When did you first know that being a Mentor, Coach, and Breathworker was your calling and how did it come about?
It started when I decided to discover who I am. I began a long journey of self-discovery and experienced a true inner transformation that occurred in 2012 and radically changed the course of my life. Breathwork change my life During this journey, I discovered my ability to understand life and also what I was truly capable of manifesting in it, which was as limitless as I dared to allow. I learned to love myself, to feel deep joy and to breathe the change. Supporting, guiding, helping became a matter of course: Learning to breathe better, becoming a person who truly loves herself, who is full of joy without reason for a fulfilling personal and professional life and much more.

What is the connection between breathing and mental state?
Breathing is life. It is a living energy and an active force within our being. Every cell in our body needs the oxygen we breathe to function properly. Our brain needs a large amount of oxygen every second to process information. Our organs need it to function efficiently. The ability to think, feel, move, eat, sleep and even speak depends on the energy generated by oxygen. And the only way to get oxygen to all these cells is to breathe in and out. The quality of our breathing has a profound effect on our physical and mental health and well-being.
The breathing is powerful. There is a strong connection between our breath and our emotions, and we can very quickly change our emotions, bring ourselves to a higher state of vibration, by focusing on our breath and changing the way we breathe. We can use it to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, to feel immediately more calm and grounded. Breathing and emotions are interconnected. Breathing changes in response to emotional states, such as sadness, happiness, anxiety or fear. When you’re feeling calm, your nervous system is in a relaxed state, and your breath becomes slower. On the other hand, emotions like fear and anxiety can cause shortness of breath.
This is your body’s fight, flight, or freeze response in action. Our emotions are closely linked with your physiological (body) state, including heart rate, blood pressure, and how you breathe. Breathing is the only physiological process we can control… or not control. We can consciously modify it and use it, or we can just let it happen, let the body breathe on its own. Become aware of your breathing: Develop a better awareness and understanding of your breathing and breathing patterns. This will help you harness the power of your breath: to use it to stay grounded in the present moment, to shift your emotions if necessary, to access the personal qualities you need to face your day.

What is the most important detail in maintaining a relationship of mutual trust with clients?
Show respect to clients If you don’t show respect to your clients, they will never trust your business. So it’s worth keeping your promises and learning to do things on time. Accept our mistakes, it’s human. Being authentic, actively listening, creating a safe space. Knowing how to say no when you can’t help. Respect your values, stay aligned with your values. Finally, communication is key to establishing a trustworthy relationship; talk to your clients to get a feel for what they value most and then incorporate their preferences into your workflow. A little bit of thoughtful listening can go far in building respect and appreciation.
