What is the story behind RudrakshaHub and how was the company founded?
Rudraksha Hub started as an idea to provide quality Rudraksha beads at one place properly because this is a very disorganized market and since this is more of a belief-centric side of the industry, so there are very few people who know the specifics of the knowledge of the Vedic texts. Using this half-knowledge, a lot of saints try to spread information which is just a rumour and nowhere close to reality. Also, there are some people who make artificial and artistic representation of original products for quick bucks at low investment. So we started Rudraksha Hub to organize this entire market and be a one-stop location for all the religious, spiritual, divine and worship-related requirements. We are based in Varanasi, which is the UNESCO city of religion, tradition, history, and culture and thus we aimed at maintaining that level of sanctity not just for ourselves but for the sake of those who are ardent believers and who will only trust the ones who follow the process. We aim at making the most trusted platform for all types of religious and spiritual requirements all at one place so that the believers do not need to wander helter-skelter to get their beliefs fulfilled. It’s truly “Making Worship Easy” which is our tagline also. Since we started out with Rudraksha, thus the name Rudraksha Hub.
For people unfamiliar with the term, can you explain what Mukhi Rudraksha is?
Mukhi means Face (Faces) and Rudraksha is the name of the fruit inside which there is a pit which is the auspicious bead and is considered great for wearing and worship. In Hindu Mythology, Shiva, the Lord of conservation of good and destruction of evil, was meditating while sitting in his den on Kailash mountains and he witnessed the extent to which humankind was stressed and perturbed due to certain things like health issues, financial issues, family issues and much more. So he wept several tears in pain. Shiva’s second name is Rudra and Aksha in Sanskrit means tears, so tears of Rudra, or tears of Shiva came to be referred to as Rudraksha, which was supposed to be a blessing for the human kind who can wear different faced Rudraksha for different issues pertaining to their lives.
So if a Rudraksha bead has 5 Natural lines/ cuts/ clefts on its face as well as on the inside walls, then it is a 5 Face Rudraksha or 5 Mukhi Rudraksha. The only goal is to know that these cuts or lines, or clefts are natural and original and not artificially crafted to increase the price and sell fake beads.
How does online puja work?
Online Pooja is the process wherein customers can get their Poojas booked for the purpose they desire and then we get that Pooja done in the temple in Varanasi. For example, if you want a Mahamrityunjaya Jaap done, we’ll take your details like name, reason for the Pooja (Worship), and date on which the Pooja is desired. We do this Pooja on that specific date and we send the Pooja Prasad (the food offered to God for blessings in the Pooja) to the customers. We also show the Pooja to them in real time on video call if need be and we also send them the images of the Pooja as proof. The Sankalp video is sent to the people after the Pooja is done for a proof of Pooja done.
There can be a question: Why Varanasi? To start with, Varanasi is a place of worship and very auspicious for the people. Also, Varanasi is the only place on Earth where there is a symbolic representation of every temple of the world. So every God’s temple is available in Varanasi and thus, to start with we have this service to do in Varanasi but we will expand to other cities slowly.
What is Kundali Milaan?
Kundali Milaan is a horoscope matching if translated literally. When two people want to get married, their horoscope should also match and align so that at least there is a 40% match in the planetary positions and personalities of the people for a longer and happier living. It is similar to tarot readoing to know if something will sustain or not or numerology to know what to be done differently to get better outcomes. Similarly, if there is something that can be a hindrance in the two horoscopes, then it can be matched, removed or corrected so that it is not a hindrance in the most happy start to a new life called marriage.
What other services do you offer?
We provide astrology and consulting services also wherein if there is a person who knows that something is wrong with their lives or planets or horoscope but they do not know what is it that is making their lives so difficult. So we help them with their issues. We provide them a consultation with our Panditji (learned saint) who does their horoscope reading, sees the issues that are pointed out in the lives of the people, and then gives a practical reason as to what should be done to correct those issues. The solutions can be a Pooja service, a Rudraksha, a gemstone, or a mixture of these together.
It is a personalized recommendation done by special people who understand the ways to correct the issues, the steps that should be taken to improve the present condition, the steps to take to avoid any future strikes, the steps that the person can logically and logistically take and the steps that can be alternative to something id it is unachievable and the likes is the duty of this learned expert to tell to the customer. Since there is no time barrier to the consultation, thus the people are free to talk their hearts out and make sure that they are able to have a fair share of their problems relieved or know how their problems will be relieved. Since these sessions go on for really long with no time barrier, these sessions are a little expensive but we have a 100% satisfaction ratio as once the call is in progress, it is just the person talking about their issues and the Panditji (saint/ priest) listening to it and then giving the solution and this sometimes extends to over 45-50 minutes continuously. Since our Panditji is comfortable in Hindi only, so we have a facility of mediation from English to Hindi and back as of now and we are looking to expand to other languages soon.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
We ourselves do not try to make any such deal wherein we try to make you mandatorily believe in anything we believe in. We are like an aid to belief. If the person believes in something, we would love to provide anything in our might to fulfill the need and requirements. We will not try to sell to you, but rather help in getting all the things you need. That is why, we are not a push business, we are a pull business wherein we say that you can believe anything you want to, and we will not judge you upon that, rather we will help you to fulfill the orders you make so that you are able to gain the maximum advantage of your belief the way you want and we are able to satisfy you in the best possible manner as fit for you.
