What led you from studying Western medicine to exploring Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and eventually clairvoyant healing?

My journey as a healer started in Austria, that’s where I am from. After high school I went to medical school in Vienna to become a medical doctor. My now husband is the reason I came to the United States, almost 18 years ago. While taking the needed tests to be allowed to go into residency here in the US, it was not that easy. I volunteered in doctors’ offices and met very nice and helpful doctors, yet it didn’t seem to be my path in the end. I was facing a health challenge and decided to go back to where I left off before the diagnosis was too much to handle. Now looking back, I can of course say that everything happens for a reason. At this time though, it was a decision that left me wondering who I truly am, as my identity was deeply rooted in being a medical doctor.

Always interested in alternative healing modalities and also still healing myself, I started taking Ayurveda and Yoga classes. I fell in love with this ancient Indian medical system and started seriously studying it, eventually becoming a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Therapist and opening my own practice. During this time, I was supporting my clients to heal with herbal formulas, diet and lifestyle changes, shirodhara, abhyanga (oiling practices) and yogic tools.

I was in it with my whole heart for at least 10 years, until I started to notice that sometimes what I had to offer wasn’t quite what was needed. During this time, I started to get curious about the energetic aspects of life and healing, and then Covid happened.

About 6 months in I had to give up my office space, offering consultations on zoom, which worked but wasn’t quite the same. Interestingly I signed up for an extensive class on how to become clairvoyant at the beginning of 2020, mostly for my own healing, at first.

While my Ayurveda practice became less robust, I started to offer readings and energy healings in addition. I decided to close my Ayurveda practice for good, when my clients asked for readings and not for Ayurveda anymore. It wasn’t an easy transition, as I still loved Ayurveda and Yoga, and it seemed scary to put myself “out there” saying I am a clairvoyant, a psychic.

Yet, it was the right next step. In January of 2022 I opened my clairvoyant and energy healing practice. It has been such a great journey and this work truly fulfills me.

It feels like I have come full circle. I started learning the western way of healing, which is strictly evidence based and led by logic, then dove into a traditional medical system called Ayurveda which is empiric and holds so much ancient wisdom. Studying Yoga, at the same time, introduced me not only to the physical healing of it but also invited me onto a spiritual journey. Which continued through the clairvoyant training I have taken and beyond. I am also an ordained minister of the Church of Infinite Spirit in Denver, Colorado.
Knowing that there are layers to healing is so important to me and hopefully will become more mainstream in the near future.

How does clairvoyant healing differ from other energy medicine practices, and what makes it so transformative?

I would say that this kind of work is one modality in the wide spectrum of energy healing practices. I studied with the Inner Connection Institute in Denver, Colorado. This work has a long lineage going back to the Berkely Institute.

In a session I combine my clairvoyant skills with the ability to move energy. So, while I respond to a client’s question by saying what I see in her/his energy field, I also notice energies that are for example not in the present time anymore. With the client’s permission I remove these outdated energies and replace them with more beneficial energies, often with the client’s own energy.
Clearing out old energies, the energies of other people, etc. creates more space for our own energy. This can be transformative as we all the sudden have more space to feel our feelings (not the feelings of others), to notice our needs (not the needs of others), to become aware of what we truly want (not what others want/want for us), to realize what makes us happy (not what makes others happy), in short with more space there comes clarity.
Another aspect of actively moving energy during a reading is that then a shift in the thoughts can happen with more ease, therefore a shift in the emotions can happen with more ease.

Here is an example: A client says that she keeps going back to a certain traumatic event in her past, she can’t quite let it go despite doing work around it. This is upsetting to her, makes her feel helpless, and sometimes even makes her behave a certain way.
This is because energetically the connection still exists, part of her energy is still in this event.
During a reading I can work on this energetic connection and other patterns that might have been created due to this experience. It may take more than one reading to shift deeply ingrained patterns.
All this said, I want to make clear that this is not a substitute for psychotherapy, as I work with energy and not emotions. It can be a beneficial addition.

What makes this combination of reading and energy healing so transformative is that it not only provides the opportunity to see a situation, relationship or oneself with “new eyes”, it also shifts energies which allows us to have different experiences.

Can you share a particularly powerful experience where clairvoyant healing made a significant impact on someone’s life?

Yes, I am happy to! I will take myself as example, as I try to honor my clients’ privacy.

The reason why I am offering this work to others is that it has changed my life. I started to get readings as, despite so much going well in my life, I didn’t feel happy. I often was anxious and fearful, I felt something was “wrong” with me, despite all the healing work I have been doing. After the first reading I received years ago, I noticed my mood lightening up, some thoughts changing, etc. This encouraged me to schedule more readings, which helped to dig deeper into some old, ingrained patterns. Eventually I signed up for the first class and the rest is history.

I found freedom to truly be myself, clarity about my passion and purpose, and joy in daily life. It doesn’t mean there are no obstacles or challenges, of course we are on Earth, but there is a knowingness and certainty that whatever comes I will be able to handle, a groundedness I didn’t know before.

I want to say here that it is not necessary to do multiple readings, one reading can be very impactful. Whatever one feels guided to do is the right choice.

What are some common misconceptions about clairvoyance, and how do you address skepticism in your work?

I would say that the most common misconception is that a clairvoyant reading includes predictions. Yes, there are psychics who answer questions in a predictive manner. And there are psychics who don’t do that.
In a reading I do not give predictions of any kind as, in my view, the future is not written yet and anything is possible.

A question I get sometimes is if I take on my clients’ energies. My answer is that I do not take on the energies, I just remove them using tools I have learned and return them to the Universe, where these energies are dealt with in the right way and at the right time.

Another misconception is that doing a reading and healing must be tiring, as I might use my own energy to clear a client’s space.
When I hear this, I explain that my intention is to read and work from a place of neutrality, that I stay within my space. At the end of each reading I consciously separate from my client to make sure I don’t take the client’s story with me and the client doesn’t take some of my energy with her or him.

When you ask about skepticism, to be honest I have not experienced too much of this or maybe I don’t pay much attention to it. When people ask what I am doing, I tell them and then they either move on or ask more questions. If someone doesn’t “believe” in it, I don’t take it personally and I don’t try to prove it to them.

How do you guide individuals in using clairvoyant practices to manifest a more fulfilling and purposeful life?

Right now I offer a class called “Empowering Energy Tools” where I teach active mediation through engaging our imagination. In this class students learn how to ground, how to move energy that doesn’t serve them anymore out of their space, how to set their space the way they want to experience it, and more.

My intention with teaching these meditation practices is to empower each student to own their space, to realize that we are creating our experiences by giving power to certain beliefs we carry, and to learn how to live more in the present time (not in the past and not in the future).

By owning our power, we can create a life we truly want to live.

Currently I am offering these classes every three months. I am planning to build on these basic classes by teaching additional practices and also focusing on different areas of life.

I do love to teach, always have, and am looking forward to offering a variety of classes in the near future.
