Can you share a few details about your professional journey and how you got started in your career?
I became aware of my gifts at 5. Started studying gifts and the gifted at 12 and then started doing readings for other people at 18. I didn’t get the courage to turn this into a career until 2015. For some reason, I was okay with people calling me to schedule appointments and dropping by the house for a reading, but not making it a solid business. I was not new to the idea of business. I already had two businesses under my belt, which were based on supporting the growth of companies through marketing, advertising, and sales. 2015 is around the time when I met more people who were living their gift and not just on a personal level but as an everyday business. I knew people who had metaphysical businesses prior to 2015 – one was a mentor – a lady who hired me in 2010 to help her market her metaphysical business, but the direction she took me in was not toward being a spiritual business owner, but toward the corporate world, where I would exercise my marketing and business skills on a much larger scale.
What’s the story behind Soul Trine and how did it come about?
Soul Trine actually started out as a metaphysical company that lead physical products. The company had a different name for a long time. The tagline was “A step above happiness.” The focus was to help people relieve stress and overcome whatever was bothering them the most. I did psychic readings, but only for people who knew me personally or came through referrals. They weren’t put on the website – you had to be in the know.
The initial physical products were incense and self-care products related to the body. I still have my signature incenses and create custom incenses, but at this time only sell them wholesale, at events, as part of space clearing packages, and to current clients on a case-by-case basis. However, even though the body products were very significant in the original approach for the company, they aren’t relevant at this time. That may change in the future, but the focus for Soul Trine has changed.
I changed the name to Soul Trine at the request of a business mentor. Back in 2021, she gave me valid reasons as to why the name needed to change and I wholeheartedly agreed with her. I felt the same way before we even spoke, but I needed someone outside of me and my circles to say it to make a change. It took me another year to come up with the right and perfect name and when I did, Soul Trine was born.
The new name aligned with the new direction of the company – helping people understand their soul meaning while healing and developing their metaphysical side.
What can people expect from your Intuitive Performance Coaching?
Intuitive Performance Coaching is for people who want to enhance their intuition within their personal lives as well as their business/work lives. Intuitive Performance Coaching is about taking your natural given gift and turning it up. If someone wants to enhance their intuition with Soul Trine, they can expect to get much stronger in other areas that support their intuition as well.
The person who is interested in Intuitive Performance Coaching for their personal life wants to enhance their gifts, trust their intuition, improve the way they interact with themselves and others, and engage with the world more efficiently. While the person who is interested in Intuitive Performance Coaching for their business/work life is interested in opening the floodgate of ideas, being able to come up with strategies quicker and easier, and turning up their natural gifts. This works well for all people and also for people who are coming out of a period of burnout.
Intuitive Performance Coaching is for people who are curious about their natural intuitive gifts and want to turn their curiosity into action.
As a writer, what have you written and are there any upcoming projects we should be expecting in the near future?
I’ve written two poetry books that are centered around processing my trauma through a few rough periods, and a ton of other types of content. I’ve got a book I’ve been working on for years that I was told I was going to write back in 2005 through a Divine Message. It’s been very emotional to write, but it is so necessary.

You also organize retreats. What are those like?
My retreats are based on the most popular topics my clients connect with me about – love, burnout, intuitive development, etc. The retreats are a great way to complete a coaching series in a shorter and more concentrated amount of time while enjoying natural elements. They have taken place in Portland, Jamaica, but I’m considering a few in the States.
