What inspired your journey into Qigong and the decision to establish the Supreme Science Qigong Center?

I first learned Qigong in 1997 as a student at the University of Florida. My experience of Qi was highly visual. Not only could I tangibly feel Qi as a magnetic force that increased my blood flow, but I could also see Qi as a translucent light, especially vivid during practice. My instincts said Qi was the key to human evolution, strength and healing. During my senior year of college, I was fortunate to learn Tibetan breathing techniques that literally healed my asthma and took away all my anxiety.

In my college classes, I was doodling atomic energy patterns and wondering why the material business world even mattered anymore. When I graduated, all I knew was I firmly decided to become an expert on Qigong by flying masters from China and worldwide into Florida to teach seminars. Qigong and breathwork gave me the ultimate joy that I had been searching for my entire life.

How did your experiences training with Qigong masters from around the world influence the development of your own routines and techniques?

Before I developed my own Qigong routines, I hosted dozens of workshops with six different Qigong masters. After training at the highest level with them, I started to become aware of Qigong’s subtle movements and posture alignments that increase the Qi exponentially. Every Qigong master I studied with had a different emphasis of what was important to them. I developed a taste for bliss and magnetic Qigong practices that made my blood flow improve on the spot.

I had favorite hand positions and breathing techniques, but sometimes, after hundreds of practices, the Qi would show me new and better movements. I realized I was creating a unique Qigong form that was revolutionary. Expert yoga practitioners who attended my workshops said they had never felt the energy as powerful as this before. So, I deeply embedded the most important principles into my first routine, the Qigong Level-1 Form. We have over 5000 instructors certified to teach it.

What key elements do you focus on in your Level-1 Qigong form to ensure participants experience the strongest magnetic Qi feeling?

For starters, we keep our legs stationary in one place during the entire routine. This builds muscle and bone density and profoundly increases the magnetic field. So the routine takes place with the legs in one position and arms moving. Qi is emitted from your hands and directed towards the body in postures that amplify this electromagnetic charge. I use language to help people feel the edges of the energy field rather than just doing the movements without feeling Qi.

Hand and finger alignments built into my exercises make all the difference because we are emitting a spiritual life force energy that behaves like light. We are all refracting and reflecting this Qi light with our hands. My Qigong forms focus this electromagnetic light like a laser, creating a profound increase in blood flow and unlocking Qigong’s most prized health benefits.

What challenges did you face while organizing large-scale events like Qi Revolution, and how have these seminars evolved over the years?

Qi Revolution was launched in 2005, and more than 75,000 people attended live across the USA. Our biggest challenge was working with the Massage and Nurses CE education boards, for which we were approved to give CE hours. These boards often tried to control what I could teach with biases against too much time spent on Qigong and Nutrition. We always found a way around their regulatory overreach; however, in 2025, we’re hosting a totally new Qi Revolution conference that isn’t about CE hours. At 48 years old, I still have my original hair color, no glasses, no body aches, and I’m excited to share how I honestly got to this point.

What will people experience at the Qi Revolution 2025 conference in Las Vegas, and how will their lives be different afterward?

Gourmet meals and smoothies will be served during the weekend. I will share updated Food-Healing protocols for cancer, immunity, heart disease, bone density, and other diseases. We’ll focus on mastering the 9Breath Method (versions A-H), which I believe is the most powerful breathing exercise on Earth. Qigong Level-1 and Strength Training forms will be shared in detail along with corrections to fine-tune postures.

Additionally, we’re sharing Eye Qigong for vision improvement and how to see your own Qi light. We’ll discuss tantra for longevity, dreaming skills of remembering and flying, and biblical teachings on preserving your Qi energy. Our special guest is a certified Navy fitness instructor, Eric Guttmann, who is teaching a Navy Seal stretching routine. Participants will walk away forever connected to the Qi and be able to take charge of their health naturally.
