How did you become interested in PSYCH-K®, and what inspired you to become a facilitator/instructor?
I first encountered PSYCH-K® during a women’s retreat in Switzerland, and it profoundly inspired me. I decided to attend all available PSYCH-K® workshops because it felt like I had finally discovered what I had been searching for all along: a simple way to facilitate change. After working with PSYCH-K® as a facilitator for approximately eight years, I made the choice to become an instructor. I am now one of only 33 instructors worldwide.
Can you explain the process of a typical PSYCH-K® session?
What can clients expect when working with you? Typically, PSYCH-K® sessions are highly individualized, but I can provide a general overview. Initially, my clients briefly describe their issue. However, we don’t dwell on the problem description for long. We swiftly shift our focus to the question: “What would you prefer instead?” We then craft new goal statements that we can program into the subconscious mind.
To establish communication with the subconscious mind, we employ muscle testing. Once communication is established, we identify which specific “balance” technique will be used to facilitate the desired change. Clients are often amazed at how effortlessly and rapidly this transformation occurs. My approach is highly effective, and I guide my clients with clear and empathetic communication toward their desired goals.
What types of issues or challenges do clients commonly seek your help with using PSYCH-K®, and what kind of results have you seen in your clients?
The range of issues clients seek assistance with is quite broad. I have worked with individuals dealing with burnout, depression, stress-related concerns, and anxiety. Additionally, clients have sought help for relationship difficulties, financial challenges, health issues, and spiritual journeys. Typically, we achieve the desired outcomes within 1-2 sessions.
How do you tailor your approach to each client’s unique needs and goals when using PSYCH-K® techniques?
Within PSYCH-K®, the process of tailoring our approach to each client’s unique needs is natural. We always inquire about how the client envisions the change they desire. By engaging the subconscious mind, we have a powerful ally in selecting the most appropriate tools to effect significant change.
Could you share a success story or case study of a client you’ve worked with who achieved significant positive changes through PSYCH-K®?
How did you help them in that specific situation? I’d be delighted to share a success story. Once, I assisted a middle-aged man who was struggling with severe burnout. He had already sought help from multiple clinics and doctors before coming to me. Initially, his wife had scheduled the appointment, which I typically discourage, but I made an exception. Our very first question to him was, “How would you prefer to experience life instead?” From there, we created a new reality for him.
Over the course of four sessions, we embarked on a transformative journey. After our sessions, he exhibited no symptoms of energy loss, depression, or any other issues. He even embarked on a new career as a writer and found happiness and fulfillment in his new life. To this day, he talks about his life “before PSYCH-K®” and his life “after PSYCH-K®.” His transformation deeply moves me.
What do you love most about your profession?
What I cherish most about my profession is witnessing the genuine smiles on my clients’ faces when they experience the release of stress, pain, or any other burdens they had been carrying. It’s the profound connection with people and the trust they place in me. Ultimately, it’s the sense of contributing something positive to this world that brings me the most fulfillment.
