Working with high-vibrational beings is a unique and fascinating aspect of your work. Can you share a specific encounter or experience that had a profound impact on your own spiritual growth and understanding?
Back in 1983, I attended my 10th high school reunion in Wichita, my hometown. It was during this event that I reconnected with an old friend named Barry. He started asking if I had become the electrical engineer I had planned to be, to which I replied affirmatively. Then, he posed a fascinating question: “Do you think it’s possible to change things at a distance?” Confused, I prodded him to clarify. He was a bit cryptic at first but eventually suggested that we visit his house after the reunion picnic, stating that he wanted to show me something.
So, after the picnic, we headed to his place. The first thing he demonstrated was his electric meter. After asking if I could see how fast it was turning, indicating power consumption, I confirmed. Barry then pointed at it and said, “Now,” and it immediately slowed by a third. He explained that he had done this to his mother’s house about three months prior, and her bills were still lower, serving as proof that I could indeed witness it.
Next, we went inside, where he had a small black and white TV with rabbit ears. He tuned it to a station where there was no broadcast—just static. He pointed to the TV and said, “Now,” and suddenly, a station came in clear.
Moving to his car, he started the engine, which had conventional ignition since it was the early ’80s. He asked me to watch and pointed at the hood, saying, “Now.” The engine slowed down to the point of stalling. He mentioned that he could stall other cars in traffic as well.
The final demonstration took us to the radio station where Barry worked as an FM disc jockey. It was a 50,000 Watt station. In the back room, he showed me the meters indicating the transmitter’s health. One of them, which was digital, displayed 99.6, meaning that 99.6% of the 50,000 watts it was rated for were currently reaching the antenna and the airwaves. It was very stable. Barry said, “You see that stability?” I acknowledged it, and he pointed at the meter, saying, “Now,” causing it to drop to 99.2.
At that time, I was working in aerospace, having been employed at Lockheed for two decades. This series of experiences shook my understanding of reality. While electrical engineering was excellent for designing circuits, it couldn’t explain the nature of the universe. This curiosity began nudging me towards a different path. I had already started feeling uneasy about the limitations of electrical engineering and this experience was a push to explore new avenues.
I’ve always been deeply involved in things that captivate me, so I began taking energy healing courses, such as Therapeutic Touch. I enrolled in psychic development classes at the local metaphysical bookstore. I even joined a group called the Tibetan Foundation, which aimed to teach channeling ascended Masters. I’ve been on this journey for the last 40 years, continuously refining my abilities and acquiring new ones. I’ve been providing healing work for individuals, and in 2019, I formally left the aerospace industry. Now, I’m dedicated to this work, working about four days a week and enjoying this as part of my retirement.
Energies can be used on a personal basis for spiritual growth. Could you explain how individuals can tap into and harness these energies in their daily lives?
One of the challenges I encountered during my early experiences in this field was the frustration surrounding meditation. I aim to help people understand that when they ask how to develop their gifts, especially if they’re new to it, the knee-jerk response of “meditate” might not be very helpful. This is because the average person may not know what meditation really entails or how to do it. There are numerous meditation methods, which can be overwhelming. However, there are some fundamental principles that I’ve found to be true for me and the individuals I coach.
Firstly, it’s more important to focus on the frequency of meditation rather than the duration. Instead of feeling pressured to meditate for extended periods, it’s more valuable to meditate for two or three minutes every day. You can do this right in bed; simply roll over, place a pillow over your eyes, and start meditating. Over time, as your interest and involvement grow, your meditation sessions will naturally become longer. Frequency is crucial because each meditation session provides spiritual beings an opportunity to fine-tune the connection and make communication easier. Therefore, the more opportunities they have to optimize the connection, the more beneficial it is for you.
Another important aspect is to respect and document what comes through during your meditation. Keep a journal or notepad, or use a tape recorder to record your experiences. By honoring and periodically revisiting these notes, you can track your progress and receive confirmation of the intuitive information you receive. This, in turn, signals to your subconscious that you are genuinely interested in and committed to this work, fostering deeper involvement. Your subconscious will then assist in interpreting this information in a way that your conscious mind can understand.
When starting, it’s beneficial to use guided meditations. These guided meditations quickly transport you to a meadow in the mountains where you engage your senses, see a cabin, and interact with spiritual entities. Initially, you may think it’s all your imagination, but over time, you may experience interactions that you know are not of your own creation. Creating this space for experiences is essential as spiritual encounters don’t just happen randomly.
Furthermore, it’s essential to deal with the “monkey mind,” which refers to the intruding thoughts that frequently disrupt meditation. These thoughts often have their own ego and resist attempts to suppress them. A more effective approach is to create a designated space within your meditation, akin to a “Monkey Island” at a zoo. In this space, you visualize a little bridge with a gate. When intruding thoughts arise, you treat them like four or five-year-olds vying for your attention. You lead them gently over the bridge and place them on the island, reassuring them that they can play with their friends there. This approach is much more effective in managing intruding thoughts than attempting to forcefully eliminate them.
These are some practical strategies for meditation that I’ve found to be more accessible and effective, particularly for those who might struggle with traditional meditation techniques that aim to achieve a blank mind or specific visualizations. While the Zen approach to meditation can be valuable, it requires a high level of mental discipline, which can be challenging for many people.
What type of services do you offer?
I primarily describe myself as a healer, and my approach is quite eclectic, involving various tools and modalities for healing. I’ve delved into energy healing, and I’m proficient in several energy healing modalities. Another area I focus on is working with subconscious core beliefs, which has proven highly effective for many individuals. Sometimes the body fails to naturally engage in its healing process due to blocked or dormant subconscious beliefs. By addressing these beliefs, we can often uncover and address underlying issues.
Additionally, I offer past life readings, a gift that comes naturally to me as a clear cognitive ability. By setting the intention to explore someone’s past lives, we can sometimes find a link between their current health issues and unresolved matters from a previous life. Working with these individuals in their past lives can set them on a healing path and potentially alleviate their present-day ailments.
I also provide guidance through a “gifts worksheet,” which is especially useful for people who suspect they have psychic abilities but aren’t sure how to develop them. This worksheet includes around 30 modalities, such as healing, readings, or mediumship, each assigned a level of consciousness score after muscle testing. Items that score at 290 or higher out of 1000 indicate gifts that can be most easily developed if the person chooses to explore them.
In my practice, I conduct extensive energy and entity clearing work, a discipline I’ve honed for over 15 years. I utilize a comprehensive worksheet that addresses approximately 15 categories of entities and energies that may be attached to an individual. My clearing work extends to homes, vehicles, pathways, and all buildings on a property, ensuring no entities are left wandering, even in multi-unit dwellings.
While I don’t actively advertise it, I also engage in some medical intuitive work. Occasionally, I perform remote healing on individuals and seek out energetic hot spots in their bodies, as this approach has yielded positive results. Overall, I view my work as a form of healing, and one of my favorite sayings is that healing is one of the most selfish acts because when you make others feel better, it contributes to your own well-being, acknowledging the interconnectedness of all.
It’s not every day that we hear about people working one-on-one with those seeking insights and awakening. What are some common themes or challenges you encounter when guiding individuals on their spiritual journeys?
One common misconception that many people have is based on reading one or two accounts of someone’s journey towards awakening or enlightenment. I often emphasize that this journey is akin to climbing a mountain, and each person ascends the mountain via their unique path. I’ve climbed that mountain myself, reaching its peak, and I’m here to provide insights and guidance when you have questions. If you find yourself repeatedly stumbling over the same obstacle, I encourage you to symbolically pick it up, read its message, understand it, and then let it go to continue on your path.
My own path towards enlightenment has been rather unconventional, distinct from the more communal and group-oriented processes found in places like India, China, or Vietnam. In the Western world, individualized ideas prevail, making it essential to recognize that people will discover various routes to enlightenment. A helpful book I recommend is “Coming Home,” edited by Lex Hixon, although it’s currently out of print, you can still find used copies. This book features approximately 15 different stories throughout history, recounting personal experiences of individuals who reached enlightenment. It offers valuable insights and exposes readers to the diversity of approaches employed by those striving for enlightenment.
Working with high-vibrational beings may open doors to various dimensions or realms. How do you ensure the safety and well-being of those you work with, and what precautions do you take when delving into these realms?
I routinely provide two statements for people to use, particularly if they’re new to this journey. Often, after I’ve gone through the gifts worksheet with someone, they express their interest in pursuing their spiritual development. In such cases, I offer a word of caution and suggest that, given their current stage, they should consider using these two statements to enhance their discernment.
The first statement is: “I only connect with the spiritual plane or higher.”
The second statement is: “I only communicate with high vibrational beings.”
While these statements may appear simple, they play a crucial role in establishing discernment and setting boundaries. They ensure that you don’t inadvertently establish connections with darker or negative entities that may attempt to deceive you by impersonating higher beings like angels. These statements serve as a protective measure, particularly for those who are just beginning their spiritual journey.
How do you practice self care to maintain your own well-being?
I occasionally teach classes as needed, focusing on advanced concepts in healing. These classes are designed for individuals who have already acquired one or more healing modalities. During these sessions, I provide an overview of how these modalities are categorized based on their effects.
One key aspect I emphasize in these classes is the energy dynamic for healers. If you find yourself feeling tired or drained after performing healing work, it’s an indication that something might be amiss. A fundamental principle to understand is that, as a healer, you should envision yourself as a conduit for energy from the creator, white light, or the universe, which you channel to your clients. It’s essential not to utilize your own energy to heal the client, as this can deplete your own reserves.
One technique I often recommend is a visualization exercise: Picture a stainless steel tube extending from the top of your head to the heavens, filled with an abundant flow of energy passing through you. In fact, there is so much excess energy that you can tap into this flow to recharge yourself while you work with your client. By being mindful of this practice, you’re less likely to experience feelings of exhaustion or weariness. It’s crucial to remember that if you consistently feel drained after healing sessions, you might need to make adjustments in your approach.
Furthermore, I’ve had the opportunity to work at fairs, where you have back-to-back 20-minute appointments with numerous clients. In such intense situations, one piece of advice from a fellow medium has proven quite valuable. There’s an older cleaning product called “lemon ammonia” that’s occasionally available, and you can also find it online. This standard cleaning ammonia contains added lemon scent. After a long day of interacting with clients, you can stand in a hot shower and pour a cupful of this lemon ammonia on the shower floor around your feet. The hot water causes the vapors of the ammonia and lemon scent to rise, creating a refreshing and invigorating effect. It effectively clears your energy field and revitalizes it.
Additionally, you can consider grounding activities like walking on grass or sitting on the earth to connect your sacral chakra with the earth’s energy. Some people find consuming chocolate helps with grounding. These techniques are beneficial for maintaining your energy and well-being, ensuring that you remain balanced while offering your healing services.
What message would you like to share with our audience?
Many people on the planet today are very disturbed and very out of sorts. They’re frightened. They’re scared about what’s going on. From my point of view, this is part of the big plan. I don’t believe that the creator created this particular vibrational level of Earth to be essentially a vacation spot. And when I go around the universe and look at different places, Earth is one of the roughest, toughest places in the universe, and I see people choosing incarnations here because they can make such rapid spiritual progress due to the challenges. I think this is all part of the plan. I think the earth is coming up to a major vibrational shift and people are being challenged so they will grow rapidly before we hit that shift. I think that’s also part of the reason why there are so many ET’s hanging around. They want to be present when we go through this shift. So, we have many different ETS. I get over 300 different races out there. I think this is all part of a plan. I think it’s to wake-up people, get them out of the basement playing video games and eating pizza and drinking beer. I think it’s to force them to look at the world, to take a stand, to develop their morals and their ethics so that they understand what’s going on. The recent conflict with Hamas and Israel is a prime example of this. It is forcing many people to reexamine what their viewpoints are on ethics and morals, and I think that’s part of our path of spiritual growth.
