Your journey transitioned from over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies to a focus on spiritual practices following a Samadhi experience. Can you elaborate on how this awakening influenced your decision to become a life coach and author?

Certainly. My journey in the corporate world taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, resilience, and the power of systems. However, after more than two decades, I began to feel that something deeper was missing—a sense of alignment with my authentic self.
The turning point came during a profound Samadhi experience, a state of deep meditative absorption where I felt a sense of unity with everything. It was as though the layers of ego, ambition, and external validation fell away, leaving me with a clarity I had never experienced before. That moment was a wake-up call. It made me realize that true fulfillment comes not from external success but from inner alignment and helping others find their path to it.
This awakening inspired me to pivot my career and dedicate myself to a path of holistic transformation. Based on my background, I became a mindset, performance, and holistic life coach, and I also pursued certifications as a teacher in yoga, qigong, meditation, personal training, life coaching. These practices provided the tools to deepen my connection with myself and others, allowing me to help individuals unlock their physical, mental, and spiritual potential.
Writing my first book, The Power of One Second, allowed me to share strategies for creating more time and focus in life, while my second book, My Spiritual Reality: How to Live a Life Where Everything is a Miracle, explores how to live a life rooted in presence, gratitude, and wonder. These works, combined with my coaching and teaching, reflect my commitment to empowering others to transform their lives by aligning with their true purpose and embracing the miraculous nature of existence.
This chapter of my life has been profoundly fulfilling, as it allows me to blend my corporate experience, spiritual insights, and teaching expertise to guide others on their journey of transformation and self-discovery.

In “The Power of One Second,” you discuss immediate actions for life transformation. Could you share a specific technique from the book that readers have found particularly impactful in achieving health, happiness, and success?

In The Power of One Second, one technique that readers have found particularly impactful is the concept of “one-second awareness.” This idea encourages
individuals to recognize the immense power in a single second to create change, take action, or shift perspective.
For example, in moments of doubt or inaction, simply stopping for one second to focus on your current thought, decision, or action can spark a transformation. This approach is rooted in the belief that every significant change—whether it’s a decision, an emotion, or a breakthrough—happens in just one second.
The key is awareness and intentionality. By consciously choosing how to use a single second, you can break free from procrastination, overcome resistance, or redirect your energy toward something meaningful. For instance, if you’re feeling unmotivated to exercise, taking just one second to decide to do one more push-up or take one step can build momentum. Similarly, in relationships, using one second to express gratitude or kindness can shift the dynamic and foster deeper connection.
Readers have shared how this simple rule has helped them prioritize their time, achieve their goals, and develop habits that lead to health, happiness, and success. It’s not about changing your entire life overnight but about embracing the small, powerful moments that collectively lead to transformation. When you realize the value of one second and use it wisely, anything becomes possible.

Your teachings encompass Meditation, Qi Gong, and Yoga. How do you integrate these disciplines in your coaching to address the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit for holistic well-being?

My approach to coaching actually integrates more than Meditation, Qi Gong, and Yoga into a holistic framework I call Mindbodism, which addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit to promote total well-being. This personalized practice aligns ancient wisdom with modern science, offering a transformative experience for clients.
Each session is uniquely designed around the Power of the Heptagon, which symbolizes balance and harmony. It incorporates seven key components that align with the body’s chakras and fundamental elements:
1. Qi Gong – Grounding and stabilizing the Root Chakra, fostering energy flow and a deep connection with the earth.
2. Music and Movement – Enhancing creativity and emotional fluidity in the Sacral Chakra.
3. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – Strengthening willpower and personal confidence through the Solar Plexus Chakra. 4. Yoga – Promoting love, balance, and compassion by activating the Heart Chakra.
5. Kundalini Practices – Focusing on self-expression and
communication via the Throat Chakra.
6. Neuroscience Techniques – Enhancing intuition and wisdom by stimulating the Third Eye Chakra.
7. Meditation – Cultivating spiritual awareness and enlightenment through the Crown Chakra.

By combining these disciplines, Mindbodism harmonizes physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. Clients experience a unique blend of grounding exercises, mindfulness techniques, and energy alignment that: • Reduces stress and anxiety
• Boosts vitality and focus
• Enhances flexibility, strength, and endurance
• Deepens the connection to self and universal energy
This personalized approach ensures that every practice meets the individual’s goals, energy balance, and fitness level, creating a comprehensive pathway for growth and transformation.
Mindbodism is more than a practice; it’s a journey toward total alignment. It empowers clients to build resilience, achieve their goals, and cultivate inner peace while unlocking their full potential in mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to provide a tailored experience that resonates deeply with each person’s unique needs, ensuring they walk away feeling energized, focused, and connected.

You mention practicing Shaolin Kung Fu since the age of three. In what ways has this lifelong practice influenced your approach to personal development and the methodologies you employ in your coaching sessions?

Practicing Shaolin Kung Fu since the age of three has profoundly shaped my approach to personal development and the methodologies I use in my coaching sessions. This ancient art is much more than physical discipline; it’s a holistic practice that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. The principles of Shaolin Kung Fu— such as resilience, mindfulness, adaptability, and inner strength—form the foundation of my coaching philosophy.

Key Influences on My Coaching:
1. Resilience and Perseverance
Shaolin Kung Fu taught me the importance of enduring challenges and embracing the process of growth. This resilience is something I instill in my clients, helping them navigate setbacks with confidence and maintain focus on their long-term goals.
2. Mind-Body Connection
Through Kung Fu, I learned to integrate physical movement with mental focus and emotional balance. This concept is central to my coaching, where I incorporate practices like Qi Gong, yoga, and meditation to help clients build a deeper connection between their mind and body.
3. The Power of Discipline
Training consistently from such a young age ingrained the value of discipline and incremental progress. I encourage my clients to adopt small, consistent actions— aligned with the principles in my book The Power of One Second—to create lasting change in their lives.
4. Adaptability and Flow
Kung Fu emphasizes fluidity and adapting to the moment, both in physical movements and in life. In my coaching, I guide clients to embrace uncertainty and respond to challenges with grace and flexibility, rather than resistance.
5. Holistic Growth
Shaolin philosophy is deeply rooted in achieving balance—strengthening not only the body but also the mind and spirit. This holistic approach aligns with the methodologies I use in my coaching sessions, including personalized techniques that address physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual fulfillment.
Practical Application in Coaching:
From techniques like mindful breathing to principles of energy flow, Shaolin Kung Fu offers a treasure trove of tools that I adapt for modern coaching practices. Whether it’s guiding clients through stress management, improving their focus, or helping them build resilience, these principles ensure that every session is rooted in ancient wisdom and tailored for contemporary challenges.
In essence, my lifelong practice of Shaolin Kung Fu has provided me with a unique perspective and skill set, which I use to empower my clients to achieve personal mastery and holistic well-being.
