In what ways do you tailor your coaching sessions to address the mental and emotional aspects of health and well-being?

My work is centered on the fundamental idea that our sustained wellbeing is a function of mind-body wellness. This means that mental and emotional aspects are central, rather than afterthought, in the modalities I work with. In my sessions, I make it a point to fully understand where an individual is coming from before I get into their issue – so I don’t stop with just presenting symptoms, I take the effort to go deep, right into the root cause.

What type of services do you offer?

I am a mind-body energy healing practitioner and a health coach. I use a range of modalities like EFT, Family Constellations, Lifestyle Prescription, Bach Flower Therapy, BWRT, Meta Health, the Psychology of Eating, Acupressure, Acupuncture, and Yoga, among others. I work with the individual client to understand their needs and what they most need and use a modality that would respond to their needs. I also certify individuals in EFT, and teach Lifestyle Prescriptions.

How do you incorporate mindfulness and spiritual practices into your clients’ daily routines to promote overall well-being?

Mindfulness is at the very core of my practice. It is fundamental to my approach in supporting my clients in recognizing the root cause of their issues, and in working with them to effect shifts in their lives so that they can live, work, and thrive to their fullest potential.

What strategies do you use to ensure your clients stay motivated and committed to their health journey?

One key factor in my work is recognizing the agency and freedom of every client. I do not make any decisions for my clients, but instead work with them so they can arrive at their healing and realizations, and build pathways for them to take the steps they need to take. In my work, the client is an equal stakeholder and partner, so they participate in their healing journeys wholly.

How do you adapt your coaching techniques for online versus in-person sessions, particularly when focusing on mental and emotional health?

I make it a point to build connections with my clients and students alike. Working online or offline, the goals, commitment, dedication, and approaches remain the same. One thing I strive to do, though, is to pay close attention to what my clients are saying and not saying – both these are vital factors in surfacing underlying issues for healing to happen.
