Connecting with The Unseen World - Emma Guvenis

Emma Guvenis, born in Cyprus in 1959, possesses a unique and inherited gift, passed down from her grandmother. She shares a profound connection with the unseen world, using her extraordinary abilities during consultations. Emma’s sessions commence with the art of traditional Turkish Coffee reading, which she learned from a family friend at the age of 13. Her fascination with this practice has remained strong since childhood. The consultation also delves into Emma’s innate psychic and clairvoyant gifts, providing insights that can last up to 50 minutes. MysticMag finds out more.

Can you tell us more about your grandmother and how her gift was passed down to you? How did this influence your decision to pursue a career as a Psychic/Clairvoyant?

Since I was a little girl, I always knew that her gift had passed down to me. In fact I’m the only one of that generation. If something happened that I couldn’t explain, she was the one that guided me. For example, I remember around 7 years of age, an old woman coming into my room and talking to me about what I should do. Here’s the story.  I shared my bedroom with my sister. We were in a bunk bed, and I was in the lower bunk. We were both asleep, but the door opened and a figure in a dark dress and veil came in. She extended her arm as if to wake me up. I remember seeing bony hands. She whispered my name and said that I should dig under a white stone under the peach tree in our garden. Whatever I find was mine, but I wasn’t to tell anyone. I whispered to her ‘not even my parents’? and she simply said ‘no’ and vanished.
The next day, which must have been a weekend, as everyone was gathered around the breakfast table, my mother noticed that I was withdrawn. When she asked me what was wrong, I mentioned it to her. I was raised not to hide anything from my parents. When we went outside, there was a white stone under the peach tree, and when dad dug under it, all we found was coal.
My grandmother simply said that this was one of many encounters I would have and she simply said that my work would not be driven by greed.
I know my history through my ancestor’s word of mouth and not what’s written in history books.
I know that our ancestors came from Central Asia more than 800 years ago and our tribe’s name was the Gok Turks (Sky Turks). We were the healers of our tribe, and our family can look in one’s eyes to pick up their emotions, the vibrations around them will tell me what is going on in their lives, past present and future. We have our own methods of healing and natural medicines which I only use for my family. We also feel the vibrations of the earth, sky and water. Over 800 years ago, we believed in Tengrism. Shamanism was born from Tengrism.
We understand the link between, say women and the moon and men and the sun. In fact, in approximately 1928, what you won’t find in history books is how Nikola Tesla met with our country’s leader. After this meeting he went to Serbia and left a letter on his mother’s grave. There is a paragraph on our culture, and how we already knew of the frequencies, 3, 6 & 9 and more.
Anyone can google this letter.
I plan to do courses in locations around the world and Australia where I have visited and felt the earth’s strong vibration and frequency; to help people unlock their third eye (pineal gland) and start to feel in people, the earth, the sky and water different vibrations that will help with healing, picking up on their loved ones, and feeling if there’s something not quite right with the earth. Naturally I’ll be doing online courses as well.

Turkish Coffee reading sounds fascinating. Could you walk us through the process and how it helps you connect with your clients during the consultation?

When I was just 15 living in a small town in South Australia, we had Turkish guests. The lady did Coffee cup readings for us. I was fascinated as I already had a gift of the sixth sense or using my third eye. She taught me how to do these readings.
I gave up a 17-year career working at the Department of Employment, Education and Training, had a year off, then decided to work from home using the gift passed down to me.
It was never actually my intention of doing cup readings as such, but my first client asked over the phone when booking, what my tool was to be?
That took me back a little, but I guess back in 1997 it would have been hard to explain to people that I would simply be using the gift passed down to me. So I simply said ‘Turkish Coffee Cup’
So this is how I use the Coffee Cup for my own readings:
They can sip the coffee or simply hold it in their hands. They will need to leave the sediment at the base of the cup, like tea leaves for a tea leaf reading. I turn it the traditional way, by placing the saucer on top of the cup, securing the cup and saucer between my thumb at the base of the cup, and middle finger in the centre of the saucer. My family has always recognized the divine numbers of 3, 6 and 9. So I slowly rotate the cup 3 times anti clockwise then turn it the right way around and let it sit to form the shapes in the cup.
However, I’m not using the shapes of the coffee sediment inside as much but am rather feeling their energy where they held or sipped from the cup to simply start my reading by looking at them.

Could you explain what clients can expect during a typical session? How do you use your Psychic/Clairvoyant abilities to provide clarity and guidance to them?

My clients can come to my home office in Melbourne where I have been doing my sessions since 1997 in the same house. However, I do travel to Queensland and Sydney and New South Wales annually, and used to go to the USA and Hong Kong but haven’t done that for quite some time.
If my clients are in a rural area, interstate or overseas, or during a time where people are confined, I will do my session with them online. I must be able to see their eyes.
So the same method would apply to anyone whether they are physically in my home office or online.
I ask them to be prepared for the reading by bringing photos of either the people they’re currently concerned about, or if they’re coming for say, a house or business, at least a photo of the premises.
I make the coffee which they hold in their hand. This is for the clients that come in. If its online, I don’t have their energy in my hand or of something they’ve held so there’s a bit more involved on my part, and I ask for their photos from the night before so I can study them. Without their energy in my hand simply means it takes me a few more minutes to commence seeing things through their eyes. It’s not a disadvantage for either of us.
What will my clients expect from me?
As I look into their eyes, I start to pick up images and scenes of their life, past, present and future. It’s like video shots or photos without a date on it.
I will ‘hear’ certain conversations or even a name. I liken it to something like tuning a radio. These are the frequencies my family use. I may be hearing a name, or a little bit of a conversation that will make sense to my client. The cup is simply a tool in my hand to start the reading quicker, but with no disrespect to other cup readers. Once I feel that the client gets what I’m interpreting for them, I let them know that I know we are now working together, and I simply put the cup down as I no longer need it.
They won’t realize, but my eyes will work like a scanner looking through theirs, or a photo they’re showing me. I commence to pick up health or even discomfort in my own body. It’s simply useful information to convey for early prevention. There is a naturopath here in Melbourne and for more than 20 years we have been referring clients to each other, keeping our own clients issues private. This naturopath understands my Tengrism past and was arranging a seminar for naturopaths so I could stand up in front of this audience to advise on how I pick up the health side of things.
Here’s an example.
A lady had booked a session with me. Instead of a photo of her husband she brought him along as he was off that day suffering from migraines. As I looked at him, I commented that the migraine didn’t feel like the issue. It was a bright room, and my knowledge of people suffering from migraines meant that they also feel nauseous. I didn’t feel that at all. I pointed to the right side of my head looking into his eyes, pointing behind the ear and said that this was the area I was feeling his pain.
About 6 months later, I received a voice message on my telephone from these people, claiming that they had gone for a second opinion and that they found a non-malignant tumor where I had pointed and that it was successfully removed.
I do not claim to be a doctor, but simply ask people to get a second opinion.

What makes your working space special for you and how does this space contribute to the energy and connection you establish with your clients?

Since I have been living in the same house since 1991, and commenced my readings here in 1997, the first thing about my working space is the feeling of stability. I have no phones in my room that disrupt me. As my clients wait for me to make the coffee, I know they feel the energy of the room itself. My culture uses dried olive leaves and once a week I will burn them like you would sage to remove dead energy and bring in the new energies. In Cyprus where I was born, both Greeks and Turks know about the dried olive leaves. I was taught to do this at the time of day or night with a window open but on a day that I can clearly see the sun or moon.
We only use olive leaves as we remember the Biblical story of Noah on his arc, and noticing a bird flying outside with an olive branch knowing that finally there was land. This means freeing yourself from anything you feel from the circumference of your house and from within your soul.

Your services include dream interpretation and photo readings. Could you share an example of how a dream interpretation or photo reading helped a client gain valuable insights or guidance in their life journey?

Firstly, I’d like to start with the photo readings.
This service was created as I’m booked 12 months ahead, and perhaps someone only needs one question answered urgently. They need to send me a photo of the person concerned, where I can see their eyes clearly, and the question. I then give 10 working days to myself to complete the question.
If I pick up a name or person during a session, I’ll ask for that person’s photo and I need to see the whites of the eyes.
For example, I have helped with many missing persons and have sent maps and drawings either to investigative teams (some states don’t use psychics) or to the family.
In Victoria, at least at the time that I helped a family member in the late nineties with a missing boy in Victoria, the person I interviewed mentioned on Sixty Minutes how I drew the map of the boy’s body was found. I had apparently said that the boy would be kept alive for 3 months.
The boy’s hair had been cut prior to him going missing.
When his body was found in the lake, the tests of his hair showed he had been kept alive for 3 months.
There are many other cases, but not enough time to mention them all.

The dream interpretation is quite unique. Anyone these days can do an internet search to interpret a dream. Mine is different, as asking whether it’s a recurring dream or not, I also need a photo of the person who had the dream where I can again see the eyes clearly. In this way it is customized for that person.
