Could you share with us your journey to becoming a holistic healer? What inspired this path, and how has your nursing background influenced your approach to healing?

I suppose my journey to becoming a holistic healer started in my teens because this was when I began to suffer anxiety and depression, which continued for many years. My anxiety caused me to drop out of university, and some time later my mother saw an advert for Psychiatric Nurse Training and urged me to apply.

I found Psychiatric Nursing very interesting, but working in that stressful environment exacerbated my depression and anxiety.  Because of this I left nursing completely for a long time, only returning years later to work in Care of the Elderly.

I feel my own mental health struggles gave me the insight and compassion needed to empathise with clients.  My nursing experience also showed me how devastating mental illness can be when not successfully treated in time.

About ten years ago I had a spiritual awakening which led me to understand that true healing cannot happen unless we address the spiritual aspect.  This is because our true nature is not physical but spiritual, and our soul will carry over wounds from lifetime to lifetime until they are healed.

You mentioned that conventional health services often treat symptoms rather than addressing the root cause of the problem. How do holistic approaches such as Energy Healing and Soul Realignment address these root causes in ways that conventional therapies might not?

While physical illness manifests in the body, it does not start there. It starts in the Energy Body or Light Body, which surrounds the physical body. Our Energy Body is made up of the Spiritual, Mental and Emotional Body. Hands-on healing like Rahanni or distant healing like Soul Realignment, work on those layers surrounding the body.  Our Energy Body contains both current and past-life wounds and traumas.  We also carry ancestral trauma in our DNA, which can be triggered if we experience the same emotional intensity as was initially experienced by that ancestor.

We should never suppress our emotions as they draw attention to some issue we need to address.  Our soul or higher self communicates with us via our intuition and emotions. When we ignore these prompts the soul will try to get our attention by creating physical symptoms in the body.  In that way the body acts as a communication device, so we always need to listen to what it is trying to say.

The problem with conventional medical approaches is that they tend to ignore the message the body is trying to convey.  Most illnesses, including cancer, are caused by unprocessed emotions that have become lodged in the body.  Surgeons can cut out the affected tissues, but they cannot cut out the emotions, and this is why cancer often comes back. The modalities I offer target the root cause of illness and I clear it energetically.  The root cause is generally to do with suppressed, unprocessed emotions and/or lessons that need to be learned.

Your qualifications span a wide range of healing modalities from QHHT to Rahanni Celestial Healing. Can you explain how these different modalities compliment each other in your practice and how you tailor your approach to each client’s needs?

I think Rahanni Celestial Healing provides a gentle introduction to spiritual energy healing.  The client lies on the plinth and has a deeply relaxing experience while the healing gently lifts out negative energy from both the physical and energy body. The more sessions the client has, the deeper the healing goes.

My modalities of Integrative Soul Healing (ISH) and Soul Realignment are more comprehensive in that a wide range of issues can be addressed and healed in one session. ISH is excellent for healing trauma or focusing on specific emotions that are presenting for the client. I will be shown the origin of this trauma.  It could be from the current or past life, or it could be ancestral.  I will be shown the story of the lifetime in which this trauma occurred. I work with my Spirit team to heal and resolve it.  One session of ISH will also clear many lifetimes where trauma of a similar emotional theme eg, grief, was experienced.

Often a client can have an Earthbound Soul attached to their Light Body which really drains their energy and lowers their vibration.  In both Soul Realignment and ISH I will be shown the story of how this Soul attached, and I help it transition into the light.  In both modalities I can detect and remove Etheric Implants which also lower the client’s vibration and drain their energy.  I offer Etheric Implant and Entity removal as a standalone session, as this is often an issue for clients.  People frequently experience Soul Loss because of trauma.  Both ISH and Soul Realignment retrieve and reintegrate the missing pieces of the soul.  This helps the client to feel more empowered and whole again.

The difference between QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and the other modalities I mentioned is that in QHHT I help the client go into a trance state, and I then guide them to a time (it may be the current or past life) where they can find answers and healing.  It can be a profound experience, but it may not be suitable for everyone.  Where a client has a lot of fear, unhealed trauma or entity attachments, this can block them going into trance and/or accessing their Higher Self.  I would chat with the client when they contact me and get a feel for which modality would best suit them.

As a Spiritual Life Coach, what advice or guidance do you find yourself giving to clients who are on their own healing journey or seeking personal growth and transformation?

Often clients who have been through tough times feel like a victim and that life is unfair. I encourage them to shift their perspective from victimhood to a more constructive viewpoint by getting them to ask the question, ‘what have I learned from that experience?’ or ‘what is this trying to teach me?’ I explain that life is happening ‘for’ you, not ‘to’ you.  We are here to learn lessons for our soul growth.  Everything that happens serves to teach us something.  The most difficult and challenging experiences are the ones we learn the most from.  Once clients start to understand the reasons why they encountered suffering in their lives, it can help them move out of victimhood and take more responsibility for their lives.

I often advise clients to forgive themselves and others because if you hold onto hurt and resentment you continue to suffer.  I explain this is not condoning what others did, but it is simply deciding to let go of that negative energy in order to move forward.  I suggest they say the Ho’oponopono forgiveness prayer three times and repeat it throughout the day.

I often recommend that clients engage in a practice of gratitude and write down a list of things every day that they feel grateful for.  This shifts their focus onto more positive things and even helps rewire the brain from one that was hard-wired towards negativity to one that focuses on the positive.  I also explain about the Law of Attraction, and that we attract the same energetic vibration as that which we give out.

The practice of gratitude also helps clients let go of fear and start believing in themselves.  It is important to let go of fear because fear stagnates you, lowers your vibration and stops you moving forward.  When you let go of fear you can start to create the life you want.

Are there any specific selfcare practices or rituals you recommend to maintain overall well-being and balance in daily life?

As already mentioned, I recommend the practice of gratitude.  Writing a daily list of what you are grateful for has proven to be hugely beneficial, and it also helps you let go of fear and negativity.  It is not physiologically possible to feel fear and gratitude at the same time.

I recommend a daily practice of meditation. The benefits of meditation are well documented.  I appreciate that someone with anxiety may find it difficult to meditate, but there are other body work practices like Yoga, Qi Gong or Tai Chi which are also excellent for reducing stress and anxiety and quietening the mind.  Other forms of exercise like walking or swimming etc are very good for our overall physical and mental wellbeing.  Time spent in nature reduces stress levels and helps us ground and connect to the earth.

I recommend a practice of protection every day, but it is important to do this from a place of trust rather than from a place of fear. You can visualise light coming down from the sun, down thorough your crown and see and feel your whole body and aura filled with golden light. I suggest calling on the Angels especially Archangel Michael to surround you with a column of his sapphire blue light of protection. You can also call on A.A. Michael to clear and protect your home of any negative energy and see it surrounded with his blue light.
