holistic well-being, and how do you balance spiritual guidance with practical real-world strategies?
Metaphysics is an addition to my knowledge, incorporating techniques like meditation for a state of peace and calm. I apply spirituality based on each client’s unique connection with spirit, respecting diverse faiths and religions.
Can you provide us with an example of a challenging children coaching and therapy situation you faced and how you navigated it for a positive outcome?
I cannot give specifics, but cases involving children or DCF are challenging. Recommending reunification or adoption is tough, requiring careful consideration to help courts make decisions. DCF cases have significant needs for services in Florida and the United States.
