Your personal journey with trauma and brain function optimization is fascinating. How did your experience with biofeedback shape the way you approach integrative performance therapies today?
Trauma has profound implications on brain function, but trauma is primarily stored in the autonomic nervous system. While pharmacology can alter brain chemistry, and biofeedback can retrain neural patterns, true transformation happens when we address how trauma is held in the body’s physiology.
Let me explain:
We operate on two levels of consciousness. Secondary consciousness is where we assign meaning, tell stories, and function in daily life—this is where most traditional therapy and coaching operates. Primary consciousness is where raw experiences, including trauma, are stored beneath our awareness. When trauma occurs, it creates a breach in the authentic self, leading to compensatory behaviors like hyper-control, self-sabotage, or addiction.
This is why talk therapy, self-help books, and mindset coaching alone don’t always create deep change—because they don’t access the nervous system’s imprint of trauma. My approach integrates neuroscience, somatic trauma therapy, and bioenergetic practices to reset the nervous system and rewire subconscious patterns. The goal is to return the body to a state where high performance and well-being are naturally sustainable.
In your work with executives, what are some of the most common mental and emotional roadblocks you see, and how do you help them rewire for high performance?
The biggest roadblock I see is hyper-vigilance—a state of chronic stress that high-performers often mistake for motivation. When someone has unresolved trauma, they operate from a skewed vantage point, compensating with control, overworking, or perfectionism. It might function well—until it doesn’t. When another rupture occurs (a career setback, a personal crisis), these patterns intensify and become unsustainable.
Great leadership requires inner stability. Leaders who do deep work to rewire subconscious patterns have greater access to executive function, emotional resilience, and intuition. My work goes beyond traditional coaching by targeting the subconscious and nervous system directly—using modalities like breathwork, hypnosis, and somatic rewiring to dissolve these survival patterns and allow the authentic self to take its seat. When this happens, clarity, decisiveness, and effortless high performance naturally follow.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer a high-touch, 6-month coaching program designed for high-performers seeking deep transformation.
My work, Conscious Medicine, is an alternative mental health and performance program blending high-performance coaching with cutting-edge modalities to clear mental, emotional, and energetic blocks. This isn’t just about mindset shifts—it’s about rewiring the nervous system at the deepest level.
Depending on the client’s needs, we may incorporate:
Shamanic journeying & astral travel (to access subconscious drives)
Hypnosis & somatic trauma therapy (to release deeply held patterns)
Psychedelic integration (for those working with plant medicine)
Mind/body medicine & past life regression (to explore soul imprints)
Leadership, business strategy & goal setting (to bridge transformation into real-world success)
This work is not traditional coaching—it’s a full-system upgrade for those ready to shake up limitations and step into their next level.
Your path has taken you through spiritual retreats, yoga ashrams, and global explorations. How do these experiences influence the way you coach leadership and emotional intelligence?
Human potential is profoundly shaped by the environment. Just like in a psychedelic journey, set and setting have a huge impact on the experience, our daily environments shape how we think, feel, and perform.
Immersing myself in different cultures and deep meditative practices taught me that true leadership starts with internal stability. In high-performance spaces, most people are focused on external success—what they achieve, how they’re perceived. But the most effective leaders cultivate inner mastery first.
My coaching integrates this philosophy:
The subconscious holds the blueprint of our patterns—true transformation begins when we dive deep within.
Emotional intelligence isn’t a skill—it’s a state – The more regulated your nervous system, the more naturally you lead.
Self-trust is the foundation of leadership – Without it, decisions are fear-based. With it, they’re effortless.
This approach allows leaders to unlock clarity, intuition, and resilience—qualities that create not just high performance, but sustainable influence.
The integration of science-backed methods and holistic healing is central to your approach. What are some surprising insights you’ve gained from blending these two worlds?
One of the biggest insights is that science is finally catching up to ancient wisdom. Research in neuroplasticity, epigenetics, and heart-brain coherence is validating what indigenous healing traditions have known for centuries—our thoughts, emotions, and energy fields directly shape our biology.
A surprising realization is how high-performers—often skeptical at first—experience undeniable shifts when they apply these methods. Meditation, breath control, and energy work don’t just create “calmness”—they rewire perception, enhance decision-making, and increase cognitive capacity.
The real power lies in combining both worlds:
Western science gives us tools to measure transformation (brain scans, HRV, biomarkers).
Ancient traditions give us tools to experience transformation (breathwork, energy healing, subconscious reprogramming).
When these are integrated, high-performers experience a quantum leap in performance, well-being, and personal freedom.
In a world that increasingly values productivity over well-being, how do you help high performers strike a balance between success and self-care?
Productivity is a byproduct of presence. True high performance isn’t about doing more—it’s about operating from a state of clarity and efficiency.
The old model of pushing through exhaustion is being replaced by one where leaders master their energy, decision-making, and nervous system states. When high-performers learn to shift between:
Sympathetic activation (high-performance mode) – Focus, drive, execution
Parasympathetic recovery (deep rest & integration) – Creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence
…they experience an exponential upgrade in results—not from working harder, but from working smarter.
My work helps clients rewire outdated mental models, reset their nervous systems, and create sustainable high performance. When they do the deeper work, it’s felt by everyone around them—their teams, families, and organizations.
Because when you are fully aligned, success isn’t just possible—it’s inevitable.
