Ghislaine, what inspired you to embark on your journey towards health and well-being, and how has this journey evolved over the past 30 years?
What inspired me has been my own query for wellbeing. I had been suffering from ill health since the age of 15 years old. The fragile equilibrium I had organised for myself to get by, crashed when I gave birth in my late 20’s to my first child. Not able to recover from the fatigue I had to explore and understand the physiological functions of my body. Something wasn’t functioning right, I knew it but I didn’t know where to turn to find answers. And surely they came, one at a time.
The first teacher I attracted was a spiritual mentor who helped me understand the purpose of life. It was exactly what I needed to clean up my way of thinking.
Feng shui was after that the first modality I studied when I decided to create a new life. The world of balance and energy took a grounded aspect and married well with my spiritual life.
Breathwork was the second modality and gave me a new lease of life. Kinesiology followed totally naturally.
Can you share a pivotal moment or experience from your healing journey that significantly impacted your approach to health and wellness?
The most pivotal moment was to profoundly get why we incarnate. With it came a sense of certainty and patience. It’s only then I could start feeling compassion that the pressure I was accustomed to put on myself could be transformed. It allowed space for love and laughter, and I started looking at life from a different angle. The big picture frame allowed the details of life to fall into place and to make sense.
How do you integrate various modalities such as Feng Shui, Rebirthing Breathwork, and Kinesiology into your practice, and what benefits do these modalities offer to your clients?
These modalities integrate as a within and without of a person and of a situation. They rest on each other to form the big picture I was mentioning earlier.
When I first started as a feng shui consultant, it was clear that the problem being reflected outwardly in the home, was indeed an inner personal difficulty being expressed.
This is what made me want to study kinesiology. As I was already a firm adept of Rebirthing Breathwork, kinesiology felt to be the link between the 2 previous modalities.
Breathwork was like an icing on the cake, a special healing treat that also needed kinesiology to take into the world. In the early 2000, Rebirthing Breathwork wasn’t on everyone’s lips!
I have now put together my own medicine which I call Conscious Energy Medicine which uses kinesiology muscle testing, Breathwork, TCM, past life regression and other valuable techniques.
Could you elaborate on the concept of Conscious Energy Medicine and how it contributes to the healing of the mind, body, spirit, and soul?
We are energy consciousness. We are a soul that has weaved a body around itself to act concretely on earth. We are part of nature, and we have her elemental features. We are connected to the heavens through our soul, our divine nature.
The body is part of the earth element, emotions are part of the water element, thoughts are part of the air element and fire is the love that awakens us.
These four elements represent the four pillars of healing.
The spiritual dimension is love within us – fire.
The mental dimension is the thoughts that create our reality – Air.
The emotional dimension, the messages sent by our soul – Water.
The physical dimension is the body, the visible part of the iceberg – Earth.
In your experience, how does addressing the root causes of illness, including mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, contribute to overall healing and well-being?
The root cause of an illness is the reason why we incarnated. If we have missed the opportunities the spiritual, mental and emotional realms were offering us, the un-ease materialising itself into the body gives us another chance. It’s a great opportunity given to a person to make right what was not really working for them, consciously or not. It’s the way the soul is calling us back to our truth. It’s a great journey of personal discovery and it’s a profound way to actualise our reason to be. The freedom of being who we are can be unveiled through illness and its cause as it can through many other ways. For me it’s my body that has led me through the beautiful exploration of knowing who I am. This is what in turn I offer through my Conscious Energy Medicine sessions.
