Can you share a bit about your spiritual awakening journey and what led you to create The Soul Calling?
For about 25 years, I’ve been practicing Reiki and energy healing alongside my work as a psychotherapist, focusing on issues like depression, addiction, and anxiety. Over time, I noticed a shift in my clients’ experiences during sessions. They began describing scenes that seemed to be from past lives, and even deceased relatives would communicate through them, speaking in different tones and intonation. Initially unsettling, these occurrences made me realize that within the space of traditional psychotherapy, there exists a gateway to spiritual dimensions. Recognizing this as a profound opportunity, I chose to specialize further in the spiritual aspect of healing, following what I believe to be my soul’s calling.
How do you help individuals connect with their spiritual guidance and overcome obstacles on their unique life journeys?
In my work, I focus on theta brain wave patterns, which are the same patterns we experience during daydreaming, while gazing out of a car window, or when deeply absorbed in a film. This state is also utilized in hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I’ve found that when we access theta brain wave patterns, we can tap into our entire life’s experiences, reaching back to our time in the womb. It’s not merely remembering, but more like the mind has an imprint of these experiences. Moreover, this state allows us to transcend into other dimensions—we can explore the past, parallel realities, future possibilities, and even ascend into the spiritual realm. It’s like a gateway that opens up a myriad of possibilities once we enter this unique state of consciousness.
What sets The Soul Calling apart from other spiritual healing and therapy practices?
I believe my approach is unique in that I serve purely as a guide in spiritual practices. In many healing or therapeutic settings, the practitioner receives information to channel and pass on to the client. However, in my work, the client is the one having the experience. For example, if a client wishes to explore past lives to understand cause and effect, I don’t tell them what I perceive; instead, I guide them to experience it themselves. They have the vivid experience of seeing, hearing, feeling, touching, tasting, and even speaking for themselves. I’m simply the guide, facilitating their journey without interpreting or inserting my own experiences or interpretations.
Can you describe a particularly impactful or transformative experience you’ve witnessed through your work?
Absolutely. Resolving specific issues is certainly part of the process, but I find that the most profound impact my clients experience is a shift in perspective. Through their own direct experiences in spiritual dimensions, they come to understand, not just intellectually, but deeply and personally, that they are eternal spirits. This realization puts their current life into perspective, making it feel like just a fleeting moment in the grand scheme. It alleviates the weight of the past and the anxiety of the future, allowing them to live more fully in the present. These transformative experiences, such as speaking with spirit guides or reconnecting with deceased loved ones, are recorded for later reflection, further reinforcing their newfound understanding and helping them move beyond any current suffering they may be experiencing.
How do you approach the balance between spiritual healing and traditional therapy techniques in your practice?
It’s a delicate balance, as we’re tapping into the same part of the mind whether we’re exploring childhood traumas or journeying to spiritual dimensions. It’s really about the client and what they want to gain from a session – my job is to ensure that they get exactly what they want as a result of our work together.
How do you ensure that your services at The Soul Calling remain accessible and supportive for individuals from diverse backgrounds and belief systems?
On a spiritual level, all experiences are valid and exist equally. As a guide, I remain neutral, unlike traditional therapists or spiritual healers who may interpret and influence the experience. Regardless of background or beliefs, everyone tends to have similar experiences beyond human constraints, such as following the soul from death into the spiritual realm. These experiences are common to all, showing the universality of spiritual journeys.
