How did your journey into spirituality and self-discovery begin, and what inspired you to start guiding others on their own paths?
My journey began when I was older and realised that the way I looked at the world and life was different from others.
As I was growing up, I was very good in being the good girl and life was pretty easy/ok for me, because of my talents being psychic, empathic and very down to earth.
I felt so many things and was able to act on it. Today I can switch between things very fast as well.
When I became a mother I instinctively felt that life was all about that; making sure the little girl in the bed was ok and taken care of in all kinds of way.
So that’s when I started to develop myself psychic, emotionally and took many courses in my field of interest, art, nature, astrology.
Could you explain the purpose and process of the “Magical Beautiful Life Ritual” and how it helps people connect with their authentic selves?
Starting your day with a routine of consciousness is gold! You are more aware of your body and it’s signals. Very aware of the energies you pick up and where you put your energy in. When you wake up, you start to listen to the visualization and are fully in your body, grounded, aware of how your body feels. Contemplate on your dreams and feelings. Ready for the day. When you listened to the visualization some time, you will notice that you are aware of how your body feels when you wake up by yourself. So it goes quicker, takes less time and becomes a consciousness ritual.
During the day when you go to the restroom you take some time to do that consciously, really taking some deep breaths, remembering how you felt this morning with the ritual and are checking in with yourself to see how things are. How do you feel? Are there logical reasons for the way you feel? Is it the same as this morning with the ritual? How come it has changed? Did you encounter some energy ‘vampires’? Let go literally in the toilet what is not yours and when you wash your hands you cleanse yourself of everything.
Writing down a script for that day helps you stay focused on your dreams, hopes and wishes, but foremost on your goals for that day or the help you need from the Universe. And of course what are you grateful for?
When you are grounded and aware of your needs, your boundaries, you become more and more your authentic self. You do not care so much about what other people think of you or what they do. You will live YOUR life. After a while you become unapologetically YOU.
What are some common obstacles you see people face in fully embracing who they are, and how do you help them overcome these?
All people are mostly living in their heads. That is how society tells us to live, be sensible, use your head, do you have proof?
So when you be YOU completely you will use your intuition, your body and your mind in living your life, making decisions.
That is how it should be. We all are very critical on ourselves and others. When you see the bigger picture and you are grounded, fully aware of ‘we only have NOW’ you will live a very peaceful life, fully embracing yourself. In a society like this, it will always be a trigger point we need to be aware of. So you can become more self centered, which is necessary to life a healthy, loving life and make the most of it. Be an inspiration for other people like your children.
How do you balance providing serious guidance with incorporating fun, humor, and compassion in your work?
By not taking myself so seriously. We all are doing what we can. In Dutch we say: we doen allemaal maar wat. Like nobody knows exactly what they are doing! Today is the first day that I am 49years old and 6 months. I have never have this age before, never lived this day or this situation before. So I focus on myself, my tasks for the day and above all my wishes and go along with it. I live intuitively. Laugh a lot, make a great living for myself and have a lot of fun. Exploring, being on a adventure. Be most of all I am compassionate. For myself and others especially my clients. We all do our best. We all want a happy life and make the best of it. Every minute of the day we can start over again. Doing things differently.
What role does personal honesty and openness play in your teachings, and how do you encourage others to be equally honest with themselves?
I tell a lot about my life, my mistakes and hardship. I laugh a lot about myself and I am being very honest about my not being perfect at all. Not trying to be as well. And we all know when we tell ourselves stories that makes things easier for ourselves. I am the one who points that out and of course drawing is a method that will tell you for real.
