What actually initiated or inspired you to think about mediumship and your spiritual journey? What actually awakened that within you?
That’s a good question. The primary catalyst for my spiritual awakening was a result of a meditation practice that started while I was working in the business world. I was searching for a way to alleviate the stress I was experiencing, and that’s when I stumbled upon the concept of meditation. Initially, I thought meditation was too far-fetched for me, something only practiced by gurus in far-off places. However, I found a calming guided meditation on audio that piqued my interest. It didn’t have an agenda, and I thought, “Well, I can listen to this; it’s pretty cool.”
I began meditating for about 15 minutes every morning, and to my surprise, I became hooked on it. It felt wonderful, and I continued this practice daily for months, eventually stretching it out to a full year. At the time, I didn’t fully grasp what I was doing, but this meditation involved sitting in the power, a unique type of meditation. One day, during a session that extended to 30 minutes, I had an extraordinary experience.
I felt myself entering an out-of-body state, almost like being enveloped in a foggy environment. I saw in my mind’s eye 4 spirit beings that felt strangely familiar standing in front of me, 2 off my left, 2 off to my right. The tallest figure on my right felt the most energetically powerful. Suddenly, he projected an intense beam of energy through my chest and out my back. It was then that I realized I wasn’t asleep but experiencing something extraordinary.
This experience continued as I felt myself elevated to another realm. I couldn’t discern my location, whether it was somewhere in the universe or space. But everything opened up, and I felt interconnected with all of existence. Time, space, beginning, and end dissolved, and I became a thread in an infinite tapestry of love. It was a profound sense of unconditional love and acceptance that transcended human understanding.
I struggled to find words to describe it. I couldn’t believe that I was somehow perfect, a concept I couldn’t accept given my past. I became aware that somehow, I was perfect, a concept which I just couldn’t accept given everything I’d done previously in my past. At that time, I was too materialistic and agnostic to attribute this to anything spiritual. It challenged my existing beliefs.
After some time, I emerged from this experience, still in disbelief. I rushed to my desk to record everything that had transpired. It felt like I was reawakening feelings and experiences I had as a child when I had unknowingly been in contact with spirit. I became aware of sensations like energetic bubbles wrapping around my arms, a palpable presence nearby, and an awareness of external concepts, thoughts, feelings, and information.
Vivid dreams involving deceased family members began to intensify. It became apparent that something profound was happening to me, something beyond my understanding. I remember looking up to the sky one day and asking, “Why me? I am just a regular guy.”
This response made so much sense to me, and it marked the beginning of my journey down the rabbit hole, from which I never returned.
When you experienced that and started to become aware of something greater than us, as you mentioned, like you’re just a regular guy, but there’s something more, did you receive any assistance or guidance that helped you develop your abilities and navigate this new experience? Did someone or something aid you in embracing this new journey?
When I first started exploring this, I attended various schools. I went to a local school, a local spiritualist church, and I even had a teacher nearby. I also studied with renowned individuals like James Van Prague and Tony Stockwell. In total, I’ve had the privilege of learning from around 10 to 15 different teachers, and I’ve even studied at The Arthur Findlay College. Over the years, I dedicated myself to absorbing as much knowledge as possible. Where I am today is a result of standing on the shoulders of these giants who taught me everything I know.
What type of services do you offer?
Primarily, I offer mediumship services, soul readings, and trance readings. During trance readings, I enter a state of trance and allow my guides to communicate with the client. In this altered state, my guides take over and convey the messages or information that the client needs to hear.
Have you ever had the experience of sharing something unpleasant or difficult with a client, something they might not have wanted to hear? How did you handle such a situation?
No, because when spirits communicate, they always convey messages of transformational love and healing. This is the primary purpose of their communication. They don’t typically provide psychic information or the like. Instead, their messages revolve around reassuring loved ones that they are very much alive in a different realm, where they enjoy good health and well-being. They aim to offer comfort, closure, and assistance to help their loved ones feel better, as their main mission is to bring love and healing.
Since each individual person has their own energy and possibly a unique soul reading or healing treatment, how do you approach each person? Do you have a specific preparation or methodology before you begin your sessions?
Certainly, when someone comes in for a mediumship reading, I start by explaining the typical process and framework of how mediumship works. I also delve into the quantum physics of mediumship and spirituality to provide them with a basic understanding of what’s happening. Many people who have never had a mediumship reading before can feel apprehensive and nervous, understandably so. Therefore, I aim to help them understand what to expect, which helps put them at ease and brings them comfort.
I describe that during the session, we will reach out to the spirit world, inviting their loved ones to join us. We focus on raising their energy and emphasize that our purpose is rooted in love and healing. We explain that it’s like a family reunion, and we don’t always know in advance which family members from the spirit world will come through. However, it often aligns with the individuals the client needs to hear from the most. For example, if someone has lost their spouse, their significant other is likely to be part of the reading, possibly along with other loved ones. The spirits retain their unique personalities, just as they were on Earth, which can sometimes lead to lively interactions during the reading.
Can you share a successful story with us? Perhaps a session where you helped someone change the course of their life or their beliefs to the extent that after the session, you felt confident that you were doing the right thing.
I would say that the reading that impacted me the most and completely astonished me stands out among the many incredible readings I’ve had the privilege to do. After each reading, I have to pinch myself because they are all unique, amazing, and beautiful in their own way. This is why I love what I do.
However, there was one reading that particularly stood out. I was connecting with a woman who had lost her significant other, and he was coming through with an abundance of evidence. The evidence was incredibly unique, bizarre, and filled with wild, wacky, and weird details that just kept flowing, much like Niagara Falls. It was truly remarkable to witness. During the session, she experienced a range of emotions, from laughter to tears, and you could visibly see her undergoing a transformation.
But what truly blew me away was towards the end of the session when I suddenly saw the spirit of her significant other getting down on his right knee. This was an entirely new experience for me, but I felt compelled to share it with her. I described how he was opening a box and handing it to her, as if he were proposing. Her reaction was immediate and emotional. I asked if they had been thinking about getting married, and she confirmed that they had discussed it, and she believed he was about to propose before he passed away. It felt like he was asking her to marry him now, and she tearfully responded with a heartfelt “Yes.” This moment truly left me in awe.
These readings are all about love, and it’s incredible how often the recipients are moved to tears of joy by the messages from their loved ones in spirit.
You’re working in a field where you can become energetically and spiritually drained due to the challenging nature of the work. How do you prioritize self-care?
Well, I have to correct you on that point. I don’t get drained at all. On the contrary, I get charged up, and here’s why: when spirit comes through, as you know, they are of the highest vibration energy, unlike us humans in the physical world, who operate at a lower vibration energy level.
When spirit communicates through me, it’s their high-vibration love and healing energy that flows through me. I act as their relay station, their telephone booth, their instrument, so to speak. This energy flows through me, making me a channel for their messages. I’m essentially receiving the residual energy from them. Therefore, at the end of every reading, I feel boosted and healed just from this residual energy. I receive a fraction of what the recipient gets, but it’s still a significant positive impact on me. So, after every reading, I find myself in a better state than when I began.
I emphasize this to my students as well because I also teach mediumship. If you ever finish a reading feeling drained, with your energy levels low, it could indicate that you’ve been relying on your own energy and connection rather than fully connecting with spirit. When you fully connect with spirit and allow the energy to flow through you, without resistance, that’s when you experience a surge of energy and vitality.
What do you love most about your profession?
What do I like the most about mediumship? It’s the fact that spirits bring through all of their love and healing to people who are in need. There are so many people around the world who are in need, and sometimes they don’t even realize it. Whether it’s spiritual healing, hearing from a loved one in spirit, or experiencing the transformative power of love and healing from the spirit world, that’s what I love doing. I would do this 24/7, 365 days a year if I could, but the problem is I wouldn’t be able to eat or sleep, so that presents a bit of a challenge. Nevertheless, I’m passionate about what I do because it brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I feel truly honored and privileged to have the opportunity to connect people with the love and healing energy of the spirit world.
