As a certified Evidential Medium, you emphasize providing specific, verifiable details during sessions to validate the presence of loved ones in spirit. Could you share how this approach impacts the healing process for those seeking connection?

When you are grieving or searching for answers about a loved one who has passed, it can be difficult to navigate the vast number of individuals claiming to be mediums. Unfortunately, some do more harm than good, offering misleading or generic messages that provide little comfort or validation.
As someone who works as a medium, I believe it is essential to provide real evidence—specific, factual details that cannot be found through research or guesswork. This kind of validation allows the recipient to truly recognize that their loved one is present, offering reassurance that they are still with them. It also provides a deeper understanding that while our physical bodies cease to exist, our souls continue beyond this life.
When I first started on this path, I needed proof. Coming from a scientific background, I was—and still am—skeptical. That’s why the information I bring forward must be highly specific. For example, if I say, “I have a woman here who raised you as a mother. She was missing her front left tooth, had two baby toes on her right foot, and had a scar that turned into a tattoo on her left breast,” that level of detail is evidential. Could I have Googled that? Possibly, if she had publicly shared that information, but a genuine medium should be able to go beyond vague statements like “I have a grandmother here who loved to bake cookies.”
Remaining skeptical makes the experience even more profound when they receive undeniable validation. Even I still seek readings from time to time to connect with my own loved ones who have passed. While I often sense their presence, hearing clear, personal messages from another trusted medium touches the soul in a way that is different from simply wondering if they are near.
For anyone who has never had a session with a medium, I would encourage them to approach it with an open mind and an open heart. However, if something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t—don’t try to force meaning where there is none. A true connection should feel natural, authentic, and deeply resonant.

Your journey includes obtaining certification from Mark Ireland’s Certified Mediums, which involves a rigorous testing process. How has this certification influenced your practice, and the trust clients place in your services?

There are no officially certified schools—such as a two- or four-year college—specifically dedicated to studying mediumship. While there are courses, classes, and even schools in the UK that I have attended, there is no standardized credential like those required for doctors or dentists to prove someone is qualified to do this work.
When Mark Ireland presented an opportunity for me to be tested as a medium, I have to admit, I was scared, I thought, What if I fail? What if I’m not actually a medium? If I didn’t pass, I would have had to face the possibility that I was making it all up, that I was no different from those who unknowingly—or even fraudulently—mislead others. But deep down, beyond just a feeling, I had an unshakable knowing that our loved ones are still with us.
The testing process felt much like taking a rigorous exam—similar to college testing in the U.S. Each time I was presented with a reading to complete, it felt like another challenge, but also a profoundly healing experience for both myself and those I worked with. Going through this process allowed me to use the word certified with confidence.
I hope that as people seek to understand mediumship and those who communicate with the unseen world, they recognize the value of going to someone who has been tested and certified—not just someone who has been practicing for a few weeks or read a book on the subject. If I were trusting someone with my teeth or my physical health, I would want to know they are a trained professional with ethics and a deep sense of responsibility. That is why I believe certification is so important, and I feel truly honored to have earned this validation.

In addition to mediumship, you offer intuitive sessions and spiritual mentorship. How do these services differ from mediumship readings, and what can clients expect from engaging in spiritual mentorship with you?

A mediumship session is where I use my abilities to connect with the unseen world—the spirit world—and our loved ones who have passed. During a session, I provide evidence that they are still with us, sharing specific details about them, the memories you shared, or even events that have just happened or are about to happen in your life. That’s why we use the term evidential mediumship—because the information I receive is meant to be concrete proof of their presence.
Every reading will also include a message from the spirit communicator. If there isn’t a message, then I would question what the medium is doing, because ultimately, we are simply communicators between worlds.
Mentoring is more like coaching—it’s for those who are also on a spiritual path and want guidance in understanding their own abilities. Many people wonder: Am I really connecting to the unseen world, or am I making it up? I’ve been doing this work for 25+ years, and while I don’t claim to know everything (I learn with every session), I remember what it was like starting out.
When I first discovered my abilities, I didn’t have anyone to turn to. There was no Zoom, no easy way to call someone up for guidance. I had to navigate through a maze of trial and error. Now, I see mentorship as a way of service—sharing what I’ve learned so that others don’t have to struggle the way I did.
If someone wants to develop their abilities, I love partnering with them, standing by them as they grow. And it’s not just about mediumship—this applies to the broader spiritual journey as well.
I also use my intuitive abilities in investigations, working on missing persons cases, cold cases, and even criminal cases. This is another area where mentoring comes in—helping those who feel drawn to this type of work and want to refine their skills.
For anyone curious about developing their gifts, I believe education is key. Finding the right teachers, learning ethical practices, and surrounding yourself with a supportive community makes all the difference. But just like anything else, some people are naturally more inclined than others. For example, I love to sing, but I have a terrible voice. I’ve taken lessons, but no one is ever going to hire me to sing! Some people may feel a strong connection to spirit but need training to fine-tune their abilities—just like an athlete needs to train their body, learn techniques, and develop discipline. Mediumship isn’t just about feeling something—it’s about practice, consistency, and ethics.
For me, mediumship is my soul’s purpose. As strange as it might sound, I know I am here to communicate for the spirit world. Looking back, I’ve had intuitive knowings my entire life, but I didn’t always recognize them as abilities. When I was a child, I would blurt out things like, I know you cheated, I know you took that, or I know he doesn’t like you. I genuinely thought I was helping people, but I quickly learned (thanks to my parents and others) that this wasn’t always welcomed. So, I shut it down.
In my early 20s, I struggled with what I was experiencing. I tried to exercise it away, eat it away, drink it away, sleep it away—anything to stop the feelings and sensations I couldn’t understand. It wasn’t until I saw someone on television doing this work that I had a realization: Oh my gosh, that’s me! That moment set me on the path to learning and accepting my abilities.
Now, I get to help others do the same.

You’ve contributed a chapter to the book “The Last Breath,” a collection of true stories on mediumship and the afterlife. What motivated you to participate in this project, and what key message do you hope readers take away from your contribution?

I felt undeniably called to share my understanding of working with the spirit world. Though I hesitate to use words that might seem grandiose or self-indulgent, the truth is, I felt a deep and unmistakable pull toward this path.
The opportunity came when someone approached me, inviting me to contribute a chapter to a book she was writing. At first, I hesitated. Accepting meant stepping fully into my truth, without hiding behind any pretense or uncertainty. For years, I had struggled with how others might perceive me. Would they think I was delusional? Would they dismiss me as eccentric, or worse, as some kind of charlatan?
However, I knew, deep within, that it was time. Writing that chapter was not just about sharing my experiences; it was about embracing my identity as a medium and offering encouragement to those who might be searching for the same understanding. I wanted people to know that our loved ones are never truly gone—they are only a thought away.
Through this journey, I have come to believe that healing can take many forms. Some find solace through mediumship, others through therapy, Reiki, or countless other modalities. What matters most is that we seek out what resonates with us, what brings us comfort and clarity.
Looking back, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to write that chapter. It was a defining moment—one that solidified my purpose and allowed me to step forward without fear.

In your docu-series “Passed But Present,” you explore historical locations by connecting with the spirits of those who once lived there. Could you share a particularly memorable experience from filming the series that deepened your understanding of the past through these spiritual interactions?

“Passed But Present” is a documentary that, if you haven’t seen it yet, is currently available for free on Tubi TV. Unlike the polished, scripted productions of Hollywood, this film offers a raw and organic glimpse into my work as a medium. In each episode, I am brought to various locations—without any prior knowledge of the history or significance of the place—and I open myself to the unseen world, allowing spirit to communicate through me.
One of the most profound experiences I had while filming took place in Cassadaga, Florida—a small yet remarkable town known for its deep spiritualist roots. I had no idea I was being taken there, and the moment I arrived, something extraordinary happened. I was greeted by the presence of young children—spirits. From the moment I stepped foot in Cassadaga, they stayed with me, guiding me throughout my time there.
During our five days of filming, they led me to a location about half a mile from where I was staying. I didn’t just walk there—I was pulled. It felt as though invisible hands were gently guiding me forward, urging me to follow. The sensation was so distinct, almost as if I was holding their hands, running alongside them with a childlike sense of joy and freedom.
They brought me to a clearing in the middle of the woods, an open space encircled by towering trees that bent in a way that felt almost intentional, as if they were forming a sacred boundary. The moment I stepped into the center of that space, I was overcome with a feeling unlike anything I had ever experienced. It wasn’t just peace—it was something deeper, something beyond words.
Tears began streaming down my face, not out of sadness, but from the sheer intensity of what I was feeling. It was love, but not in the way we typically define it—not the love of a parent, a partner, or a friend. It was something purer, more expansive, more encompassing. The camera captured that moment, me standing there, crying, overwhelmed by a presence so profound that it still resonates with me to this day.
That experience in Cassadaga was truly life-changing. It reaffirmed everything I believe about the spirit world and the deep, unbreakable connection between this realm and the next.
