Where I did have an issue, however, was in their satisfaction Guarantee claim. Right on the homepage, I was greeted with the words “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”.This usually means that a psychic website will refund your money if you’re not satisfied with your reading, which isn’t the case with Psychic Encounters at all. To me, that came off as a misrepresentation because their terms of use clearly rule out refunds.
