Can you share a few details about yourself and your professional journey?

My professional journey started when I was just four years old—not in the way most careers begin, but with a realization. I was standing in the front yard of my family home while my parents were inside, yelling and throwing things at each other.

My sister Casey, who was eight years older than me, would sometimes sit outside with me, asking me questions to distract me from the chaos.

But on one particular day, she wasn’t there. It was a hot, still afternoon, and I could hear my mother screaming at my father: “I am done with you and your drunkenness!” Then came the crash of a bottle smashing against the wall.

At that moment, I had what I now recognize as my first epiphany: There must be more to life than this.

Of course, I was too young to put it into words, and soon, that thought was buried under the weight of just trying to survive. Depression wasn’t something we talked about in my family, but looking back, I can see how it shaped me. I was overweight, withdrawn, and avoided people—not because I was shy, but because I was afraid my sadness would spill out.

Despite everything, I made it through childhood and got into college. But during my sophomore year, during a Thanksgiving break, I got the phone call that changed my life. It was my mother. Five words would define the next several years: “Your sister’s dead.” Casey had jumped off the Coronado Bridge in California.

It felt like getting hit in the face with a dodgeball—stunning, disorienting. The years that followed were consumed by the other 2 words – “What if?”. What if I had written her more letters? What if my parents hadn’t been so angry all the time? What if we had understood what she was going through?

Even though I was physically getting stronger and lighter—I had taken up martial arts—I felt heavier than ever. Drinking and drugs became my way of numbing the pain, and by the time I turned 26—the same age Casey was when she died, I had an experience that shattered everything I thought I knew.

I wasn’t religious—I had grown up agnostic—but in that moment, I felt God. It was as if some higher power reached down, grabbed me by the hair, and pulled me up, saying: “Dude, there’s a lot more to this world than you’ve been seeing.”

It was beautiful. It was blissful. It was also terrifying. For a while, I thought I was losing my mind. But once the shock wore off, I realized I needed a new way of living. That realization led me to a holistic learning center, where I became obsessed with personal and spiritual development. For the next ten years, I traveled the world, learning from teachers, universities, ashrams, and certification programs, immersing myself in every healing modality I could find. Naturally, I started coaching and teaching others along the way.

Now, thirty years later, that obsession hasn’t faded. What drives me is knowing that at four years old, I had the belief that more was possible. At 26, I had the proof. But Casey never got that message. When she jumped, all she saw was darkness.

I don’t want anyone else to feel that way. I want people to know that an amazing, vibrant life is possible. And I will do everything in my power to help them see that.

What can people expect from your coaching and what different training courses do you offer?

People who work with me can expect a transformation—not just in what they do, but in who they are. My coaching is about shifting identity, helping people break free from the ordinary and step into an exceptional life where they can make a real impact in the world.

I offer both private and group coaching, along with a few key courses that support deep personal growth. One of my programs, Breath Mastery, focuses on harnessing the power of breath to enhance well-being and awareness. Another, Living the Vibration of Vibrancy, is my core curriculum—it’s the foundation I use with clients at every level, from those investing $100,000 in their transformation to those just beginning their journey.

Regardless of the path someone chooses, my work is about guiding them toward a life of true vibrancy and purpose.

You’re also an author. What books do you have?

Right now, I have one book available – The Art of Spiritual Leadership: 40 Laws to Transform Your Life) and the World).

The book explores 40 universal laws that help people understand how life truly works and how to create an extraordinary existence. Rather than just presenting concepts, I bring these ideas to life through stories—some from my own journey, others from renowned leaders, gurus, and figures you may recognize. It’s a fun, insightful, and accessible way to help readers unlock their true potential as leaders and catalysts for transformation.

Oh, and if you’re into astrology and tarot, you might enjoy a chapter that takes place at a psychic fair where I was reading cards while traveling through Spain and Portugal. I have a feeling that part might resonate with your readers.

What topics does your podcast cover?

My podcast, The Art of Vibrant Living Show, is all about helping people create a truly thriving life. I believe that vibrant living isn’t just about one thing—it’s about mastering multiple aspects of life, from physical vitality and emotional well-being to career fulfillment, financial success, spiritual growth, and meaningful relationships. Even how we relate to time plays a role.

On the show, I bring in top-level experts who have unique insights and valuable wisdom to share in any or all of these areas. The goal is to give listeners practical tools and transformative ideas that help them step into their fullest potential.

Can you share a memorable success story?

One of the most memorable success stories that comes to mind is about a client named Sara. We’ve been working together for a little over two years now. When she first hired me, she was in her 20s and wanted to create financial security—so our focus was on increasing her income and learning how to build lasting wealth.

But what she says was the most important thing she created right away in our work together cracks me up—she manifested what she calls a “five-star relationship.” Within the first few months, she attracted and built a relationship with the man of her dreams. They got married last year!

Of course, she also blew away her financial goals, more than doubling her income and surpassing the $100,000 mark for the first time in her life. But what excites me most is what we’re working on now—she’s stepping into her role as a thought leader. Sara is an extraordinary healer and coach, someone who has overcome deep trauma related to sex addiction, abuse, and even sex slavery. Now, she’s using her experiences and insights to help others in a way that’s truly unique—like no one else in the world.

Is there anything else about your work that you’d like to share that we haven’t covered?

The one thing I’d like to leave the reader with is this—I encourage you to be unreasonable. I encourage you to be extraordinary.

Reasonable people create mundane lives. But the truth is, you are amazing. You are infinitely capable. You are here for a divine purpose. So don’t settle for anything less than an extraordinary, vibrant, and thriving life—because not only does that make your life better, it makes the world better too.
